Food much too small for XL and too overpriced I recommend dear MC Donalds

Fries are always tasty, you can refill the drinks as you like and the location is good. I think it's a shame that every time I go there the chicken wraps aren't available? I've wanted to try these for ages. The bread is often dry and therefore falls apart

We ate cold despite the fact that there weren't many customers. They forgot the two cheeseburgers in the King junior menus. The manager saw that there were two undistributed cheeseburgers, she told me, but did not bring them to us. Trash can in one place in the restaurant.

When I ordered a burger, I saw how the employees prepared it. The employees did not wear gloves during the preparation; one of the employees took off his chef's hat and ran his hands smoothly over his hair, then he fasted the ingredients. They literally threw the food on the tray and laughed gleefully. Very unsavory and inconsiderate. I'm never coming back.

Best Burger King restaurant in all of Basel! Best Burger King I've ever been to internationally!! Top and super nice team! Very friendly, courteous staff 🩷 The restaurant is always very well maintained and clean. The food is always freshly prepared and delicious! You feel comfortable and very welcome. Five stars for the restaurant and 5 hearts for the crew! The highlight ! Drinks for free refills!

After a long time I once again enjoyed a good meal at Burger King. It was warm, fresh and delicious. I can now recommend this Burger King.

Good ingredients, fries was extra tasty

The food is always cold and not fresh. The only reason I keep coming back is because my daughter prefers going to BK to Sam's next door. But it's because of the toys and the play area. Even she doesn't really like the food. She usually eats a few fries and the Squeeze.

Dirty cups, spongy bread, smelly cups, good chicken strips, TOTALLY unfriendly staff even pushed me around so that I should hurry up and clean up, even though I was waiting for my parents.

Unfortunately the burgers are not as good as at other BK

I haven't had such a good steakhouse burger at Burger King in years. Tomato and lettuce were fresh and the roll was great too.

Order was charged twice. Burger King then refuses to refund without a receipt (who keeps the receipt from a BK visit, please?), even though the double payment for one and the same order should be visible in their cash register system.

Ordered food last night. Half was missing. Don't seem to be the brightest there.

The waitress mixes up the orders (take away). I assume it happens because there are too few staff or people are not on task. This is annoying for us customers and costs money. Would the staff be trained better, otherwise I would see black for the St. Jakob location! Hygiene should also be better. Running around with a rag every now and then doesn't hurt anything. Especially when it comes to serving drinks! I am satisfied with the friendliness of the staff ☺️

After the evening shopping in the best shopping center in Basel we took a detour to BK and was not disappointed. It was quick and the fries were really hot, yummy

This branch is absolutely not recommended!! That was probably one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had! The shop is dirty, the tables aren't cleaned and the drinks counter is completely draining! I don't eat fast food often but when I do I like to treat myself to Burger King. The burger buns were dry (crumbling apart), the sauce was simply forgotten on 2 burgers, visually the burgers looked like they were already 2 weeks old and the fries were cold. If I hadn't taken the food takeaway, I would have given it straight back!! 58.- for 2 menus of which you ate 2-3 bites is a cheek!

Ordered food, didn't get it and a cheeky blonde waitress took my receipt, made me wait and then said I can't do anything for you.

After what feels like 20 years, I'm back at Burger King. But never again. We had to wait half an hour for food. It had far too few staff (only four people and that during lunchtime and a football match). They were completely overwhelmed. People who had already paid ran away without eating because they couldn't wait any longer.

If I could give minus stars I would! This is the second time I've eaten at this Burger King... unfortunately! The employees are very incompetent and can't even speak German... and everyone works very unhygienically and without disposable gloves! That is not how it works! Additionally, this has been observed and confirmed by several people I know. Regarding food... the food is always cold, not fresh and looks disastrous. So the money you pay for a burger like this is worth zero! For this reason I brought the "fresh" burger back and asked for a new one but since the employees don't understand the language they just made it worse and simply warmed up the burger and took out the bacon which was raw.. Very very disappointed with Burger King and that you just hire some incompetent people who don't take their job seriously. Before this store has to close, I would urgently change something about it, but as I can see from the previous feedback from customers, Burger King doesn't care what the customers think.. very, very sad!

