Great service, exquisite food, Swiss prices.

I didn't fancy anything on the menu (I had a nice lunch) so I had some lovely wine and nibbles. I had been wandering around the local area near my hotel looking for somewhere to have a bite to eat and a couple of drinks.

I had lunch here on a Saturday with my husband and young daughter. + Everything was very nicely tidy. + The waitress and cook were super nice to us. + We got a baby chair. + The selection on the menu is not large, but you get fresh food. Sometimes not everything on the map is available. + Prices totally okay! - For people with disabilities, the toilet is on the lower floor without a lift. We'd love to come back.

One of the best places you can visit in Basel, the food is amazing with a wide variety of food, including Portuguese and Brazilian. They have great service, super super attentive. I will return without a doubt. Their picanha is wonderful.

Cheap and excellent Brazilian and Portuguese food. We were not disappointed. The waiters sometimes get involved when we are in a group but the dishes are as good as in the country.

By far the best Picanha you can get in Switzerland. Service staff very friendly and warm. Try to fulfill all wishes. Price performance completely ok. Keep it up

Nice service. By steak I mean something different than what was presented to me. With the salad you couldn't really call it a dressing. Don't know what was Portuguese about this dish. It's a shame, I had imagined something better for the price.

Decent, hard-working service, not a lot of words but straight to the point. The price performance for the food is acceptable. The food like Picanhia etc is very tasty. The drinking is nice and fresh

The food at the place is ok too, but we had never seen the service woman with the red hair so unfriendly and unsympathetic. Unfortunately, this place is of no interest to us.

There is a friendly STAFF available. CHEAP FOOD AVAILABLE HERE. MUSIC Is a bit loud. And the BUFFET is very noisy.

This cafe was great, went there around 4pm on a Sunday and it was quite a jovial time. The restaurant is a no frills eatery with a small menu but it all looks like absolute quality food, You get some olives and bread for the table when you order. I can speak for the chrorizo and Francesinha. The food was great, chorizo a little oily but the Francesinha was great, we shared the meal as it is really a dish you should get if you haven’t eaten in a week. The chips/fries that came with the dish were incredibly fresh and tasty. There was live music a bit loud but still, live music is definitely a plus when eating. Staff were friendly, menus were in Swiss and English if I remember correctly. Facilities are clean, however the tables were a bit dirty when we got there but all fixed with a wipe of a wet cloth. Would definitely go back to try some other dishes.
