Burger King in Zürich

To be honest, DO NOT order the Chedder Lovers Chicken, it’s insanely salty, especially the crispy chicken inside. Service is actually OK.

On a Saturday, which lays between two bank holidays you must assign more employees for the kitchen than usual. If I have to wait for 15 minutes, then something is wrong with the staff management. And why does the staff have to yell each and every number? It was literally impossible to have a normal conversation because it felt like in a Turkish Bazaar.

If you want to order 20 wings online, and it says that you can, but of course it's not possible, only 9 wings...for almost 14 instead of 21 for 20. You can order 20 pieces in the store... you are real wankers!

Overpriced, you wait 45 minutes for a small order and I'm afraid of that woman at the checkout

Up in Zurich Halle for the second time I order with the Kingbox Chillip Fries, I get normal fries strange even though I said twice for the employee and they don't have any stress at all, so they don't say because of stess or something like that. 03/19/24 11:00

The Indian MA were overbearingly arrogant and then they sold me the same price for a burge without a menu as if I had taken the menu with fries! And the absurd cheekiness of both burges then said they were more expensive up there than down there! Nonsense!

So, can’t complain as it’s one of the very few places open to eat after 10pm till late and morning in HB so I’m happy for that hence the 3 star. It was crowded because it’s the only place open but you’ll have a seat somehow. They workers keep sweeping the floor because they customers keep littering! I was stun to just observed how people especially the younger generation which has no sense of respect just couldn’t be bothered! It’s hard to say if they are just visiting Zurich or they live in Switzerland because their behaviour is questionable 🤨 seems like they have not been taught well by their parents and neither their education put them in some form of consideration of their surroundings… Check out this video and I didn’t block their faces because I want people to see who they are and maybe if it’s their friends…. Please share this and tell them - respect the environment and respect Swiss cleanliness. Speechless to see the future will be lead by some of this clowns 🤡🤐

Extremely bad experience DO NOT GO THERE! I ordered a veggie burger and received a burger in veggie packaging which had a patty with real meat and real bacon in it! Unfortunately I only noticed this after biting into it and since I went straight onto the train I couldn't file a complaint! I actually love the veggie dishes from Brugerking but that was probably my last visit! I can NOT recommend it in Zurich! In Bern I occasionally experience that the wrong thing is served, but it has never been as bad as in Zurich!! NO MORE!! My 27CHF for the menu etc. I won't get it back either! Simply disappointed! Compensation would be more than just appropriate! In any case, I will now warn everyone not to go to Burger King again! The MC has it so much better under control even though there isn't that much choice

Monday evening at 11:30 p.m. (closing time at midnight), no veggie burgers anymore. I find it really weak!!!

The same thing for years. Prices rise and service declines. Nothing has changed in the latest renovation of the branch. Meanwhile we have reached the point where the bk burger in fast food quality (optimized for minimal meat, minimal service, cheap bread) is more expensive than a pizza!!! In addition, since the renovation, picking has been taking forever. Consequence: a long wait and a cold burger. cold because it stays there while picking and because you have to turn on the gas in the kitchen (the heating time is at the lower limit). You can analyze this wonderfully if you have waiting times of 15 minutes in front of the counter. It's not about customer satisfaction and quality but about cashing in on the good location) I've been avoiding the BK (MCD) for a long time because of the lack of price/performance and when I go I always leave the rubbish at the table. Because anyone who charges a surcharge to call themselves a “restaurant” should also have to clear the table!

It's terrible how they treat customers and can't speak German in SWITZERLAND!!!!!!!!! Are we in England or what?!

Cold soggy sad double cheeseburger for 7.40 chf

So many brains, so few ideas. Even when there's few people, putting orders together is somehow complicated. A lot of standing around while I have 12 min for nuggets and onions. And when I raised this, the guy shrugged like it wasn't his problem. I am sure I did a better job at 15 when I worked at McD.

Food swapped Bad atmosphere and completely overpriced

A nice restaurant, but they didn't process my order correctly several times. Once something was missing, and once received the wrong product. Mistakes happen, but when I visited (11 a.m.) there were few people in the shop and with a little concentration this wouldn't have happened. It's a shame, it only benefits from the monopoly position.

