Classic tschibo taste⭐️ A nice spot to relax after shopping. There is also a cafe next door that sells delicious sandwiches. There is a sink inside. However, you have to ask for the key from the safe.🫶

You can still drink cheap coffee ☕️ in Lucerne and it's okay

Nice little café, but 1 euro extra for oat milk unfortunately doesn't give a good picture. There are plenty of other cafes that have understood the shot.

We went in to have a coffee since we saw it in passing and saw that you could get it to go. There was an offer to buy a reusable coffee cup that included a coffee with the purchase, which we took since it cost a little more. The girl who served us was very friendly because in theory only one type of drink was allowed and we asked for something else wanting to pay the difference and she told us there was no problem. In addition, you can see that there are different coffees to buy and a few other things, although we didn't get to look more.

A very beautiful and warm place. The smile of the employees warms your heart even before you drink the coffee...

When we came in, it was already very loud. The women there were talking loudly with each other and not attending to the customers. When I had a question about a product, I had to approach the woman several times. She looked at me but continued talking to her colleague who was at the other end of the store. When I asked her the question, she did not give me a proper answer and handed me back the product, saying she wasn't exactly sure herself. Quite disrespectful behavior.

If you want one of the cheapest coffees in Lucerne, this is the one 3.80 Fr, very delicious, the girls at the checkout very friendly, coffee beans, very good promotion! 10/10

Unfriendly owner, older gentleman, really wanted to close the shop, he also complains about the employees where the clearer is, she is supposed to do her job, something like that doesn't work at all and in front of the guests!!! Ice coffee was also too warm instead of cold. I will never consume there again!

This Saturday afternoon. Service absolutely inadequate. Three people take care of coffee. All other customers are treated as “air”. It's a shame, as a long-time customer and always satisfied so far, I have to say that the quality and customer service have changed massively in the last 3 - 5 weeks!

Definitely, the worst, at first they served us speaking English and then because we asked them for the favor of heating the chocolate, which they had served super cold... at that moment they no longer understood us and they did not want to heat the chocolate... they just had to give it a little steam... a blonde lady and a lady from Africa were very despotic...

They didn't take good care of us, you have to pick up your cups from the table when you finish drinking coffee. The coffee leaves a lot to be desired and the treatment with the employees has been very unpleasant.

A very nice cafe-type shop, you can spend some time in a warm place when you have to wait 2 hours for the train because there is no place at the train station and there is no place in Starbucks :)

It's a shame that the shop is very small. Lots of goods, narrow aisles, lots of customers. But the saleswomen have good nerves and are friendly! Top location with public transport.

The shop is centrally located at the head of the old town. You feel like you're in a lucky bag: you can always find an item that's interesting and inexpensive. There's also a cozy coffee corner for a quick snack.

The quality of service is hard to beat and Tchibo still makes surprisingly good coffee.

Nice branch and very nice salespeople

Good branch with very friendly staff and a nice terrace. However, the Privatcard app is very complicated to use and does not work properly. Problems constantly arise when redeeming vouchers and other functions with the Privatcard. This is very annoying.

You will find the friendliest saleswomen here! Since many tourists often visit the coffee bar and shop, the saleswomen don't have enough hands. A smile and friendly conversation are included in the price. It's a shame that there are a few customers who think they're alone in the store. The branch is simply great! Here the customer is still king! Keep it up!

I was there on December 13th, 2018 and Ms. Albrecht served me. I am so positively surprised. She is a wonderful power woman and is really an asset to this branch on Schwanenplatz. That evening I wanted to return a coffee machine for repair that had been purchased in Germany, but Ms. Albrecht was helpful and helped me more professionally than any other seller to date. She had the whole store full of customers and served me and the cash register at the same time. Then a technician came and she had to give instructions and help. You think now she has to start complaining, but no, she always smiled pleasantly, remained friendly and professional and was able to serve everyone. I think you're really great and I hope Tchibo rewards you for it. I don't know you before! But such an employee is rare to find. Really thumbs up for FRAU ALBRECHT, great employee and heart of the branch in Schwanenplatz.

Coffee was good today and staff really friendly. No complaints. Mom likes their coffee, I don't find it special. Had a Latte macchiato, sister in law the caramel coffee and mom a normal cafe creme. Presented nicely and fair portion size.
