Terrible service. There’s a waiter who speaks only Italian, doesn’t know how to make proper cappuccino and doesn’t react adequately when asked to clean the table after the previous customer. Not recommended.

We ordered a matcha latte that was so sugary that it was almost impossible to drink. We also had a few sweets that were OK but nothing out of the ordinary. Pretty steep prices for that. Once and never again.

A disaster! One waitress speaks neither German nor French, only speaks Italian! Doesn't even understand what a latte is and then gets upset when you want the real thing. The service there has always been terrible, it was the last time there.

Great coffee shop and has it all. The ambiance, interior designs, good coffee, tasty foods, and fast wi-fi connection. Prices are a bit high but once you already taste it, you understand why. It is simply one of the best and my favorites coffee shop in town. Overall, it’s a good shop to wait the next train as it is near the train station, just crosse the road and relaxing. Highly recommended.

I have been ordering take-away coffee from this specific coffee shop since the opening. I arrive 8:10 AM with the train and catch the bus to the office at 8:21AM. I usually buy a coffee whilst waiting for the bus. There is a distinct difference between the men and woman working at this coffee shop. The young french- speaking girl with short dark hair is always extremely efficient. The men take orders wrong, the queue is usually much longer the days the ladies aren‘t working..and people walk out as they have been waiting just too long (>5 minutes).. Perhaps to make the guys aware during their training to be more mindful that during certain times of the day, people are in a hurry to get to work.

It seems that the customers are disturbing.... The school of smiles is not on the program.

I love this coffee place for its big windows where you can see the Biel train station and people rooming around. Very inspirational for working and having a nice coffee. Although I like the coffee, the baristas I've been to are not the best for cafe lattes. The milch is foamed the wrong way so the milk is, unfortunately, way too hot (I know coffee is hot), but doing coffee myself, it must be hot, but not burning. I hope this will improve, it's also due to multitasking doing cashier and letting the milk foam itself. Everything else is pleasant, of course expensive, but that's normal at such a location.

The Café is well placed in the city. The cafes are delicious but expensive for a city like Bienne (same price as at Molard, Ge or at bahnhofstrasse, Zh). The server is not a lightning bolt. The atmosphere is friendly. In summary: the taste of the coffee and the customers are the strong points.

You can have freshly squeezed orange juice under the sunshine. ☀️ Bread, coffee and everything is nice price . Many many seats and sofa! Espresso machine looks cool. Loving the vibe. I especially love that the music was bot too loud.

Actually, Caffè Spettacolo was always a run-of-the-mill chain coffee for me, but since this new barista with glasses, a beard and a lot of charm has been working there, I've been happy to come there more often :) It's just a shame he always works alone and doesn't really have time for a chat.

poor service, happy hour was poor, three miserable stuffed croissants, cold and served on a platter that was 3 times bigger for those three small half brioches.

The products here are fresh and delicious. The prices are rather high, but you can do it. The operation is more of a matter of luck... sometimes one way and then sometimes the other way. The guests are colorful and it's always exciting, even if you go alone. Good for every now and then, but not for every day.

I like to go to Spettacolo for a coffee, which is very nice but also quite expensive. There is a star deduction because of the following: I wanted a Caffè Freddo, but the employee didn't know what it was and I had to order something else. That can't be it, can it? If you offer something like this, then the employees should know how to prepare it. Everyone should be able to make cold coffee. I'll try my luck again soon and if it doesn't work again, I'll deduct another star

Nice place, clean, practical for travellers, plugs for charging mobile phones or PCs, always sunny terrace. In my opinion, the only flaw would be the prices that are too high, if there was table service the prices would also be tolerated instead there is self-service.

The terrace is not made for strolling.

I would have put a 5 stars for the excellent coffee and pastry however one of the staff was rude and unfriendly (Denisa). The tables were unclean ( after wiping it with a tissue it came out all black and dusty)

The coffee is very good, pastry is overpriced, staffs are consistently NOT friendly. What I like the best about this place is they have several choice of milk that one can choose from, soy, almond, lactose free etc.

My first experience at Spettacolo, I tried the TGTG and was quite disappointed with the reception. The staff only speaks German. But for playing the game against waste I give it 3 stars.

Coffee, croissons, much more, very good, a bit overpriced but within reason. BUT: When it comes to the unfriendliness of the staff (with a few exceptions), this coffee is absolute Swiss top class in RUDENESS Zero smile A condescending nod as a question of what it should be and never never never a thank you. You have to manage that. Top class and the fact that Valora management doesn't react is a mystery to me

Can't understand why you have to spoil the customer's mood in the morning... you shouldn't expect a smile, not even a question about what you want. With a forced “Morning..” they expect you to list everything you want. If you say 2 seconds later that you want soy milk instead of milk, you would be too late. If you say “take away,” it’s better to communicate before you place your order. Two such employees have already experienced this. Not just me, those in front of and behind me also experienced the same thing. “Be cheeky so it goes faster” seems to be the motto here.

It's been a long time since I experienced such a demotivated and dull service staff. Barely a hello, a bored look, barely a thank you... they acted like they're doing you a favour serving you. Not worth the visit. Have your coffee in one of the surrounding places.
