After 20 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru, no one, a lady hello thank you for waiting and nothing more. Lamentable. I went to McDonald's next door in 5 minutes I was served

15 minute wait when there are only 3 cars in front

Super friendly staff, helpful, accommodating. The burgers are excellent, not like at McDonald's where you could eat them without teeth because they are so soft and they taste the same.

For me it is one of the best Burger King, well located, large, the staff serves you quickly, they even have self-service

Great ftor at Burger King perfect service like at home

After my workout, me and my friends decided to find some comfort. For this we opted for our favorite fast food restaurant, Burger King. My choice in terms of the menu was very complicated given all the beautiful options that the menu we offer. But my choice is to go for the new cheddars lover menu, and it’s safe to say that we really fell in love with this menu. So much flavor we can't stop eating. So yes it is validated

We always take out, there is a clear improvement in orders, because some time ago, something was systematically missing. But this evening my husband went back to ask for the gift from the children's menu, he was told that it was in it (even though we had checked before leaving) when he got home, no gift. Frustrating for our child and for us customers. Please be careful next time! And believe the customer!

As a regular customer of the Crissier Burger King, I find that it is a little more expensive than the competition but it is worth it because you can really taste the taste of the food and the fries are always top notch! What I found to be a shame is that sometimes there is no soap in the toilets to wash your hands!

Ordered via Uber hit.. The order arrived within the 2 hours announced!!!! An aberration In addition, the order was cold, so it was prepared an hour before pick-up Bad points for winter hits and even more Shepherd King who must manage the preparation in relation to his care. Endless waits at the drive when there are only 2 cars, when it's my turn they tell me to wait again..... I say ok but not ten minutes please, answer we do what we can, go look elsewhere if you don't want to wait... Either the staff is poorly trained or there is a problem with staff management. And as someone so kindly suggested it to me, I went to the Mac Donald's next door.

Complicated to have an objective opinion. French tourists in transit, we stopped there for convenience. Clearly it's a good Burger King in terms of cuisine, the place is quite sad (commercial/industrial area) and the staff does the job. What shocked me, however, was the prices. 4 of us got it for €84 😭 I understand that in Switzerland it's more expensive but for a fast food chain it's not the meal that brought me closer to a heart attack but the receipt.

Hello, following our visit to BK DRIVE on October 3, 2023, the employee with brown hair and a beard was not very helpful and insulting, the employees at McDonald's are much nicer.

BK apparently prefers Russian currency even though they say something is different. I'm not going to eat at their place right now. Please earn the money in Russian but not from us.

Extremely unpleasant service, calls your number the first time then shouts it the second, total lack of respect for customers. End of service or not, this should not change the quality of the service or the food. Cold burger, reduced portion of fries and forgot to order.
