The quality of the lettuce and onions is lousy, the onions are cut huge, the communication to deliver is a disaster...the cocktail sauce is cheap mayo mixed with ketchup. And delivered cold... The 🍕 Piza, on the other hand, is great... And also hot....

You shouldn't expect perfect food or perfect service here. It's just a snack bar that's cheap, and that's just how eating is: they work a lot with ready-made mixes etc so that it's quick and cheap. If you want quality you have to eat or order somewhere else. If you want it to be cheap and quick, then here.

So I don't understand the positive reviews. We ordered 3 things and it wasn't even a coincidence that one of them was good. 1st menu = fitness plate (how could you go wrong here?) Meat was good in quantity but unseasoned, tasteless and with a strange glob on it that should have been herb butter (horrible). Salad would have been ok, although there was nothing special in terms of ingredients, with a horrible, cheap French sauce, which I'm lucky I've never tasted before. The "Pangasius Something" was soggy and very lightly fried, somehow tasteless...too salty in some places. Extremely overpriced for 12 Sfr. It wasn't even worth half. My gyros in the flatbread was a Dürum kebab with fries... it said it was served with fries, I thought it came separately and not as a soggy ingredient inside. After a few bites we all threw our food in the mill bucket. If I had a dog, I wouldn't have even given it to him, it was that bad. I won't even order here again with a free voucher.

The flimsy excuse: We have too much to do and can't get out of the courier office. When I said that I could have been notified by phone, the answer was: Do you still want your order or not? I'm sorry, but I mean something completely different by service. An apology and an accommodating price would be the right thing to do here. The sad thing is that the man on the phone knew exactly who I was and that I order from them regularly. Today, September 23rd, 2019, I wanted to give Can Pizzakurrier another chance and went straight to the store. A kebab employee served two men in front of me, with whom he was still laughing and talking without paying any attention to the waiting guests. The gentleman with whom I had the dispute on the phone came over and said that you could order from him and waved the two people behind me over, even though he noticed me clearly and knew who I was. I then left the store without ordering and said very clearly: Never again can Pizzakurrier. Such service and such treatment of customers, just because you clearly state your opinion on the phone and respond to: Do ​​you still want your order or not? Not responding with enthusiasm is an absolute no-go for any catering company that wants to offer decent service.
