Café Spalentor in Basel

It's a very nice place, the workers are helpful and super friendly. They have tea good quality and large variety. The atmosphere is also very cozy and comfy. I totally recommend.

Inconspicuous, on the city ring surrounded by traffic, but absolutely lovely little café where everything is right: a familiar, friendly atmosphere, rolls and baked goods made with love and friendly service. A place where you immediately feel at home.

The employees of the coffee shop have the E.E. guild family. Guild of Webern 1268 with around 70 people perfectly supplied. Thank you for everything! Logistically, that was a great achievement

Came back a second time with he same friendly face who greeted me. They were very accommodating and prepared a chai tea latte for me. Please note they DO NOT OFFER MILK-ALTERNATIVES! I asked for a savory snack and they were baking vegetable and cheese tartlets which i was happy to wait for. I am happy to come back to this quaint spot with good baked with love.

Excellent Läckerli, excellent Linzertörtli and delicious fruit juices... the owner puts his heart and soul into his work, both as a producer and as a host... and his employees act the same way...

I've been here several times with my wife and my baby girl. The place is very welcoming, decorated with style, and located in a central place yet somehow is still quiet. The oweners are super nice, the coffee is great, and we love the chocolate-bathed pretzels. This place is one of those little hidden jewels that you shouldn't miss if you want a relaxed time with family or friends.
