Confiserie Sprüngli | Café & Lounge in Kloten

I wanted to take some chocolate with me before the flight and enjoy an espresso with Luxemburgerli, but the service wasn't as usual... It's a shame how rude they were in the shop and café & lounge.

Great looking lounge with excellent products. Unfortunately, the service is completely poor and makes the price-performance ratio unbearable. In a lounge order with six items, three were delivered incorrectly and two were forgotten. At the counter, employees would rather talk to each other than serve customers. The overall service is really subpar and does not do justice to the ambience and quality of the products. Please take urgent corrective action.

The milkshake was more milk than anything else for 12.50, which was a disgrace, the tea was good (but it wasn't heavy), the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was for an upscale confectionery where there was nothing going on at the time, well, the dirty floor didn't look appealing .

Yvery high prices with little service

I was just in the Café & Lounge, Konfiserie Sprüngli, Zurich Airport. The lady in Service was a very attentive and perfect hostess: she offered me various drinks and also mentioned a glass of champagne with a side dish. I was from Service was great, so I ordered a glass of rosé champagne with an egg canapé. I was satisfied from A to Z, including the atmosphere at the airport.

The person who seems to be a manager, working behind the bar, had a horrible attitude as if she had a bad morning. Never project your problems on to the customer. I went to a nearby place named Steiner where the staff if friendly, smiling and the selection of items is vast and tasty.

Long waits, not paying attention, were put in place and forgotten

Stopped by for a drink before a flight. The hot chocolate tasted pretty decent but didn't quite look like the picture though, and was very expensive. The staff also weren't particularly friendly.

Go somewhere else. Unfriendly staff. A cold welcome. Ordered a fitness breakfast, asked to replace a slice of bread with a croissant and she said OK. Then charged extra for it. An even colder good bye.

Croissants and all bakery products sold out at 11am. Very, very weak! Prices are through the roof, dirty floor, interior looks filthy and abused

Crazy delicious antipasti, tea and chocolates!

From all sprungli shops in Switzerland, this one is the worst. And I don’t mean the food, it’s good as always. But the service is terrible. The people who work there are just rude. They treat you like garbage without any respect. This is a big difference compared to Sprungli in other places, like Paradeplatz, Zurich HB, etc.

We wanted to have breakfast before departure and sat there for almost 10 minutes without being noticed. 3 (!) service employees stood directly in front of us, we left again...

The servers showed no understanding and were in bad faith on top of that.

Delicious croissant and coffee, very friendly and fast staff. Seating is indeed comfortable with an open view.

As always, the coffee comes with a Sprüngli's famous "Luxemburgerli". The fine almond croissant goes perfectly with the coffee. Nice place for a relaxed coffee before the flight ✈️.

If you are looking to get your last great coffee and sweet before taking off in to the world.

Didn’t open on time. Not very friendly staff. This concerns the shop nearby the migros supermarket.

Dissappointed with dishonest service. Salesperson packed more bonbons than I ordered after me being clear what I want, and her confirming that it is ok. Sad way to increase their sales.
