Went there on Saturday with friends and the food was great!!!!! Plus, the staff was super friendly :)) I can only recommend it.

Good day Last night I ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries via Uber Eats. Burgermeister isn't cheap but I think it's top quality. According to the invoice, the food was delivered to the restaurant at 8:03 p.m. and only arrived an hour later at 9:00 p.m. This with a delivery distance of 2km (3min) The food was not cold but ICE COLD. But no wonder if it sits there for an hour. The truffle fries were also missing. Uber will reimburse me for the fries and a delivery fee of 5 francs. Nevertheless, I think it's a cheek to pay 50 francs per burger with fries when they are ICE COLD. Please do not offer delivery if this reduces the quality of your great products. I know the topic of recession is always very sensitive, especially when it comes to deliveries from a provider like Uber Eats. But I still want to bring this up because I think it is also in the restaurant's interest to deliver top quality, which is not always the case. Especially if the supplier doesn't even deliver in a heat or insulation bag or box. The restaurant must also ensure this. Even in a restaurant you don't send food that is already cold from the kitchen. Communication between you and the delivery service provider would be necessary here. Thank you and kind regards

Chili cheeseburger for the win.

Unfortunately, we received the wrong order twice and the meat wasn't really cooked through and was still cold inside, which was a shame. So you can't really enjoy it and next time you'll want to go back to Korner Burger because the quality is always there.

At lunchtime the waiting time of 50+ minutes until the order is ready is far too long. The place was far from full and Google said it was less busy than usual. Nevertheless, further orders were accepted and cashed without mentioning the waiting time. Many people only have 1 hour for lunch!

Food was super delicious❤️ Service was a bit inattentive. We didn't know that we had to order and stood around for a bit at first. The tables/chairs were a bit sticky/dirty... but all in all I can highly recommend it

Waits during lunch-time can be quite brutal. Waited 25minutes for my burger and fries. Burgers are ok, but nothing to write home about. The fries are consistent and rather the highlight.

I ordered a chili cheeseburger, fries and beer and it cost 26 francs per person. I think the prices are quite reasonable in Zurich. The burgers and fries are delicious, and there seem to be several other stores in the city, so I'd like to go there again.

Nice alternative to the global burger chains. Burgers are freshly made and meat is not overcooked. Prices are little higher, but still acceptable. There is a little more waiting time involved, but totally worth it. The BBQ burger is excellent and there is a combo that comes with fries (or salad) and a drink.

Burger tastes good , they make it fresh ,they have plenty of options if you are vegan or vegetarian, but only thing is it little overpriced.

The burger was OK, ColeSlaw was a raw vegetable salad with no taste, fries were bland and the service was a disaster, they didn't manage to refill the ketchup during the entire stay

Even when ordering via Uber Eats - the burgers are really tasty despite the journey! Of course, fresh is even better - but sometimes we are a bit comfortable. My favorites - when you're really hungry: Chili Cheese Burgers & Chili Cheesefries Or Housemaster Burger (Solo) Not cheapie but solid & tasty!

The burgers we had here were very good. Not too expensive and very tasty and the beef seemed to be good quality. The only thing that let this down was that the chicken wings we had weren't the best. Still a good spot for a quick tasty meal.

The food is tasty and corresponds to the chain's standard. Unfortunately, cleanliness and service were poor during our visit.

I was there on Saturday evening, July 15th. The burgers were good though. But I have rarely met such cold-hearted, demotivated staff in my life. At the counter we were not greeted by the two young ladies or asked what we wanted to order. We were treated like air and had to fight for everything ourselves, from ketchup to ordering. I'll never go to this branch again.

Always good quality and most importantly, the citizens always taste the same. Very good, recommendable.

The burger was good. However, I ordered a single burger (hamburger) to take away. I had to wait 25 minutes and was ignored for a long time. This is not very customer friendly.

Mhh place, the taste is not great. Bun is doll and flavor in general is a bit artificial. The people at the bar taking your order are too cool to be nice. Location is fine and you get plenty of sun at the terrace around the early afternoon. Price wise is acceptable for Zurich, but for the quality I wouldn’t mind paying a bit less.

I am a regular here. Today I got a burger which I didn't throw away only because I was incredibly hungry. I asked for a medium-rare, hoping for medium. I got very well done burger with incredible amount of salt. It was the special one with 2 patties, the housemeister (house master). I really hope this was a single mistake and not a general food quality destruction.

Sunday, February 5, 2023, 9:30 p.m.: when we entered, the extremely unmotivated waitress had headphones on, she signaled to us very clearly, why are you coming at this time??!! Burger sensational, fries just warmed up... at 9:50 p.m. the waitress comes by again and says succinctly: we're closing! Conclusion: food could be improved, service was subpar.

We were able to place an order today shortly before closing time without any problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Have a great charisma and smile too! The food was amazing, prepared quickly and really tasty! I can only recommend. Thank you for the flexibility!

Citizens were much too small, self-service, I don't know why waiters work there, but the taste was very, very good. The price was okay too. All in one, good for a little hunger.

Best burgers in Zurich. Reasonably priced too.

Location is great, but nothing has been done with the interior, it's a bit boring, there's still room for improvement. Service is good (sometimes it's hard to communicate) but the food has always been extremely good for years. In my opinion, the burgers are some of the best in the city.

One of the best burger in Zurich city. It’s not #1 but is in the top 3! Price is more or less reasonable. We paid chf 60.- for 2x burgers with fries and drinks. There are cheaper places but they cannot keep up with quality. Meat patty is juicy, brioche bread is fresh and fluffy. The only negative critic is - the burger sauces are kept simple - ketchup and mayonnaise; limited sauce selection. I rather grab a burger at Burger Meister instead of McD! I’m always coming back if I craving for a simple tasty burger!

Great burgers! Can recommend the whole menu, except for the buttermilk chicken burger. Dry, wafer-thin and if you've ever had a decent fried chicken burger, unfortunately very, very disappointing. That's why it's better to stick with beef, because they do everything right!

There are numerous burger restaurants in Zurich, and most of them have one thing in common: you get an average burger for an above-average price. Pictured is the “Chef Burger” for CHF 14.50 (without fries). In terms of taste, it's convincing (it's not top league, but it's good), but if you have a lot of steam, you could easily eat two of them. With fries and a drink you can leave for just 40 francs. A hefty price for self-service fast food.