After waiting for 20 minutes, we were forced to take our food when they showed us the receipts because they forgot to give it to us. Even though we talked about what we would eat here, they made a package and said that they could not change the potatoes that had been waiting in the package for 20 minutes. The Burger King is pleasantly designed and has comfortable seats. There are now also enough self-order stations available. Today I ordered takeaway again after a long break. As with previous visits, something is always wrong. Today I received a chili cheese sauce instead of the curry sauce I ordered. I think I'll give up and go back to the competitor with the M. I don't understand why this can't be gotten under control. There was nothing going on at all and there were a few employees standing there who had nothing to do. If something like that happens during rush hour, I can still kind of understand it. Sorry, therefore only one star overall rating.

The worst fast food I've ever encountered. The service is very long, the staff is not efficient, 5 people looked at the 20 euro bill until the administrator came and showed the staff how to convert euros into francs. Orders are confused. Then they redo it. And this is with such a small order.

On January 11, 24 I went to dinner with the family. Tables and chairs were extremely dirty and food was cold. I ordered chicken and it was rock hard. Never experienced anything like this except in McDonald's.

The sandwich was good but sides were bad. Onion rings were cold and hard. The staff did not even have the courtesy to check it before giving nor they replaced the bad item upon complaining to them.

I ordered 12 chicken nuggets using the app and was running late so I ran to the train. The big surprise on the train was that there were only 6 nuggets in it. And when I read the comments here, I don't think it was a simple mistake.😠

Quick and fast very close to the dashboard of the trains! recommendable, just if the place could have seats it will be perfect!

There should be an indication of the expected waiting time. After ten minutes I had to leave without the burger I had paid for to catch my train.

The customer service is bad, robotic humans, the food is average, there is not the quality of a good chain burger.

A good kiosk with a restroom facility which is not common in Zurich

Since it was renovated, in the modern version it now feels like they don't even know how to use the speakers anymore. The service is not excellent. In fact it isn't there at all. As for the products they say they are all genuine healthy Swiss products, compared to other places they have a different flavour. Overall you can eat a sandwich on the fly.

Ordered menu small, paid for large. When I complained I wasn't taken seriously. underground customer service. We are not in India but in Switzerland.

Good day We just wanted to eat, ordered a filet-o-fish and then ate it. It was raining outside and we wanted to sit for 10 minutes longer. We were sent out by the employees. Disrespectful. The employee was ~Tamil. Otherwise food was okay.

The atmosphere was what you would expect from a fast food Restaurant. I was really disappointed by the chili and cheese fries, the cheese sauce was really distasteful and i couldn't eat any more than 5 fries. The burgers are way smaller than displayed but that's part of marketing i guess. Apart from that i don't have any complaints about the food

An absolute chaos in operation. Uncontrolled product delivery combined with very long waiting times in a place where guests are rushing to get on the train make it very unlikely that they will come back.

So we were at the BK at 11:15 p.m., then ordered... waited 25 minutes until our number appeared on the screen. However, the number was not called out and I had to turn myself in! I complained and got my order and had to run to catch my last connection. When I got on the train I noticed that two sauces were missing, the wrong burger was in the bag, and the fork with the chilli cheese fries was missing! So once failed on the whole level! Thanks for the purchase for 30.-, which was ultimately worth 5.- for me!

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken nuggets and didn't receive them - even though we waited 20 minutes. Other guests pushed forward and gave their numbers directly to the employees and were given priority. What kind of system is this? So do I have to tell the employee... so that I can still get my food for free?

Nice place and good number of vegetarian options. Easy access inside from Zurich HB although Google map can be tricky to locate this place.

I got my order in 3 minutes. It was delicious, well made and exactly as I asked. The guy who prepared my order was kind and he helped me with the order, also he brought it to my table despite I even didn’t ask. He brought me mayonnaise once again when I asked. I enjoyed my order thousand time more than the nearest holy cow burger there.

In a place like Zurich HB, I expect normal conditions where the boss can speak German and doesn't let other people push ahead in the Rosh Hour. Never again.....

Dear BK team, this was the third time that I ordered from you, took the food home with me, and then saw that part of the order simply wasn't there. That's terribly annoying. I've now given you more than thirty francs (!) just for air, and it's so frustrating to realize after 12 hours at work that the food you were looking forward to is simply nowhere. This really puts a damper on the end of a busy day, and now once too often. Look, once is possible. Can happen to everybody. It happened for the THIRD time within half a year.

Extremely slow service, the person at the counter was not able to process more than one order at once, so I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes for my order which led me to miss my train. Food was good, but this is not fast food.

I had a trial day in Burgerking today and it was very bad and the boss was very unhopeful unfortunately.

