McDonald's in Hinwil

very dirty staff hardly speaks German.

Yesterday we were in the drive in. Menu receipt was not taken despite mentioning points at the counter, not getting points even though it was shown. When we paid we said it was the wrong amount and the employee wasn't interested. Fries were cold😡

A great team, great service and a friendly, pleasant atmosphere. And last but not least, there is enough parking space. Great!!

It's good, but when you look at your employees' cleaning, you quickly notice that you have no idea what professional cleaning looks like. Here are a few examples: Warning sign true was put up last ((is protection against third parties) is ALWAYS put up first) and The mechanics of them [employees] are terrible. They clean the tables but not all of them and it is true (it looked like it could be misleading me) pink and not yellow. Thank you and wish you a nice day or evening Luca Barone. PS the caretaker with a focus on cleaning.

There's not much to say about the food at McDonald's. The dishwashing bags in the Happy Meals could be more useful, something that can also be used. That bothers me the most. Unpacking. Build it together, throw it away. That's too bad.

Cleanliness has been the same as before Corona for a long time. Disinfection container empty, always. It would take SOOOOO little and it would be fine. Conclusion: A person in charge is no good. Nothing. Zero.

Probably one of the worst McD's there is! Burger absolute disaster. Most of the time it's only lukewarm, there's more salad on the side than in the burger, and it can be difficult to layer the buns fairly straight 🤔 I'll prefer to eat a burger somewhere else in the future.

Catastrophe!!! Never waited that long. When the food finally came, the half was missing. Never been to such a bad McDonald's!

A big disaster, people avoid this McDonald's. For the 2nd time my child has food poisoning from this Mc. We ate there at the weekend, the fries were cold, the burger was greasy and unappetizing, the chicken nuggets were rubbery, the drink had more ice than drink in it. The one star goes to the lady who cleaned our table after I reported twice that every table in the free room was dirty and who looked at me as if she understood me, but cleaned one table anyway So never again in this McDonald's.

Good Mac just depends on how quickly the burger gets to the customer. Sometimes faster, sometimes less.

Food was good, as expected. Service was also good. The tables were dirty, but since they were cleaned again and again, it was ok for me if you weren't disturbed while eating to clean the table👍

I'm starting to have enough with this store. Almost every time something is missing from the order. This time a salad dressing. My fries were also rather poorly filled. It's even worse at drive-in or pickup. You always save money on fries. This is bordering on fraud! Unfortunately, all Mc's in the area are run by the same franchisee. Whether Volketswil, Uster or Hinwil, it's always the same. It would be nice if McDonald's Switzerland took a closer look...

McDonald's offers quick meals with well-known classics in an uncomplicated atmosphere.

The food was miserable! The fries were cold and had no salt. The Cola Zero was non-carbonated and warm. The lettuce was soggy and the tomatoes were soft... The sauces were missing and since the box didn't spit out a note we couldn't ask for any. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time we had such a bad meal in Hinwil. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED!

Order for 5 people, takeaway: After about 5 minutes of waiting, we got our drinks in the waiting area. With the note that food is coming soon. After another 10 minutes the first bag of food arrived. After checking (because we had already received more and more incorrect food), we discovered that it did not correspond to our order. After complaining to the DriveIn pick-up person, we received another bag of food. This one was also wrong. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes of waiting, we still haven't received our order. It's a shame that our 98th order only worked after the 3rd attempt.

Unfortunately, our half-finished food and almost full drinks were cleared away by the staff while we were chatting at the neighboring table with friends who had just come in.....

Today actually started well, it felt like for the first time this year nothing was missing from the review. When we got home, the second meat of the Double Big Tasty decided to turn into salad! It's really amazing how often something is missing in this store, so often that you could call it a scam. Less effort with the same sales. Luckily, other providers in Hinwil do a better job.

I was there with my grandchildren and couldn't figure out the terminal. Luckily, at Mac you can also order verbally from the very friendly staff. Despite the many guests, I was served very friendly and patiently.

Went to Mc Drive today, but unfortunately we noticed at home that the fries and sauces for the chicken nuggets were missing. I think it's a shame, we actually paid for it.

Dont go there if you are a bit in a hurry because the staffs are so busy talking instead of preparing FIRST the orders, they didnt mind that there were orders though not so many customers at this time as it was 14.30 Uhr already but still they have to prioritized orders before their chitchats! They are always working together why not to set aside their chit chats after work! Besides they were unfriendly ! These people I.wonder how, why and ggrrrr. .the fries were so soft obviously it was there long time standing! Be a bit concern with customers!!!

Very unpleasant to eat as it was very cold. Nobody took off their jackets. Heating might be an option. It's a shame... even the food got cold quickly.

I've been to MC's for a long time today and in Hinwil they are simply overwhelmed... my citizen was cold. It didn't matter because there was a lot going on. The others were missing their Coke. The others were missing their fries. They all went back.. but my citizen for 10 francs was still cold. Mhhh, it's a shame, but maybe just avoid McDonald's. Gin then went to Citizen King where the citizen was freshened up without lying for 10 minutes like with MC

I waited 5 minutes at the drive in counter and no one came. Others on the other side got there before me, but were there later than me. My ice cream tasted like salt and was half empty, the chicken nuggets felt like they were three days old and the fries were soggy and there was a hair in the chicken nuggets. What happened, did plankton steal the Krabbenbörger formula?

