And also if it is unpleasant and hurtful I can understand that we don't let it happen. Please you have an individual in front of you with these emotions and these problems cannot be 100% every day. As a saleswoman I find that we no longer have the right to make mistakes but we must not forget that a craftsman is not an industrial machine, they are two completely different things, we must support them and not jump on them because We need to see a psychologist. I waited for my order for 1h30, and I am not the only one who had this bad experience or even the worst order I have made. You don't deserve 1 star just because there isn't a 0 rating. Uber eats has probably already deleted this “restaurant” from their database, that’s why you changed your name on the application, and you continue to lie about the delivery time (10 minutes what a joke). The sandwich doesn't even have meat, just fries and raw vegetables, cold fries and tenders that don't chew, they look like rubber.

We ordered from this establishment via Uber eat. After an hour and a half of waiting we were reimbursed by UberEat. The establishment does not respond and even hangs up on the customer. Order placed on Ubereat, the restaurant takes care of delivery; 1h10 late! We order a pizza without gorgonzola (note on Uber + a call to the restaurant to confirm) and the pizza arrives with gorgonzola all over it… awesome! With barely cooked dough. I strongly advise against this restaurant

I had the chance to discover this little place two weeks ago. Being Italian I was once again expecting a very basic restaurant but as soon as I tasted the products, wow!! Super good. For the decor you have to give the new owner time to do the work but being focused on takeaway what interests me is the quality of the food and it is there! Isn't it possible to rate half a star ? Would be enough to congrats the only positive point of this place : all chairs have 4 unbroken legs. If you're looking for more such as eatable pastries or drinkable coffee, just RUN AWAY !
