Burger King in Bursins

Not offering free toilets to customers is already a disservice, but appearing to not care when making the remark is not acceptable. The food is what you usually find at this chain restaurant.

Easy to access with parking from the highway or the upper road. Good burger, fast service (of course depending on the schedule). Nice atmosphere with several spaces, children's games are upstairs, well thought-out decoration. Unlimited drinks, you can refill yourself.

Clean restaurant with fast and hot service.

Unfortunately this could be one of the good Burger King franchises but very average service, cold food, cola drink the cup filled with 70% water and 30% cola so meh

I'm really sorry, being attended to by a tremendous team of incompetents, who besides not accepting a call to attention, also made fun of me and when I tried to speak, they always talked over me, forcing me to have to shut up. I understand that when I go to the cash register to place my order, the employee should focus on what he is doing with me, and nothing else. I understand that he shouldn't like me. I understand that if there are other employees, it is up to them to serve other customers. Mr. Da Silva Daniel, came to the other guy's defense, and suddenly instead of one person making fun of me, there were two. I understand that making mistakes is human, but two people making fun of the customer is very wrong. What it all boiled down to was an apology because they don't know how to be professional. It made me feel the need to publicly express my displeasure against this service.

Usual Burger King food. Well presented, good service and great location close To Geneva Airport to grab some food before the flight I was picking my mother up from. Phone signal was fine for checking flight status!

Very bad experience! All the drinks but tea were sold out, but it wasn't indicated in the totem during the order. The access to the toilets is not free, even to wash the hands before eating! Quality/price ratio very low... :-(

Rotten salad!! And nothing like exchange!! I had to go twice because some items from the children's menus were missing... And it wasn't during rush hour!

The BurgerKing is completely refurbished, the terminals are often out of service but the food is still very good, always well received when ordering.

Unfortunately it has become very expensive, the quality is not there. Not to mention that you still have to pay to go pee....you won't see me anymore.....

Lack of precision in order preparation. Lack of cheese in the fries because nothing is calibrated and it is up to the customer, No still water and difficult to ask for it.

Cold atmosphere, soulless interior and nauseating smell. The staff at first sight were the most docile, however they are real vipers! The food is not bad but not good either. I'm not going to linger because I know myself, I'm of a sanguine nature

Always a pleasure to be able to enjoy a good whopper burger or a good crispy chicken Burger King's resting look has been redone. Really pretty with a children's play area. Small downside for the toilets you have to pay and even if you are a Burger King customer this does not allow free access or with a reduction. Too bad you should at least be able to benefit from a discount.

Quality and ownership have declined in one year. Dry burger, dirty tables... Too bad because they were better than Mac Donald's but now it's the same burger-wise and less good in terms of ownership....

I went to pick up my BK earlier and the guy at reception was very smiley and super welcoming. He was almost alone doing the cash register and cooking and his efficiency was remarkable. It’s this kind of contact that makes me love Burger King!

I came in the evening shortly before closing and I have rarely been so delighted. Corentin at the checkout was so nice and gendered me correctly, in short one of my best experiences in a long time!

It's the best Burger King I've ever had. I had a steakhouse, it was excellent accompanied by well-dressed bacon cheddar fries. I recommend this Burger King more than any other.

An excellent experience, very very satisfied with my Burger and the sympathy of the young man in a black shirt who speaks very well and who is at the same time very helpful. It is for me such an enjoyable first experience in a Fast Food restaurant, and much better than the competition, I recommend this restaurant.

I asked for no tomato as I am allergic, subsequently after eating I noticed it had tomatoes. The manager didn't even make me another one. Under the fact, that I already bit into it. I ended up with a burger without eating it for fear of the tomato taste in it and the manager didn't even make me another one at my request, well done Burger King. Following this, I fell ill for 3 days without being able to go to work, because the employees are incompetent!

Burger king in Switzerland on a motorway rest area it's expensive but nothing to say it's clean, very pleasant service like the lady who served me. Lol. Yes, I forgot the toilets are chargeable 🤣 enjoy your visit and enjoy your meal if you go there. Ps small supermarket on site as well as tobacco 😉

A very good experience, delicious burgers, although a little expensive, but we are clearly above the level of McDonald's, so that makes up for it, not to mention the unlimited drinks. The service is fast and the staff is pleasant. The layout of the dining area is clear, bright and stylish. You feel good there and the meal is a pleasure. Definitely a good experience when it comes to fast food.

It's expensive, the drinks machine goes wrong (the water runs brown) and we eat cold... what more can I say? In fact, at Burger King we always eat cold because they put hot meat in a cold bun with cold sauce, cold salad, a cold tomato... result, it's cold...

I was served this thing with steaks that were dry and overcooked or even burnt but apparently "it's normal, it's cooked over a wood fire"....I'll let you be the judge. No exchange too bad

Not great service, it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted in the hamburger. Dirty tables. We paid a lot for the little quality.

