Burger King in Biel/Bienne

I like to eat at this Burger King when I am in the city of Bienne. The staff is very friendly.

Well I was surprised with the special edition Swiss burger with a potato rosti. The service was saved by a senior staff member as the girl serving me was not great. The burger was tasty and was filling.

Nuggets = cartons, overcooked Burger cheese still hard, not cooked Waitress only speaks French with those she prefers... so you have to manage to understand her when the young lady doesn't want to cooperate... It's a shame because the place is very clean and the basic food is pretty decent.

Unfriendly staff! And charging a franc for the toilet as a consuming guest! That's not possible! The competition (MC Donald) across the street is happy about new customers! The service there is very friendly!

Some waitresses speak French, which is cool.

I ordered a veggie burger and got a bacon burger

I ate here last week and bought it for my Son, delicious and clean in the shop, opposite Biel station

Came at 7:50 p.m., 1 person in front of me waiting to order, 2 waiting for their order. Came out at 8 p.m., the person in front of me still had not placed their order, the two pending orders still not delivered. At 8:04 p.m. I placed my order across the street, at 8:08 p.m. I had my hamburger even though there were 5 of them before me. If I want to wait 20 minutes to get my food I go to a restaurant, not to a FAST food restaurant.....Fortunately the competition allowed me to eat during my 20min break.

Quiet place, friendly employee, very good food, I go once a week, the quality does not change

Update June 16, 23, it's better to have all the tables and chairs empty outside than to let people sit. Always just complain and ban things. Burger King is done for me!!! Burger would be good. But the bread is worth nothing!!! Sawdust from air and Sagex. Disintegrates in your fingers. Bring your own bread. Then it's okay.

Just had a drink, the ambience is very turning on.

Fast service, excellent burger and fries. On the other hand, the location of the WC is not practical and not very well indicated.

Burger King was great as always, I was surprised by the nice staff. Price performance: at the maximum. I tested the Crazy Cheese BBQ and found it to be great 🙌 Burger King is highly recommended

Visited a Burger King again for ages and was pleasantly surprised. The food was ok, what I expected. However, I was very positively surprised by the very friendly staff, it's nice to be welcomed so warmly. One star is deducted for the relatively high price.

Nothing special. BK stop. Relatively friendly service and the food of the usual quality. Ice cubes in winter don't have to be there, or you could ask.

I was told that it wasn't great with sometimes questionable products. But I like to make my own experience. I came home and there was no one there. I had two sandwiches that I ate in the car. The first had rotten salad and the second, the meat smelled very strong. I was very sick for 3 days. I didn't want to turn around for a change but I never went back there again.

1. Chaotic and rather overcrowded in the evening. 2. Outdated furniture. 3. Does not participate in the “MyBurgerKing” program. I always prefer BK to McDonalds but this is a disaster. 4. Order not complete and incorrect. 5. You can't understand the employees through the partition walls and they type something completely wrong.

I love the king burger at the station, every time I miss a train, I go to them. Especially since they don't change anything, it's all good

Completely ridiculous, when I asked if there was a socket to charge my cell phone the cashier directed me to the station, "can you charge it at the station?"! Thank you very much to a restaurant brand that does not have a socket for these customers. I like chili & cheese, but I can give it up. Really ridiculous!

Bad evening in one order the chili nuggets were missing, the salad in one sandwich and the cheese in another sandwich not to mention the food was all cold, the cashier had no courtesy towards me even looking at me badly. Never again thanks!

As I read through some of the more recent comments I come across some that are not the truth. I am a former employee of this restaurant but for personal reasons I had to return to my country. I can guarantee with certainty that all workers are treated well and everyone has the opportunity to learn. Everything is done in a way to bring quality to the customer and there was a rule for everyone who works in this restaurant "customer first" The team has always worked happily and well All the conditions necessary for well-being were given to the worker. For someone who needs work and is willing to help improve the service, I'm sure an opportunity would be given.

The food is cold, dry meat, fries too soft and cold, drinks cut with water and without ice, service not very pleasant and only German and English spoken, no French.

The service is very unfriendly, the lady at the checkout who is of Indian origin is very unfriendly and not motivated. We stood at the checkout for easily 5 minutes and the lady of Indian origin walked back and forth and didn't pay us the slightest attention. I had to repeat myself several times until she understood me.

I ordered a Waffel with ice cream. In the waffel there is sugar as big as rocks. I had to spit them out because it hurt my teeth. And make customers wait while the worker goes to drink water as if he was not working.

Staff does not speak French only German and English for a very meh bilingual city. And one time they accept offers from their app and the next time no more. On top of that, the staff is not very friendly.

Une fois au comptoir, la caissière n'a non seulement pas compris mon souhait mais s'est trompée dans la commande à 2 reprises, de plus en dehors des heures de pointes! Inacceptable ! Leur Burger king "n'acceptant pas" les coupons sur le téléphone, j'ai payé 10fr de plus mon dû. Mais même dans ce cas elle s'est à nouveau trompée! J'ai dû négocier pour me faire rembourser la différence ! Total du temps de commande: 25 minutes ! Autant vous dire que plus jamais je ne désirerai fouller le sol de cet endroit infâme...
