If you like to eat dissociated then this is the right place. When you cut the royal cheese crust nothing sticks to the bread, so you end up with ham and cheese and the slice of bread not even colored by the pan. Too bad the boss doesn't like exchanges.

We ordered a plate of dried meat and a bottle of white wine for an aperitif, but didn't have time to finish as the crusts were already there.
