Very nice little restaurant, the cuisine is very good, adapted to Swiss palates, don't hesitate to ask for a little spicier if you like that. The service is great, young girls and boys very welcoming, not stressed despite the crowds. Come have a good time in Mexico! Caramba!

Service was on point, atmosphere was family friendly, and the food was fantastic! Coming from a Mexican family, I know not to expect 100% authentic Mexican ingredients in Europe because of geography. Regardless, the mole I had was delicious using unique ingredients like Swiss chocolate! It's a must try experience.

The dishes are acceptable but not up to the prices which are more expensive than the semi-gastro in the region. The hot sauces are disappointing and the bottoms of the bottle with old crust on the neck are not desirable… Decor and music in the theme and very pleasant. Basically we see that there are very good cooking skills and lots of good will. It just lacks a touch of common sense to make it a very good restaurant…

One of the best Mexicans I have eaten, the dishes were very, very good! The only downside was that we had to go get money because apparently the card didn't work... (which could have been said before the meal) (and which really surprises me, because it was the end of service) but hey . It was a pleasant moment

I have been coming for years and I have never been disappointed with the food which is prepared or served very very good. On the other hand, the waitresses did not manage to cope, she asked for drinks several times, forgot a dish, forgot a certain order, very long wait, it was a bit of a mess between them and the tables, several omissions.

Excellent food and very friendly and attentive staff. We came here three times within a month and each time we were absolutely thrilled and very satisfied!

A pleasant surprise. I must have gone there 15 years ago, and I was disappointed by the service (unprofessional) and the mediocre quality of the products (like poor man's OdelPaso)... But there, nothing to say... Great terrace at the back (how did I not discover it sooner?), very friendly young and dynamic servers (even if they have never set foot in Mexico)... Everything seems fresh and homemade . Excellent salads, very nice fajitas. On the other hand, it lacks a bit of "flavors" (coming back from Mexico, I was disappointed by some dishes that were a little "bland"... fortunately, they bring japalenos and hot sauce on request). The pina-colada was disappointing (it was very watery - normally it's "frozen" - with very little rum). Given the price of the cocktail, we can expect better... (this remark is meant to be constructive... I really encourage them to do something "frozen", it is only served like that in Mexico.. . and add rum - ok, it's expensive, but this was a stupid pineapple juice!).

Nice waitresses, very accommodating to children, but horrible food. We ordered the vegetarian tacos and they were made with frozen vegetables: carrots and turnip!. Absolutely nothing like the veggies that you usually find in a taco. The quesadillas are also extremely bland, nothing you cannot make better and cheaper at home. Again, very nice staff but cannot compensate for the food. Also, the menu is not well written in Spanish…

The way I see it as a Mexican, I think there are many things that are not at all similar to what is Mexican, for example they serve COLD beans!!! Why?, the beans are always served hot, and so many things on the menu that are not at all They look like Mexican food, I'm not saying the food is bad. But I do think that they do not represent Mexican food at all.

The food tasted quite alright, but I know very little about Mexicand food and could still tell that it most probably wasn't very authentic. I will probably still come again because the food was still good, just not very authentic. The waitress was very friendly.

Excellent welcome with a smile. The waitresses are very friendly and the dishes delicious. The dessert is just incredible and we will happily come back as a family. Just a small downside on the homemade cold mint tea, which was a little too sweet for my taste, it's a subjective opinion of course. Otherwise it was impeccable. 😉

I had booked for my birthday with my children. When we arrived, they hadn't registered me, finally they found a table. I had a voucher for 2 moritos. We order and take 2 children's morito water, mint and lemon 😄when we received the bill 🙄10frs per glass for the children and with alcohol 14frs it's crazy. We wanted shrimp, we didn't eat any, nothing exceptional. Not really great. In the end they counted just one glass of morito children. THANK YOU. BUT WE WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN

The service was excellent, the waitresses were very dynamic and polite apart from the cooking which didn't keep up so it was too long. The map is not well explained And the dishes were not necessarily excellent.

Great satisfaction.. Good Mexican food.

Catastrophic. The food was enough, but we had to wait an hour and a half for it. The incompetent waitress wasn't able to carry more than one plate at a time, so it took a long time. Those at the next table who arrived half an hour after us were served before us. The obvious lack of skills was not made up for by kindness or an apology.

Here is a safe bet among restaurants in Neuchâtel. Warm welcome, smiling and super friendly team, delicious dishes and very reasonable prices. What else? We had fun once again. Thank you for these beautiful moments!

Far... very far from Mexico. The welcome was magnificent and the two girls very professional. The quality of the food unfortunately does not live up to the service. Everything absolutely mediocre. The prices are not in line with what you receive on the plate. It didn't meet my taste.

Good Mexican restaurant, with a varied menu, including spicy options.

The food was OK, but it was not (repeat NOT) authentic Mexican food. We were given a choice between salads and gazpacho. Gazpacho is a Spanish soup, so it failed the authenticity test right there. The tomatoey “gazpacho” soup we had was watery, oily, and chunky. Nice try. No cigar. The enchiladas didn’t even come close to the real thing, and we are talking light-years here. The meat was wrapped in flour tortillas that were crisped on a griddle, then garnished with a small splash of sauce that tasted like spaghetti sauce. If you are hungry hungry hungry for yummy Mexican food, don’t come here.

This is my opinion which will be written with a certain severity, because my disappointment is deep. After leaving the cinema, I was hungry and wanted to satisfy this need with a good Mexican restaurant that someone recommended to me. First of all and first remark, I felt suffocated by the heat, this point will not affect my grade, but I wanted to point it out. Then, once the meal is served after a long wait, the plate is very hot, which obviously does not help the situation of overwhelming heat. The meal was tasteless, no explosion of happiness in the mouth, the meat tasted apart from the dish had no particular taste, as if you were removing the steak from a BigMac to eat it separately... No particular sauce was present to help the dish apart from the tomato sauce, which was excessively used on each of the dishes that one can order to add flavor given that it is what brought the most flavor in the dish. Honorable mention to the salad served on the same plate as the main course which was the thing that had the most flavor thanks to the salad dressing (which I think is industrial given that everything he produces in the kitchen has not no significant flavor), but a warm salad since it was placed on the same hot plate. Overall disappointed and left very hungry, and I decided not to have dessert so as not to push my disappointment even further.

Clear lack of professionalism on the part of the unpleasant boss, tasteless food (only the tomato sauce is a tad interesting in taste). For some unknown reason we refused to be offered water in a carafe when requested.