The Burger does not have its own toilets. You have to pay 1.- to access the toilet.

Frustrating good. This is one of the best Burger King’s that I’ve been to. The place is clean, modern and uses extremely good quality products. The whole kitchen is visible. It’s frustrating because everything is ~5/5 but the drink machine(yes you have to make your own drinks) is always out of everything so 80% of the time you are stuck with water with a slight taste of Coca Cola. I mean imagine you order to a Macdonald a coke and they don have it…

The Burger King with the best staff, David and an angel named Corentin. The smile, the listening, the personalized service, what a joy to feel welcomed like this. Our visits have since become more frequent. Long live David and Corentin and long live the Burger King of Bursins :-)) Eugenia & Marco

My sandwich wasn't very hot, I asked them to make it hot again and they did it without problem, very nice. The atmosphere is just a little cold because it's a big center and on the highway.

Restaurant completely renovated with Burger King and games area. The toilets are chargeable (1.- chf) but very clean. The tables and chairs and the decor are designer and it's pretty. There is the market for a coffee next to the Burger King. We happily stop at this station on our way.

Abusive prices (for industrial frozen burgers). Paid toilets so no way to wash your hands or go to the toilet even after paying for more than 50chF of junk food for 4 people!

Not much to do with the place (although?) But the toilets available and just renovated are just ridiculous. You have to pay to access it (even if you have eaten there) and even if you go there just to accompany a child...of which there are inevitably many in this type of restaurant. Next step, pay to eat on a table. Response to BK: I love your restaurant so I would come back with pleasure and I understand the toilet problem, however it would be really cool to negotiate free access with the restaurant route for BK customers, like an access code on the receipt...like your competitor Mc Do does (a little personal dig :-)

Paid toilets are understandable given the location on a motorway rest area. On the other hand, the customer who consumes Burger King, who has already paid and who needs to wash his hands in the toilet AFTER HAVING EATED! How does he do it? He pays ?? That's extremely AWESOME This happened to me, I even asked the employee who was cleaning how to do it. She couldn't answer me. This problem must be resolved for your customers who have consumed. You should put up a sign that the toilets are accessible upon presentation of the ticket or find a solution.

Too long to order the ice machine which does not work… And the little beep beeps when we bring it back to the cash register for that which activates and not that we wait in front for nothing.. the cashiers tell me it's useless…. Very disappointed

You pay exorbitant prices for menus and it’s up to you to fill your glasses. In addition, the caps provided and the supports are of poor quality. Which caused the glasses to spill in my car.

Visit a disaster: no fork for the salad, only one paper napkin for two, to find out which vegetarian sandwich was we had to open them all because it was not mentioned on the paper, reason: the machine is broken (which machine if it is written by hand). Also the gentleman at the counter was rather busy flirting with the young girl at the counter

Clearly not enough employees, a cashier/waiter and three people in the kitchen for the lunch rush, it's not enough they are constantly overloaded. burger served cold.

11 francs for a single burger, you smoked weed. But as long as the stupid holidaymakers pay these prices.

The quality of the burgers hasn't changed (it's still infinitely better than McDonald's), but the place has become horrible: ordering only on the notice boards, not enough room to sit, endless waiting - the new management is terrible and should be “thanked” ASAP.

I find it unacceptable not to provide a bag when ordering takeaway!

I show my COVID certificate. Already the young man at the checkout having checked it murmurs “hmmmm” (what does that mean? Thank you?), I say nothing. I call my wife because she has to show hers too. No worries, response from the cashier who checked it, “hmmm”. Good luck again. We collect our order including almost burnt chicken wings. Ok, I tell my wife to taste it before complaining. The taste confirms that it is almost burnt. She goes to the counter, asks if it's normal, they, not idiots, answer "yes". I come to the counter, ask for new wings in a somewhat abrupt manner, I admit, response of the same level from the young cashier then his superior intervenes who calmly explains to me that all their wings are like that and that no one complains. Well, it's their problem if others like to eat burnt wings. We don't, sorry. She tells me that if we ask for more it will be the same cooking... I ask for a refund. It lasts a good 10 minutes then where I try to emphasize that we are the customers and that they should listen to us a little but no. So the customer is supposed to accept everything and shut up. Great !!! How can you lower your voice when people treat you like that??? A shame this service

Burger King Okay 👍 But the sanitary facilities for the rest stop are rather poor than fair by Swiss standards. Well, I've seen better toilet facilities than this one.

Burgers served cold, the service is even lower, you have to serve your own drinks, it could still do it, but for hygiene I doubt. The smile does not exist, the closure due to Covid probably did not last long enough to find it again. Fast food does not necessarily have to mean bad service. Damage. Available for detailed feedback, but the employees on site are not interested.