I used to be an absolute fan of Burger King, unfortunately the quality in the fast food restaurant is getting worse and worse! Dirty tables, order pilons dirty and broken, waiting time far too long! A pity!

The swiss burger menu for over 20 CHF was a disappointment. The burger didn't look anything like it was advertised. Staff need more training immediately! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Very good Burger King. Simple and large, you can refill your drinks as you wish and the burgers were also nicely prepared, quick and warm. You can definitely recommend this Burger King 👍🏻

My cousins told the staff that I'm new in Switzerland and the money I was giving them was for my ticket so they didn't make me pay and they paid

sory the first and last time wait 45 minutes then I'm fed up and want my money back. and in the kitchen there are loaves of bread on the floor and other things. Plus I've never seen the green tongs for Vegi. Please close the shop and the office must check there. There are quite a few problems there.

You definitely won't believe what I have to say to you... 😁. Namely, very typically furnished, spacious. Then, friendly, very friendly staff. And the location is ideal. Tram and bus right in front of the door (so to speak) So ideal, and accessible for the disabled. Drinks a discretion.

We waited a relatively long time for our food. At home we realized that the chili cheese nuggets, a sauce and the extra cheese were missing from a burger. The other burger wasn't the one we ordered and the drinks and fries weren't large. In total we paid about 15 francs too much for what we got.

An absolute disgrace. I will never enter this store again. I ordered and paid at the machine. No receipt came out. Wasn't alone with this problem. The solution from the shift manager was that we pay again and request it back by email. We would have to prove with a bank statement (your ATMs had problems!) that we paid it twice. She was unfriendly, didn't want to give her last name, didn't want to take ours, didn't write a confirmation, threatened security and only gave us one business card from her boss for three people. The rest of us could take a photo of it. We should then send our account statement to this email to confirm that we have paid twice. She didn't even apologize for it and we were given the cold dishes that had already been prepared before the scandal. I can't recommend this store to anyone!

After consuming it on site, we and the whole family had to vomit and become very nauseous once we got back home. We live 10 minutes away and go straight home after dinner

My colleague Sascha wanted to buy a burger after 11 p.m. Unfortunately, nothing came of this project because this business was unfortunately already closed. Calling yourself a Burger King and then not even staying open past 11 p.m. is like a juice shop.

30 minutes of waiting for two sandwiches... I had to send one sandwich back because two ingredients were missing. I then saw the cook add the ingredients directly to the returned sandwich, without gloves, and put it back in the microwave. No apologies from the staff. PS: One ingredient was still missing after the second attempt. Simply scandalous

Slow food fits better! Been there 3 times and waited an average of 20 minutes. Once it even took 30 minutes. We've never been to a Burger King where you have to wait so long for your food. But the food is very fresh and delicious!

The food was hard, dry and cold. The fries were also cold. Tasted like cardboard. A pity. I won't set foot in there again.

30 minutes for a whopper at 8pm is definitely too much! Cancellation of the order was not possible. Employees are overwhelmed, untrained and unfriendly. Then you have to leave your seat while you wait because the restaurant is being reduced in size at 8 p.m.... An imposition!!!

The one who made the burgers didn't have gloves and the one at the register handed me the glass for the drinks with two fingers inside... I had the glass changed and then I asked why the colleague didn't use gloves to assemble the sandwiches and I hear them say that they always wash and disinfect their hands, it's a shame that the famous colleague touched everything before putting her hands in the sandwiches...first and last time...disgusting...

No “fast food” Visited twice, each time ordered exclusively for a certain freshness… On both visits the burgers were always cold.

Food was delivered quickly and warm. There wasn't much choice of sauce left and none was provided. Only received sauce upon request. That's not possible when you take it with you. The worst thing was the heat in the shop. A little ventilation would be helpful. Sweating like crazy.
