The blonde at the checkout with a black sweater was extremely arrogant and unprofessional.

Order 117 /24-02-2024/ 12:46 p.m The only thing that was really hot and fresh were the Chilli Chees Nuggets. Everything else was just at room temperature. The quality is decreasing day by day.

Unclean, food carelessly prepared and too expensive for a fast food restaurant

Picked up for over 120.-. When we get home we notice that a third of the order is missing.

Got the food cold and without sauce. When I asked for my sauces I was told in an angry tone that she had already given them and threw them on the tablet.

Very bad service, wait 20-30 minutes for the food to arrive, it smells strongly of something rotten, not recommended

Catastrophe, I waited 20 minutes for 1 burger and 1 drink. The foreign skilled workers take it easy even though the shop is well staffed. There's not even the option for a drive-in. It's better to stock up on skilled workers instead of your wallet

A half hour wait for a single cheeseburger with no special requests. An additional 10 minutes waiting time to pay at the checkout despite no queue. Checkout only operated after 2 requests. Incompetent staff, disorganized and overwhelmed with larger quantities of orders. Not recommended and unacceptable for a "FASTfood" chain.

Small branch. Always very kind employees. It is almost never crowded and there is plenty of free parking available.

Forgot 1 item. Had a burger from another order also. Food was nice after checking back to correct the mistakes at least.

Opening times are not correct - the door is locked at midday on Wednesdays

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Not just the floor but also the tables... I will avoid this BK in the future.

This is a fast food chain, so it can't be surprising. But their chicken burger is better than other fast food places. The food looks tasty and fresh. Ordering on the terminals is generally standard, but it speeds up the order quite a bit.

You can't fault the standard Burger King. Staff partly very friendly, partly stressed and rather unfriendly.

I've never eaten there without something going wrong. Completely overwhelmed team at peak times. Wrong burgers or even forgotten orders. That's enough, I'd rather go to MC Thu.

Tia 3 p.m. and the tables were full of crumbs. The saleswoman cleans the entire cash register including the drinks machine with the same Tefal paper. Goodbye!

Just passing by, about a year ago at the mec drive I noticed that they prepared the sandwiches without wearing gloves, which is unacceptable 👎👎👎

I actually love burger king However, when I went to eat there with my 3 children, everything was anything but good. The burger was wet and the paper stuck to the burger. My wife had to throw up when she opened the chicken nuggets and they weren't breaded. The meat was brown/pink in color. In the toilet I came across a squashed menu that was stuck to the ceiling.

It's pretty much like any Burger King, no surprise. However, after being here more than a few times I notice the burgers have little salad and too much sauces (mayo etc.), which I personally don't appreciate. I usually pick Burger King over McDonald exactly due to the refreshing greens in their burgers. Instead I started driving a bit further to a Burger King in Flüelen, where they do this part better. However, the current staff in Hochdorf are much nicer than the often stressed people in Flüelen

Very spacious burger king, not crowded inside, lots of space, so you enjoy eating inside. It doesn't look that inviting from the outside, but inside you'll be surprised. ;)

Went there for dinner with my family today and I'm having a hard time thinking about never going there again! Our 3 Börger were ice cold as if everything had come fresh from the fridge. When you complained, you got new ones that were even colder than the first ones. When you made the second complaint, you put them in the microwave. I could have bought 3 Aufback Börger for less money and they would have tasted even better.

A whole 55' wait over lunch. Orders mixed up. Burger almost cold! When some people asked for a refund because they had to go back to work, they cheekily claimed that they had seen that a lot of people were queuing. I think I speak for all the people who were there that lunchtime that it was anything but fast food. Definitely hire more employees!

The worst Burger King I've visited in Switzerland so far. The soggy onion rings that tasted like they had been warmed up, the hamburger bun that didn't smell fresh anymore and the bacon that wasn't even properly fried was really beneath the dignity of Burger King. In addition, the toilets, which were very dirty and the floor was completely sticky, were an imposition. They only managed the fries. I hope Burger King reacts and keeps an eye on them here!

Already failed hygiene! I ordered burgers via drive-thru and when I was paying I noticed that the burgers were being prepared without gloves. You never know if someone hasn't washed their hands after urinating and the thought of that is disgusting 🤢

Not as crowded as other locations

We've been coming to Hochdorf to the Burger King regularly for 4 years, and after tonight we haven't been there anymore! The woman with the shirt on (during training) is completely overwhelmed and extremely unfriendly. Suddenly there should only be a children's menu with nuggets??? Long discussion, very unfortunate but ok! It was definitely the last time we came here, especially as children weren't supposed to see it. Shortly after us came the next family who were treated in the same way, also with 2 children, the saleswoman was again very unfriendly and overwhelmed. This is how you lose customers!

Good afternoon dear BK team I think it's a disgrace the way you treat your customers. Either you don't know what fast food means or you like to make your customers wait 45 minutes for their food. It's a real shame and you've just lost a valuable customer. In addition, the beer is only 33cl although I was promised 0.5L. I will never set foot in this juice shop again. Waited an hour for our food! That simply can't be the case in a fast food restaurant. It didn't even have many customers. I've never seen smaller cans of beer either, that just can't be right. The fries were also “cheesy”! That's cheeky, I hope it's better next time because I can't go to Burger King either, because the music creates a pleasant atmosphere and I like the smell.

Unfortunately, what you see in the pictures is not what you get. But that's so everywhere. Still, it was tasty. Everything was clean and the employees were nice. Certainly the best Burger King I have visited in Switzerland.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed. Waited a very long time for the order. The burgers weren't fresh. The fries weren't as crispy as usual but as if they were from yesterday. The cola had no carbonic acid. We didn't get the sauces either. The staff was also very unfriendly. Because pretty much everything was wrong, it is my duty to write this review. I won't eat there anymore.

Warm Coke and cold fries. Manager says the soda dispenser is not working properly but is still fine serving warm drinks. All sorts of products is pushed on you but you have to beg for salt and pepper. A case study in poor customer service.

Unfortunately the last few times the food had been packaged incorrectly. You order an Appenzeller and a Gruyere Burger, you get two Gruyeres and a double. It wasn't even Large, although it was charged... Drink was also wrong. It's been a long time since I went by and was promptly disappointed again. You don't want to disassemble the whole bag in the car to check whether everything is correct or drive back to the store or drive-thru to complain and wait another 10 minutes... a shame Burgers well prepared - look good and ARE NOT squashed or all over the place in the package, restaurant and toilets are clean. Staff always friendly, parking lots available.
