Just incredible, it's the only address that I can recommend with my eyes closed. I'm a big fan of hot chocolate, I drink at least 1 a day and I've tried lots of different places, but Cozy makes the best hot chocolate I've tasted in my life. In terms of crepes, he prepares them the way I like them and doesn't look at the quantity, it's nice to have a restaurant that prefers to put in the quantity and make a good crepe than to save on Nutella. And finally let's talk about the service, always polite and friendly, I've been there several times, they recognize me and remember the conversations we had!

Wonderful hot choc drink (not powder mix). Staff is able to customize choc% as well beyond the ones stated in the menu. Start with the 65% and see what you like!

A cozy place with a pleasant outdoor terrace. I had a smoothie (with berries) from a menu offering 7 different ones for 7.90 The service is fast and efficient.

Went there everyday for their almond and plain croissants - both were absolute perfection. Grabbed a coffee from Artisan and croissant from this spot, sat by the lake and enjoyed the perfect start to the day. Recommend it!

Looking for a nice café in Montreux, I came across "Le Cozy" and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee is excellent and the selection of desserts, sweets and sandwiches is very interesting. The prices are also very reasonable for a city as touristy as Montreux. The atmosphere is very warm and the staff are very friendly and attentive. It's a great place to relax and have a coffee after a walk around town or along the lake. I highly recommend "Le Cozy" for its affordable prices, excellent drinks and selection of snacks, which make it a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing break in Montreux.

I'm not a big fan of chocolate, but I try from time to time to try some of it everywhere I go. Passing through this chocolate shop, I must admit to being quite surprised by the value for money.

The service is good and friendly, but I'm not sure if they specialize in chocolate. We offer a variety of cakes. It was disappointing that the interior didn't have a specific theme.

Really confused..🤔 -Place looks really nice and staff are sweet🌹 -Iced chocolate -tasted like either liquor was added/or the milk was off. -Chocolate torte also tasted like cream was off. Croissant was fine though...

We were here as a group, and ordered 4 desserts, cappuccino, and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was pretty good, but the cappuccinos were terrible. As a place for dessert, not having good coffee on the side is really sad. In addition, all the 4 desserts were not fresh. It felt like they had not been sold for a couple of days, and been sitting on the counter for a while before being served to us.

A pretty covered terrace where you can sit down for a little moment of relaxation, drinking a good coffee accompanied by a small pastry or sandwich...watch the passers-by or immerse yourself in reading a book. There are even blankets in case you are a little chilly 😃 ... kind and charming waitress... very discreet. I love stopping every time I pass through Montreux...located on the main street. It's a perfect place for the tourist who has visited lots of shops and needs to relax for a moment before resuming his conquests to discover the other shops which lengthen the passage 😊☕🥐 or there are also nice cocktails on the menu, as well as scoops of ice cream in quite varied flavors, and natural teas, a good assortment!

Thank you Madam for this welcome and this service. There is a large choice of drinks and cakes of all kinds to suit all taste buds. A downside for stroller/disabled accessibility but with a lady so helpful that she finds a solution for changing your child among other things!!

This cafe has nothing interesting. Coffee was very average, and there were only 3 left over cakes that looked very sad. I can not recommend this place, even local supermarket has better selection and more character.