I was at lunchtime on Sunday August 27th, 23 with my two daughters and we wanted to have lunch at Burger King. My little daughter, she has an allergy to sesame, I asked the checkout employee, can she have a hamburger bread without sesame? She was very nice (BK) name on the receipt, she said my boss had to ask that but unfortunately the boss said it wasn't possible and we'll do it Not that. But in many places it's normal when you have an allergy to a food and you have to find a solution. But I have to say that the boss was very cheeky.

I wanted to order a burger without sauce. Answer: No, not possible. I asked 3 times. Afterwards I wanted to order ChilliCheeseNuggets. Answer: No, there isn't. Very unfriendly lady.

I do not know what you guys put on these burgers, but I could not sleep all night long from stomach ache! The bread of the burger was old and not fresh, and the long cheese burger was not tasty at all. You can tell the people are overworked and not satisfied. Definitely a no go. I wonder where the city inspection is sleeping.

I had a good experience at Burger King. The food was very tasty and the staff was friendly and efficient even at peak times. Despite the large number of people, they managed to serve quickly without compromising on quality. I am very impressed with the level of service and deliciousness. Burger King is still my first choice for a satisfying meal!

Ordered 20 veggie nuggets (see receipt). We received 20 pieces of real meat which is absolutely unacceptable. There is a system behind it that is not the first time something like this has happened and is well documented based on the previous recession. Contact including refund is required!

Super good service, downstairs and especially up at platform 17. What the employees do here at rush hour and on weekends is phenomenal. Some guests are extremely unpleasant or drunk. Staying calm is a great achievement and should be appreciated much more.

Excellent atmosphere to hangout with friends! 😎 Food is good and service is fast! It is at a great spot next to the station and lots of crowd hanging around here during day and espcially during the night. On fridays and Saturday evenings the atmosphere is totally happening! 🥳 The chicken nuggets are not so good and can br skipped.

So first of all: What kind of price-performance ratios are these? For a medium-sized burger, just over 13 francs. It's a rip-off. It also looks ugly and the atmosphere is very bad. There are always too many people there and it stinks.

Ordered a veggie burger for take-away. At a price of CHF 19.80, a very proud price. In the end there was just a meat patty in it... I only realized it on the drive home, after two bites... at that price, do I expect the correct patties to be used?

We got takeaway. Both the chicken and meat were delicious and the potatoes were hot. The employees were polite. Portions are larger compared to Turkey.

The local is super I was served by Wagner... he's a Brazilian, super cool and super professional and personable. The food was delicious so everything was good. I recommend this Burger King 100%.

It concerns the branch in HB Zurich. Today I discovered that the staff were working without gloves when assembling the ingredients for the burgers. I pointed this out to an employee at the counter. Her answer was: yes, we work without gloves and the employees wash their hands often. I was very shocked and I won't eat there again in the future.

Received free menu as compensation for incorrect order, responded well!

I tried to place an order with the app today. The order number was A89 and it was placed at Burker King Zürich Hauptbahnhoff for delivery. I faced so many problem: 1- The app is not stable and I had to redo the whole order from scratch 5 times. I am definitely deleting this app right now and never using it again. 2- When I was finally able to place the order it did not process the payment from my credit card correctly even though I received a notification from the bank that the amount was deducted. 3- I spent 45 minutes to try and contact someone who could answer my query and I finally was able to get the number for the restaurant after making 6 phone calls. 4- a guy answered me called Barack who doesn’t speak good English and was a struggle to understand anything from him. 5- I finally understood that he doesn’t have a delivery person available!!!! Even though I had asked for delivery and was eligible for free delivery for an order over CHF 45, he asked me to pay a delivery service to pickup the order such as Smood or Uber Eats. 6- My wife decided she will go and pick it up herself as I was sick and we couldn’t wait long for the order as our kids’ bedtime was approaching. I then called Barack to tell him that she will come and that I will give her a copy of the receipt to pick up the order. 7- he then told me that the payment did not process and that I need to repay for the order. 8- we decided that we were going to order for McDonald’s who have a more robust service. Burger King App deleted and never will be used again. This is the absolute worst delivery experience I had in Zürich. Never again. P.S. I’m still waiting for them to return the money they supposedly deducted from my credit card

Had the choice between 6 and 9 chili nuggets. I ordered and paid for 6. On the train I happily reached into the bag and there were ONLY 4 in it!!!! Really great when you're hungry and already sitting on the moving train!!!!😡

You should clean the grill more often, the meat on my double whooper tasted like cancer, that's unacceptable.
