I took a spiced chicken wrap for a grand total of 6.90 CHF and was surprised how small it is! Literally it stays on your hand palm, like a little appetizer. I suppose it's meant to be a joke about how fat most people nowadays are. I showed it to my girlfriend and we had a good laugh (but no mistake: the price you pay is real)

Pleasantly surprised, the burgers & fries are very good and taste much better than the fast foods of the competition (KFC, McDonald's, BK, etc.). There's just the biscuit that I found really not great and smothers Christian but the rest is impeccable. On the other hand, paying toilets for customers is really excessive.

Delicious, juicy chicken. Would only recommend using slightly less oil and reducing the price, please. Otherwise, a great place to stop and eat with a family.

I really wanted to try Popey’s burgers. It wasn't bad, but nothing special. Honestly I was a little disappointed. The cookie was inedible… For the price, it was too expensive for the quality and quantity.

Incomplete order even though the restaurant was not overloaded. It was my mistake for not checking before hitting the road. Difficult to turn around on the highway to make a complaint... Menu quality to be reviewed.

Huge disappointment in the face of this promising discovery. Exorbitant price for the quantity offered. The wraps are too small even for a children's menu. The sauces are chemical. The salad so cold it hurts your teeth, and dripping with once again chemical sauce. I will never set foot there again, or put a cent there. Not to mention the fact that toilets are chargeable even for consumers. Ashamed.

I recently visited this restaurant conveniently located on the highway which is very convenient for a quick break. The burger was delicious, with fresh ingredients and well prepared. However, I have to admit that the prices seem quite high to me for what they are. Concerning the atmosphere and decor, there is not much to report, it is quite basic and lacks character. Additionally, it is important to note that access to the toilets requires a fee, which can be an inconvenience. In summary, it's a good option for a quick meal on the road, but with a few caveats to consider.

This single Popeyes puts every Popeyes in the USA to shame. Tenders were juicy and wings were good too. Wish it could be spicier but I can’t complain!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is good, the chicken is very crispy! Seeing the negative comments saying that it is too fatty etc. in the end it is a fast food restaurant, do not expect healthy food in this type of restaurant appreciated by some people who like junk food from time to time. Zero stars if I could! Paid 23chf for low-end food. The wrap was as big as a little finger stuffed with mayonnaise and a mini chicken fillet!!! Never again!!! Even a dog wouldn't have eaten it!!

Out of curiosity and nostalgia for a trip to the United States. Classic Sandwich: any. Cajun coleslaw sandwich: good. Deluxe spicy sandwich: average. Coleslaw salad: pretty nice but too many pickles. Cajun fries: delicious 👌 Cheesecake: it's okay. Our coupon app is not working. The refill for drinks is nice but not necessary. In short, value for money and quantity, it's clearly more expensive than McDonald's or BK. The 4 of us are rather disappointed.

The food was really very good. Staff goes like this. Friendly at the checkout and in the kitchen. Management position was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Prices are almost cheeky. 2 fries and 5 fillets almost 30.-

Better than the other K*C brand. I recommend it to those who don't like the other competing brand. The fries stand out from other fast food with their Cajun spices. The fried chicken is easily digestible and of Swiss quality. Looking forward to another one closer to home.

A very good surprise. I do not know. Honestly very good burger. The meat was excellent. The fries were well seasoned with spices. Portions are good. Self-service drinks are a good idea because you can refill yourself. Prices are in the high range. But the quality is worth it. I recommend without hesitation.

So on the other hand in terms of legislation and animal welfare you should know that they are the worst!

The lack of commitment from Popeyes to respect the criteria of the European Chicken Commitment concerns me. Other competing franchises, such as Burger King, KFC or Domino’s pizza have done it and show that it is possible. Your response will receive my full attention.

Reall good burgers! I think it it the best fast food chain. The prices are really expensive but it was nice to taste. The food was fresh and crispy. I really enjoyed The menu for 2. It was enough for 4 people as a Lunch Snack. Can recommend this place as a quick stop on your Trip. :)

Only complaint I have is having to pay for condiments not even a first one for free I can somewhat understand paying for more than one. Dry fries suck. You would figure paying at least 20 € per person you would get at least A free mayo or ketchup.

