Inexpensive and very good. The local effect is e.g. T. Not so inviting. The bread could be a little crispier for my taste. But the meat was very good and I thought the sauces were very good.

Very close to the city center, the university, easy to access, on the main artery, easy parking. The staff is very welcoming, the food is quite good, several sauces available on the table during the meal, fat-free kebab meat which is a real plus, possibility of eating on the terrace. The Dürüm was delicious, although way too spicy even though I asked for only a little bit of spicy sauce. So you may want to insist on only a tiny bit of spicy sauce unless of course you like it really spicy. The hamburger was less nice though since the meat was burnt. The service was super friendly and the prices very reasonable.

Les repas sont excellent. Le restaurant se trouve à cinq minutes à pieds de l'université de Pérolles, des hautes écoles d'architectures et d'ingénieurs ainsi que du collège Sainte-Croix. Les repas de ce restaurant ont vraiment bon goût. Le chef est très chaleureux. On mange vraiment bien et le tout pour un petit prix (si on met en comparaison avec des autres restaurants). Si vous êtes proche de Can Dersim Kebab ou que vous êtes de passage n'hésitez pas à passer manger un bon petit grec car croyez moi vous ne serez pas déçus.

Entreprise familiale ou l'on peut manger des Kebab, Falafel, Durun et bien d'autres choses de qualité. Une marchandise au top et des portions pour adultes. Un petit coin qui vaut le détour si vous voulez manger sur le pouce pour pas cher et ou l'accueil est vraiment chaleureux. A conseiller du vous passer par le Boullevard de Péroles, A ne pas manquer.

En me promenant par hasard sur le boulevard de Pérolles, je me suis arrêté dans ce restaurant qui était déjà bien rempli. Belle surprise car question rapport qualité-prix, il n'y a rien à redire, c'est le top. Le patron est très sympa et attentif à l'appréciation de la qualité de ses kebab. Très bonne adresse que je vous conseille vivement.

Good customer service.My husband ordered a spicy döner kebab while I tried the döner box, which I'd never had. Both were really good (my husband doesn't know I snuck a bite of his). The döner box was interesting, with a thick layer of döner (vertical rotisserie lamb, thinly sliced, like on gyros in the US), then a pile of french fries, some lettuce and fresh tomato slices, all topped off with a couple of kinds of mystery sauce (one was likely a yoghurt of sorts). My heart sank when I saw him putting the sauce on, already assuming my fries would be soggy by the time we got home. I was so wrong. The entire shebang was just plain tasty. The price? 7.50 chf and 8 chf. Fribourg has few places where you can get lunch or dinner for that price, especially with such large portions of meat.Can Dersim is rather small but still offers several tables inside if you want to dine-in. I'm guessing most folks take their food to go, as we did. It's located right on the main drag in Fribourg not far down the Rue de Perolles from the main train/bus station (Fribourg Gare).