Drive-in today at 6:40 p.m.: no hello at the second window, nothing at all. The woman pushes the food in front of my face without saying a word. Luckily I looked in the bag. Received completely wrong order! Wrong burgers and wrong side dishes. I returned it, the woman again didn't say a word. She probably doesn't know how to apologize either! Then she pushed the new order into my window. While eating I noticed that the cocktail sauce was missing from the shrimp! It's just annoying! Every time you go to the drive-thru something is missing. Do you actually report these reviews to staff? Drive-thru errors are reported so often!

1 I've been craving a cheese burger for a long time, which turned me on at the drive-thru (pictured). But what I took out of the packaging at home had nothing to do with the picture of the Hinwil Rein drive-in. If you want to eat a top-class hamburger, go to the Volg in Dürnten, there is a stand in the parking lot that makes top-quality hamburgers and great fries.

Absolutely no goodwill despite errors in the McDonalds system. Order placed via app, receipt of payment was confirmed via app and email. The order did not arrive in the store system, so the order was not issued.

@Owner: I would be happy to add a few details: - More than 50% of what I receive is incorrect. Either something is missing or there is the wrong burger in the box. - Often the cheese in the burger isn't melted. - The burger sandwich is not nicely put together. All in comparison to other McDonalds in the area, of course.

We ordered nuggets, fries twice and a burger to take away. We waited for a relatively long time and when we asked about our food we were looked at rather shocked, so to speak, oh you're still waiting, then it suddenly happened very quickly. When I got home I was disappointed: nuggets were neither crispy nor fresh🤷‍♀️ I would definitely have given them back if I had eaten there. Fries not really fresh at the bottom, old cold fries at the top, a few fresh ones popped on top, a shame.

Things are always forgotten when ordering. I won't go there again!

I've been sitting there for 50 minutes waiting for 6 chicken nuggets, despite a complaint. Other times, employees falsify their SLAs/timers because orders are immediately clicked away. This way the customer sees that it is ready and after asking where it is, the answer comes that the system is broken. It's practically the same every time. Just to make things look good at McDonald's headquarters.

Love it has gluten free burger options! This one smelt funny - like a fertiliser factory was nearby? But easy self service. Plenty of parking. They also have ovaltine McFlurry.

It's a Mcdonalds. Parking was easy. Very busy and honestly had a weird smell.....potentially fertiliser.

Sometimes the staff is quite unfriendly and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, sometimes.

Last time we missed an MC chicken, today we had an MC raclette, but an MC chicken, a carelessly put together burger, half of the meat was left out, a 10 minute wait at the drive inn, it was definitely the last visit to your place

Ordered food at the terminal, it was delivered to the table hot and complete within a short time by a tough employee. After the burger menu, I ordered two apple turnovers from a very friendly employee at the counter. These were also served hot, which took less than 3 minutes. - Top!

Out of 3 orders, 4 wrong or completely forgotten things. In 9/10 cases, fries are lamping, either not cooked through or have just been left for too long. The burger pieces should be on top of each other for the price, but that seems difficult. Subpar compared to other McDonalds.... What a shame.

Easily accessible location with sufficient parking spaces. The location is clean and the service staff is committed. It has an outdoor seating area with a small children's play area.

Wanted a gift card at MCDONALD'S Hinwil Redeem it, then it said it doesn't work. This can not be. After all, I got it as a gift. For food: Burgers were great as always, but fries felt like they were left in the heat for two hours. Catastrophe.

It is very disappointing that in two out of three cases something is forgotten. If you eat there, it's not tragic, you can say so. It's very annoying at drive-thru. We can't check every time whether everything is in there as we make quite large orders. Sometimes sauces are missing, sometimes burgers, sometimes an ice cream... as soon as an order is not just a menu but something separate is added, there is a huge risk that something is missing... is this an approach to increase the margin or is it Is the staff really that inattentive? When I read how many other people complain about this in the other reviews, I find it hard to believe that you can't finally get this under control.

I experienced a birth in the men's toilet, it was disturbing and beautiful at the same time. The food and service were fine, but the store had an ambience. 10/10 will show my grandmother the restaurant if you offer pureed meals. 😤👍

The menu was brought cold and it only worked twice again on the third attempt. The darker lady was very unfriendly and just slammed the trays down to each customer. Some of the staff didn't speak German. The toilet facility was very dirty. There is an urgent need for action here.

No receipts will be handed out at the drive! After incorrect orders, the food is taken back at the drive counter, and the employee promises me that new food will be prepared for me again with the missing products. Ordered via my order, there were no sauces even though it was ordered, Coca Cola ordered and there were 2 x zeros and a burger was missing? What's actually wrong in this store? Swiss made? This is the second time the orders haven't been right, I will avoid this "restaurant".
