Cafeteria - Spitalzentrum in Biel/Bienne

Very fine coffee! Very friendly staff! Nice terrace in summer. The table and seating options are not exactly inviting! You feel like you're in a waiting room! Something needs to be changed!

Ideal place for a medical appointment or visit...

It's pure rip-off what's going on here. Simply fleece the money from the walk-in customers who have to wait here for some reason. Coffee practically cold, so lukewarm, sandwich filled with salad, the rest you have to look for. To all visitors, take your coffee and sandwich from home, it's better and cheaper. (a Shorle 5dl 3.90) just as an example. The staff is very friendly, but that's the only plus point.

Coffee undrinkable.....it tastes much better at home and is even cheaper! Many people attach great importance to good products because they are often much better at home. Too bad..👎

I just walked through there, because only employees are served, patients are not allowed.

Unfriendly and unfriendly staff I didn't have cash and they don't accept cards!! My wife was waiting right next door but I had to leave the coffees on the counter and was only able to take them back after going to withdraw money from the ATM. No sign of understanding from the cashier

Visiting my 93-old Mum there often these days (who is recovering from a hip fraction FAST) I do appreciate visiting the cafeteria each time, always pleasantly surprised by the welcoming set up, nice terrace, tasty soups, excellent birchermueslis or any other dessert, sandwiches etc. Always too late to make the warm menu - but one of these days I will !

We eat very well there..... But too small for visits from relatives....

Inflated price for self-service in a regional hospital.

Not enough doctors or other healthcare workers speak French.

The food is okay; but the price is quite high (14.-) for the fact that it is a self service venue, even for employees it is at 10.- expensive...

Cafeteria with plenty of seating. Friendly staff. The place is clean. Toilets available just after the cafeteria.

Perfect ... Only problem The small bottle of rivella CH 3.50 a little expensive...

Very sunny although not to the South and without a view of our dear lake to which there is no fire, God forbid! Outdoor terrace difficult to access outside to avoid the Panzers 4Times4 but at exorbitant prices like in town, obligatory capitalism but without meals. A hospital is not a restaurant, believe me, I was there as a patient. NO KIOSK FOR SMOKERS & WORTHY IF YOU ARE PATIENTS WITHOUT VISITS.
