I called last night to order a Chicken Tika. The person on the phone told me to come by 20 minutes later. Once arrived there the dish is not ready, the waiter does not even apologize. I wait an extra 30 minutes for dry chicken and tasteless mozzarella noodles. In addition I specified that I only wanted very little sauce and I ended up with 2 pools of cold sauces. The waiter didn't even make a commercial gesture to me despite my 50 minute wait.

Tried this restaurant (for takeaway) for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was really delicious. I ordered palak paneer (spinach with fresh cheese) and it was one of the best I’ve had- rich and nicely spiced, and a generous portion for takeaway (also included rice and vegetables on the side). I really appreciated that the food was packed in a paper carton with just a thin sheet of plastic sealed on top; a mess-free and eco-friendly choice. I will certainly be back- very curious to try a meal in the restaurant next time. Prices are quite fair for the quality of the food. Definitely recommend.

Service was beyond horrible, server was rude and aggressive (perhaps drunk?)- kept chatting with his buddies having a dribk and was completely rough and unprofessional. One person in our family had a medical emergency during the meal (choking) and nobody came to help or lend a hand - quite the opposite, we felt we were a nuisance. We had to argue to get service, it was totally umunacceptable and we will never go there again!!!
