Big disappointment… service ok at the start of the evening but it deteriorates afterwards. We wait almost 1 hour between entry and meal. We ate well but not impressive. The worst thing is the music, much too loud, we had the impression of being in a bar rather than a restaurant. We asked several times to turn down the volume. We had to scream to talk to each other. Unpleasant staff. We won't come back again.

We are regulars at this restaurant and have always appreciated the warm atmosphere and the quality of the food. However, our last visit was disappointing. The service was exceptionally slow, and the beers were simply placed on the table without being poured into the glass (this is usual in Italy but not in Switzerland). Furthermore, the disappointment continued with the pizzas, usually delicious, but this time they did not live up to our expectations. The dough was soft and the toppings seemed lacking in flavor. It was a frustrating experience, especially since we used to recommend this place to our friends. We sincerely hope that this was only an exception and that the restaurant will quickly regain the quality of service and cuisine that has always attracted us there.

True and good Italian restaurant, hard to do wrong no matter the dish chosen, I was there at midday for a professional meal and in the evening with family, service with small onions. Beautiful room and view of the pizza maker, Room a little noisy at midday but otherwise everything is great, free parking for 4 hours in the Oassis basement.

The place is pleasant, well decorated. Courteous service but nothing exceptional. A big disappointment regarding the food. we had 2 pizzas. They didn't have much taste. We even have serious doubts about the quality and the products used. The description of the two pizzas mentioned two different Italian cheeses and we saw no difference between the two, neither in taste nor in appearance. The other salami and sausage ingredients were greasy and bland. Also no effort of presentation. The pizzas are too expensive for the quality. We won't come back again. Other pizzerias offer pizzas of much higher quality and for the same price or even cheaper. We really feel that they have focused everything on the atmosphere of the restaurant and nothing else.

DELICIOUS!! Really, I highly recommend! The dishes were incredibly sophisticated and tasty. The service is efficient, polite and warm. The place is very beautiful and not very noisy. The whole result is a place that is both gourmet and refined. We enjoy ! Possibility of booking online, which is very practical. Possibility of taking away. Open kitchen, you can see the talented cooks at work.

Expensive pizzas but good size and excellent. Very slow service at lunchtime and above all extremely noisy restaurant. Not recommended if you have hearing problems (room not acoustically treated. Small black spot, impossible to receive a mobile network and no public wifi announced, think about it if you are on standby and need to be reachable.

Overall very good, starter, main course. Except for dessert, Tiramisu not light enough served with a touch of salt, not great. Thanks to the waiter who brought us another dessert. But still a little too expensive.

These 5 stars are more than deserved! The tartare is really good with its foie gras sauce, and a vitello tonato with ice cream which serves as a sauce! Awesome...! Pizza fries are a novelty for me that please the palate! The setting is beautiful, well decorated and the craft beers are very good and beautiful. All this to say that it's a great restaurant and if you've never been there, it's worth doing! :))))

Quality cuisine but poor service, doesn't make you want to spend time at the table!

The service is excellent and the location of the place is good. The food is very nice, especially the pizza which is very light and very good. I recommend it!

The dishes are good, unfortunately the service is not good, having to call the waiter to come take our order, also having to ask for the rest of my dish (mayonnaise forgotten by the waiter). We also had to finish our meal in the dark, eating on the terrace and when the evening arrived we found ourselves, I don't know for what reason, the only table not allowed a table lamp. We arrived at 8:00 p.m. and left at 9:30 p.m. without having dessert. This was our second experience in this restaurant and for both times, we left with great service. Too bad, it will be our last time.

Very expensive value for money. The service is quite average with people barely speaking French, we had grilled fish for 42 Fr. overpriced is really not great, the two plates arrived almost cold the quality is not there. you certainly the frame is not bad! But this is not enough for an addition of 150.- for two. In short, window dressing

An incredible welcome, a staff composed mainly of people of Italian origin. Very good quality food and exceptional flavors. The restaurant is very well located with free parking for 3 hours just below it.

Very good pizza, it's not the first time we go, the quality of the products is very good, let's say it is in agreement with the prices charged. What unfortunately does not follow, is the service. INEXISTENT! too long waiting times, between an appetizer and the pizza, after having asked several waiters several times, they arrived after 45min, we order 3 small beers, the waitress tells us to be patient because the glasses were finished, they arrive 15min later, in glasses bigger, washed as best as possible… too bad we had already finished eating the pizzas! I politely ask for the bill twice, and twice the waiter replies "yes yes", and in the end I decide to go and pay inside the restaurant (we were on the terrace). Once I looked at the bill, I realized that they had added an extra bottle of water, just to make sure we didn't miss anything... I would say that you need a good wake up call, it's not enough that the pizza is good if everything else doesn't follow!!! Meanwhile, you have lost a customer, because I will never come back!