Fast food that is different from the ordinary. Very good fried chicken (better than other big brands). The unlimited drinks are a real plus compared to other fast food restaurants. Possibility of eating upstairs or outside depending on your desires. The choices are quite varied and the fries are extraordinary. I was very pleased with my experience and will likely return. The only downside might be a slightly higher price than other fast food places in the area. Perfect for once in a while.

Short stop at Popoyes. Overall the burgers are good. The crispy crispy. The taste present. However, the portions are too small. The wrap is very small, allow 2 portions to feel full. Hamburgers, too, deserve to be enlarged. Small interesting point: the unlimited drink service. However, allow 15-20.- per person for a complete menu. milkshake is good BUT, when ordering one (1) milkshake they put it in a double drink holder thingy & then put it in a paper bag. I don‘t get it. Why would i need that if i already get a paper cup with a lid on it. SO much waste for literally NO reason at all. At least ask your customers first, if they need something like that. This really needs to be improved. Actually made me pretty mad how un-ecological something can be.

First experience at Popeyes. When I made my order. I saw beautiful images on the order display, with crispy chicken. But when the order arrived. I was really disappointed when my order arrived. The sandwich didn't look at all like the photos on the order display. Otherwise the order arrived very quickly. The idea of ​​giving a cup at the same time as ordering is good for taking your drink and waiting for your order.

Good place to eat the famous Popeyes chicken, it has many tables indoor and outdoor, it has a child playground. The place has plenty of parking spaces for free and it is next to a gas station. Prices for two around 40chf and refills of soda/drinks. Staff is friendly 😊👍🏼

The chicken is not bad, but it is not anything to write home about, it is the second time we have eaten here, the service and attention is good, they brought the food to the table, they have a park for the children to play, the bathrooms are paid for, the restaurant is clean

Be careful, if you have cash, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes before being served… All this to receive the wrong burger!

This Louisiana Fried Chicken is either a joke or a tourist trap, with those prices you can almost eat a meal in a restaurant. Fries are good but also soaked in fat and salt. As for the chicken itself, you are better of buying half a chicken at migros for 6.- , some sides and drinks and you'll feed two 2 people with under half of what Popeyes is offering. It doesn't help that the entry was crowded with beggars and the soda machine wasn't working properly. Like five guys in Lausanne, this place sells overpriced fast-food, with the difference that this one takes advantage of hungry people passing by motorway with a hefty price.

We tried once but never again... High prices for a small quantity and mediocre quality, tasteless food, ordinary, meh... I advise you to cross the footbridge and go to the Burger King on the other side of Highway ! And I'm not talking about the coke at the self-service terminal, a mixture halved compared to the recipe, Coca cola should go for quality control... Otherwise, helpful and pleasant staff, that's the one and only positive point ... To avoid !

Super sandwich, very “spicy” as I like. The cole slaw with a lot of sauce, quite nice even if not traditional. And the cheesecake is acceptable without being revolutionary. Drinks distributed at will. Small damp towel to dry your fingers after a gourmet moment. I will come back!

The spicy wings are hot and juicy, as is the burger! A good chicken burger with Cajun spices is a change from what we already know on the fast-food market in Switzerland! Thanks to Popeyes for this new Louisiana flavor, which is a pleasure. At the moment the offer is not very wide, perhaps it will be expanded later? Meal taken on a Sunday shortly after the inauguration of the restaurant, around 11:30 a.m. so no waiting. Excellent sandwiches, very soft and crispy tenders. Unlimited drinks but complicated and not very functional dispenser because it is the same pipe for all drinks, creating a mixture when you serve yourself (the only negative point for us). Child seat and playpen. Impossible to validate our order in the application for loyalty points, too bad. No free or reimbursed access to the toilets, which is also a shame. Really very welcoming and friendly staff.

Chicken burger and chicken tenders are ok for a fast food. The fried chicken is way better than KFC but they do not have gravy. UPDATE: I drop my overall stars from 4 to 2. We ordered 4 burger menu WITH FRIES and box of chicken WITH FRIES and only to find out when we get home that there are no fries in the bag. This is not good, we drove 25 min just to takeaway.

Mixed... Very limited choice, only 2 burgers with their Spicy variant. Rather pleasant brioche burger bun, as for the chicken, although it is very tender, is ruined by the breading impregnated with oil and without flavor. Fast service and pleasant place.

Popeye's serves some of the best chicken sandwiches. It matches the experience of Popeyes in the US. The only problem was the drink fountain being too slow, there was a queue for it.
