Nice local, kept simple without any big frills, which I personally think is very good. The espresso is bitter, the type of caffè is a matter of taste, I'm not a fan of it. Caffè machine is well set up. The focaccia salami piccante is very tasty 😋. Service is very friendly and they work very efficiently. I'd love to come back but I'll have a cappuccino then 😁

Very rude lady at the coffee counter this morning. Doesnt make any effort to clarify and just tries to sell larger ans expensive coffee. Also the place was very dirty and not one table was cleaned after the customer left even though they had another staff who was totally oblivious to customers trying to find a clean seat.

The pinsa was amazing. If you bring more authentic italian food like that pinsa you had today or like focaccia with soppressata, I am going to come everyday 😍 Pinsa was priced ok. Focaccia was overpriced IMHO.

12/21/21 / 8:15 p.m Very unfriendly staff (female). They were told in a derogatory way that the entrance door was closed. Although it was possible to open this direction inside the store. An employee and possibly an acquaintance of hers cheekily and arrogantly asked us to leave the coffee shop without being able to give any justification. The first experience with this coffee at the airport was very poor, never again!

A great US friend of mine arrived on a morning flight from Newark on September 23rd 2021. After immigration into Switzerland she went straight to Caffe Spetacollo before taking the train. She was asked to show the Covid Certificate. As she just arrived she had was the US certificate that confirmed that she had two Moderna shots and respective dates. She was refused to be served telling her that she needed a Swiss or EU certificate with the QR code. I was very upset when I heard that. The Swiss Federal Office of Public Health has a temporary measure until October 10th to allow international travelers to use their countries certificate, with all the small print. I'm surprised that a coffee shop at an international airport doesn't make an effort to understand it's own country's rules. Too complacent...!

Hui, so when I read the reviews like that, I can only shake my head... Well, I can't take people with 1-2 (fake?) reviews seriously anyway... I've been going there once for 2 years Have a coffee there in the morning before work every week (stopover). I have NEVER been served unfriendly in any way (regardless of who), the coffees were always good and warm, prices were ok. If you can't stand a funny/witty comment from the staff in the morning, it's best to stay at home. Again: not once had a bad experience in all the visits!

The best bad personal in my life there in this bar they call “ Spettacolo “ they just start to stalking if you don buy at you arrive it’s soo sad thanks Milena for this experience ( yes the asiatic girl ). Hello Good morning, I wanted to make clear that I had one of the worst experiences in my life with you and I think that no one should go there to that Spettacolo, as a traveler eh many airports and in none never made me feel so bad or in this case as if it was a l Adrón (when entering the local your first comment to be if you do not buy you do not enter) and after your bad management still have the balls to send a second waitress to ask me with their bad attitudes that if I do not buy I can not be there , when I had less than 1 minutes) is the most insulting to me (not to mention that I wanted to leave as I do not think the way to treat people and even less that I scream in and out of the local, found found found... In front of everyone as if I was stealing) when I am in my right to leave without buying as it is not fair. I have a video about that bad experience and I would also do viral (since I find a lack of human respect) And the best part of this is that I asked for the claims sheet and I did not want to give it, I got the phone number of your own local so I could not call or complain... That has been the crown of the cake and as I hurt so much, soon I will make my formal complaint to "Spetaccolo" and if still do not give me any answer because I will be forced to make a formal complaint.

We didn't know that the smoker lounge was only part of the café, which was actually ok. Is. On the other hand, the staff only made themselves known when they had satisfied their nicotine levels themselves. Quote: Now please order a drink, otherwise leave the restaurant!! Special!! If the lady had asked differently, we would definitely have ordered another drink. We then looked for another restaurant! Conclusion: Employees should not occupy their own SL and, above all, adopt a friendlier tone. Internal training would certainly be an advantage.

So I ordered food from their restaurant through eat.ch couples of time to the same location where never have I have to pay delivery fee. Today I ordered again and the delivery guy came eyes all red and said there was a road blockage so I have to pay extra 15 CHF or you don’t get the food and then he proceed to argue with me with a cigarette in his hand and called someone that guy was more or less same maybe even worse he said if you want complain go do it we see about it and you don’t get your money back. What kind of people have open the restaurant I don’t know. If they consider my location is far from them should have call me earlier and cancel so that I could arrange my dinner elsewhere but they didn’t do any of that and decided to ruin my dinner and now other shops are close and now I gotta starve. You know what it does matter I didn’t get my money back I’d just consider I gave money to a beggar.You ruin my dinner and my night.

I wanted to take some chocolate with me before the flight and enjoy an espresso with Luxemburgerli, but the service wasn't as usual... It's a shame how rude they were in the shop and café & lounge.

Unfortunately very disappointing. The sushi was dry, the rice crumbly and the fish, unfortunately, just as bland. The sushi was lukewarm, even though it was obviously not freshly made.

We were there for a lunch. At first we weren't served for 20 minutes. After ordering, it took another 25 minutes for the food to arrive. Unfortunately the food was a complete disaster. The sauce on the salad was so sour that you couldn't eat it. The pizza was burnt and the toppings were still cold. I have never eaten such bad pizza, it was inedible. Really disgusting. The icing on the cake was that we were given bread that no one had ordered and they asked for 10.00 per basket. What a cheek. Never again.