A friend wanted to introduce me to a delicious Italian dish, so we went to discover it. We waited a long time for our order to be taken even though the restaurant was not full. The dish was good but nothing more (my friend of the same opinion), the desserts (waited 45 minutes) were much better. Little surprise at the end, we were given the wrong bill and as I almost never check, we were caught just before leaving to say that we had not paid enough... at this time, there was only one left 3-4 tables... So the server was perhaps new, a mistake can happen but with the wait for the rest of the meal, it didn't necessarily make me want to come back. Too bad and I hope the service can improve. Because my friend really likes the cuisine of this restaurant.

Very nice Italian restaurant. The bruschetta as a starter is top notch! (Especially the one with mushrooms and truffles) The main dishes (pizzas, pastas and meats) are excellent and at reasonable prices. Nice wine list. The desserts are also delicious. The service was good but sometimes lacked rigor. We had to ask for the spices and chili oil. The salt never arrived...

The day we ate there was a weekday so the atmosphere was very, very quiet. But the food excellent...to try

Very mixed opinion, the first time we had takeaway (last year) everything was excellent But during our 2nd time (last January 9), all our dishes were missed, (5 dishes) overcooked, too dry and without any taste interest. Addition as high as our disappointment...

The place is very well decorated. The pizza is not cooked enough and the coffee is delicious, not so delicious (the 4 small desserts were a few days old and the taste was not great). On the other hand, the tasty ravioli and ossobucos. The service is not great. We were disappointed with this place which had nevertheless been recommended to us.

The pizzas aren't bad, but the dough is very soft...It looks like pancake dough, which is a shame. Otherwise the setting is good, parking is free in the complex and the service is correct.

Deplorable service. Arrived at 7 p.m. with 2 children, fortunately served quickly, after making a mistake in our order, we only received our 3 pasta dishes and 2 pizzes at 9:15 p.m.! Without any apology or commercial gesture. It's a shame, but you lost 7 customers.

Very slow and unsmiling service. The starter was good. The pizza much less so. The dough was soft and very nourishing. Really not the best Italian restaurant in the region despite what a famous daily newspaper says! I won't go back there. 😒

Delicious cannolo as a starter. Was, however, disappointed by the consistency of the pizza dough, either not sufficiently cooked or too moist? Damage. Relatively long wait for the order, between dishes and to pay, and sometimes strange service (for example all the dishes on the same table arrive in dribs and drabs). In summary, mixed impression

Unfriendly waitresses. Arriving without reservation, we were seated near the open door in full flow. The restaurant was almost empty at 7:40 p.m. but it was impossible to change tables because everything was supposedly reserved! What a sketch! We left...and won't come back!

Total disappointment. Poor service, very slow, several order errors, no excuses. A particularly unfriendly waitress. Service so slow that we had to insist on dessert because the kitchen was closing. What a pity. Magnificent place. But I won't go back

Terrible service, we had to wait over an hour and a half before being served the dish (even though the restaurant was far from full, there were 5 tables max). Servers not at all friendly, we had to ask for water 3 times before being served, and again they forgot half (without excuse). For the main course, I asked for tagliatelle without pistachio, there were pistachios in the sauce. Lobster pasta too salty. They served a Romana pizza even though we asked for a ham pizza. The icing on the cake was that we were almost refused dessert because, I quote, “the kitchen closes at 2 p.m.”. Fortunately, the cook was very kind enough to agree to serve us anyway, after our insistence. Positive point, the dessert and coffees were good.

My friend wanted to surprise me with a nice Italian restaurant. Well no plate very expensive very little to eat on the plates the consumption too expensive. Disappointing buffalo pizza that seemed like a cheap one. Aperol Spritz with 95% ice. I have the impression that Italians, when they come to Switzerland, forget how to do catering. The problem is not the 75 chf paid for two pizzas and two spritzes, but the quality of the product. Personal advice, charge two chf more for each pizza and each drink, but do them properly

Very nice restaurant with a nice menu, as well as the wine list!! Nice terrace and modern interior with beautiful golden colors, turquoise the color of the pizza oven too ^^ The dishes and pizza are very good! The only downside is the friendly but not very responsive service...

We had my son's communion there, what can I say, magnificent, the setting is idyllic for children, for families, a large terrace overlooking an enormous lawn, the food is excellent, typical Italian, excellent nugget, fries too , the pizza as good as in Naples, the service is impeccable, the staff is kind, available, smiling, an address that does not help me, underground parking is available, I highly recommend!!!
