Super nice staff, great view of the river

After waiting for 10 minutes without being served (the café was empty, so to speak, but you were seen), you just go across the street to the next café...what a shame.

Really really cute cafe! It's rather small, but that's what gives it a lot of charm. When the sun is shining you can sit outside wonderfully. The staff was really nice and welcoming. I really liked it and rate it among the top 5 cafes in Lucerne. :)

The restaurant was much too small and the staff wasn't really friendly. The coffee was rather bad. And the ginger tea is below average. Everything is very narrow and noisy. It's definitely not somewhere you'd want to stay

Best iced coffee - ever! Pastries were very good. Reasonable prices and generous portion of iced coffee - perfectly done. Great service, very kind just remember - they only take cash. They also open at 9 [when we were there]. Highly recommend, perfect place to relax and enjoy a great coffee and pastry.

Anyone who visits the historical museum or the nature museum in Lucerne will pass the restaurant. I recommend stopping before “passing by”. In the restaurant you can find all sorts of things to drink and eat. Mostly products that are not found on every menu. So it's basically handmade with a lot of joy. I am doing this review voluntarily and was not compensated with a nice soup or anything like that...

The service was very friendly and collegial, it looked cozy inside, even if I was sitting outside. Also has power outlets if you want to work and it's not overrun. The iced coffee was also good and served in a nice glass.

How can you let someone work alone in the bar at 3:30 in the afternoon on a public holiday? The service was accordingly slow and absolutely unsatisfactory. Please hire appropriate staff to make the experience more pleasant for everyone involved.

A wonderful little cafe with a feel-good atmosphere. Nice, young, friendly service who always strive to give their all and fulfill every wish. And if you have to wait a bit... my goodness. There really are worse things. We recommend.
