Burger King Nyon in Nyon

Truly the best BK in Western Europe. I hear a lot of people who say that Burger King is not good but this BK is crazy. I highly recommend eating with the zamis.

Best Burger-King in Switzerland, frankly both the staff and the food are impeccable, the tables are cleaned very often and both the burgers and the fries are always hot, so really a pleasure to have a good BK on site and in this Burger -King in particular!!

The place is super central, there is not much crowding and the service people are super friendly ❤️

I am deeply outraged by the attitude of the manager this evening. I was served a big king without Ognon or pickle with extra cheese and extra bacon as well as a small Coke. After my first bite I noticed that the burger was cold. Having had a doubt I Croc a 2nd one this one is cold too. So I informed the cashier of the coldness of it and simply asked to be reimbursed for my dish. This one calls me her manager who tells me that the only thing she can do is reheat the burger for me. I tell him I don't agree. I don't want a reheated sandwich, I'd rather be reimbursed. She tells me that it's the only solution to reheat the burger. And that's all. So I told her that there was no way she would give me back her reheated sandwich that I simply wanted to be reimbursed as previously stated. So she told me that it wasn't possible. I told her that if she did not reimburse me, I would leave the store and file a complaint with your department about the way she handled the situation. So she encouraged me to do it. Taking the sandwich and throwing it in the trash. I asked him to show me my dish so that I could take a photo of it to send to you. She refused since she had already thrown it in the trash. I find it unacceptable as a customer that a manager behaves like this with his customers. 13 francs 50, it does not seem to me that this is too large a sum for a company of your size. I think that the taint of your brand is much more significant with his act than for the poor unfortunate 13 francs that I lost when leaving your restaurant without having eaten or getting my money back. And of course, obviously out of anger, I spilled my drink behind their counter and took the photo of the employee in question. Since she did not want to give me her name in order to express my complaint. I am very sad to lose confidence in your brand and hope that you will help me regain this confidence in your name. I am used to French Burger King, I could not imagine such a price difference for meat that is probably less good. If you are not Swiss, also pay close attention to your telephone plan, check if Switzerland is included in your plan, otherwise there will be unpleasant surprises.

I found a nail in my fries at this restaurant. I strongly advise against the hygiene is deplorable, on top of all that when I showed this to the cashier they didn't offer me anything and she told me it must be an onion. So she didn't do anything about it.

There was a traffic jam. ... So that's how I end up in a fast food place like burgerk8ng. Well, you can order from the screenn and see your order ready or prepared from the screen. This is too new for me as it has been ages since I ate there as previously mentioned. I ordered the Swiss classic. But the meat was as dried as all the burger King meats and the bread had the artificial taste... all the sauces were over salted...etc. and I paid for a menu 23.5chf. It is crazy. So what I recommend is that.. just go to Brasserie de Rive, eat a great burger made by some real chef, enjoy the lake view, have your salad and freshly fried fries.. and pay only 26 chf.

The waitresses are not cool at all. We are not supposed to be aware of all the options that are on your machine. When I asked a waitress to hold on to my ice cream for fear that it would melt while I was eating, she didn't care. Much cooler and more understanding at Macdonald. My meal isn't even hot pfff...

Mediocre meal! The cold fries, the Burger assembled any way (at 15.- the Burger I expect a better level even for a fast food). At the terminal we are asked if we want ice cubes and they send the drinks without ice cubes! Not to mention the friendliness of the employees (ironic) when we come to ask for the ice cubes, so it informs us that the machine is broken…. Infuriating such a large chain not to have a backup ice pack in a freezer! Dine in if you must because the staff are nice and friendly. But DO NOT order at Burger King Nyon for delivery via Uber. I waited 1 hour 15 minutes for a burger and cheese balls even when I called the restaurant twice for follow up. I wanted to cancel my order but the BurgerKing crew on the end of the phone said she could not because delivery was on the way (after 1 hour!). Delivery lady finally arrived looking tired and stressed because they had so many delivery requests and there were only 2 delivery staff. The company should be called out because clearly they were understaffed. That’s not fair. BurgerKing Nyon should just remove their restaurant from delivery apps if they don’t have the capacity to deliver food. Simple.

For people who are allergic to sesame, eating at BK is really a source of anxiety, every other time they put the bread with sesame (for the Cajun burger) I find it disrespectful and what's more it's wasteful because we has to return the burger and it won't be eaten by anyone, plus it wastes our time. You should be careful because a food allergy is not to be taken lightly, people can die from it. It is also false advertising to offer a burger with a certain bun in the image and to add another.

The place is practical and well located. Unfortunately the more I go there, the fewer vegetarian burgers there are. On several occasions I wanted to take the king box with a vegetarian burger and for the 3rd time in a row, they did not have enough to make vegetarian burgers in the king box. So all that remained was a vegetable “burger sandwich” or another with fish. Namely, I paid 15.- for my menu instead of 9.- for the king box. It’s a shame because the vegetarian burgers in the other bk are very good and they always offer a vegetarian burger in the king box, it would be good to do the same.

The worst BurgerKing restaurant! To avoid ! Since they opened a few years ago, I have been returning to this restaurant from time to time and each time, without exception, there is something wrong. It's scandalous. Today the correct code did not work at the terminal. I'm told to scan it, something I've already done... I'm told to move to another terminal because it's the terminal that doesn't work...?! (Already they don't help me and I have the impression that they take me for an idiot.) Of course, on the other terminal it doesn't work. I ask to do it on their kiosk and it doesn't work. The lady doesn't know what to do. After asking me again which voucher I use, I explain to him and give him the voucher. I reactivate it 3x. Always nothing. The manager arrives and is very unpleasant. There is always something going wrong. The last few times (and several times), the BK was smoky. Looks like we'll be the meat in their Whooper. Previous times they took 20+ minutes to process an order in the evening at 9 p.m. when there were only 2 people in front of me. Each time it seems like it’s an obstacle course just to bring out a burger with onion rings. I like BK but this one is a scandal. Absolutely avoid!!

This is the best BK I've ever had! As a fan of this restaurant chain, I have so far not seen a better BK than the one in Nyon. Always smiling, always perfect burger, always perfect fries and an always warm team. I would like to particularly thank Youness and Mustapha who welcomed me on Saturday 10/09/22 at 12 p.m. That day it was the best burger. Thanks also to the cook(s) for always putting the sauce right up to the edge of the bread and arranging the condiments so well! Hmmmmm! Thank you BK Nyon and his team!

I tried to go there several times, ahead of time as found on the schedule and on the internet too. For example it closes at 00 and 15/20 minutes before closing they are still serving customers and close the door before closing. They deny service even though they are still serving other people. If it closes at 00, it closes at 00 not earlier, it's a fast food restaurant.

Well to be very specific, I am rating based on their vegetarian burgers. They are ok but not sure why they only offer the 'meat-like' veg options.. people who are vegetarian since long actually want true vegetarian taste, like maybe potato patty or bean batty.. their meat replacement version is definitely not bad if you can't find any other veg option but it's not great. Their cheese fries though are amazing! The ice tea & other shake options are also good.
