Angus beef burger is really top! Super friendly service and good food. Strongly recommend this place and we'll definitely go back!

What can I say, just a fantastic place to come for a coffee, some pastries... but also for lunch! What many people don't know about this pastry specialist is that you can also have a delicious lunch there, as can be seen from the Club Sandwich. If fish is more your thing, you can also opt for the delicious Shrimp Hotdog. I recommend ending with a delicious pastry, because that is what they are known for! In short, we had a delicious lunch and enjoyed the coffee and pastries!

I ordered a chocolate mousse birthday cake by email. I briefly contacted Ms. Bernreitner by telephone with my idea of ​​the cake and delivery address. It couldn't have worked out better. Thank you very much, the cake was received with enthusiasm and according to the statement it tasted “bomb”.

The service is very quick, and the staff very attentive. The food is creative and atmosphere was vibrant.

Great presentation but unfortunately not only the Thai burger but also the fajita was full of Thai chili sauce which is now simply a no go.

After skiing, we had something sweet in the tea room. A warm drink with it is a must.

It is a very cute, pet friendly caffe with nice service gorgeous views and coffee.

Lovely place, the girl at the front desk was very friendly and saved my phone battery crisis. The salmon was delicious and the other desserts were lovely, price also good. There is a cow latte art (made of chocolate) on the cappuccino, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very good, filled with the fragrance of flowers. Very good place! I recommend to everyone!:-)

Great lunch spot. Did not wait or need a reservation. We had coffee, the fajitas(which were delicious and served similar to a burrito) and dessert. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Very nice chocolate and very expensive

A little expensive. They see us coming. But lovely place. The pieces cost around 6.- so we took them. A canape in the 4.- and a ball of Berlin with jam. Only affordable prices. Whereas at Martel I pay between 3.20 and 3.80 for my cabins, much better.

Since I didn't eat anything I can't judge the food, visit on December 2nd. Service was very friendly and attentive, as it was very busy when we arrived, we were in the winter garden, it was heated but also equipped with soft and warm blankets. If I'm ever in Gstaad again, I'd be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, I can't fully understand the many positive reviews. Charly's in Gstaad definitely scores points with its great location, opening hours and very tasteful interior. The service is also very nice. Unfortunately, since the kitchen changed, we have been disappointed every time. There used to be a heavenly salad on the menu for which we regularly walked to Gstaad. Unfortunately, since the kitchen was new, we have never had a good meal. A pity.

It is considered a good choice.. I tried pasta (ravioli with mushrooms and cheese)... Fish & chips. Fish fillet with chips.. Nuggets with chips for children.. It tastes delicious 😋 Good choice for Pasta (I had pasta ravioli with mushrooms) and 2 Fish & chips, both were great choice and taste delicious. Also, from kids menu Chicken nuggets. The stuff so friendly. Recommended For afternoon coffee, there are a variety of dessert options. We tried the strawberry tart and passion fruit cheesecake.

Beautiful swiss designed restaurant with delicious comfort food such as Salads, Burgers and Club Sandwiches. The food quality is excellent and the Nutella crepes are great at the end.

I was here to have my lunch. The cafe was very busy and four service employees were on duty. When I received my dish, the butter that came with it was missing, unfortunately I was only asked if it was good when I was finished :-( Normally you should do this shortly after bringing the dish. Therefore, unfortunately only 4 stars. .. My dish was beautifully and appetizingly prepared (kudos to the kitchen ;-)) I would also like to see a smile from the staff, I had the feeling of not being welcome.

Highly recommended to take a break here. Everything is fresh and always clean. The service employees (m, f, d) are very nice and friendly. Very commendable.

A break in a very well-kept place (after all, we are in Gstaad). Excellent salads and pastries. But not only… The place has an outdoor space. The staff person who welcomed and served us was very professional but also open to dialogue (here it is definitely a plus because the population is very closed and introverted). We'll be back!

We walked in at the end of lunch time and yet we were welcomed in and provided lunch. Their daily lunch menu is good value for money. Unfortunately, they had run out of the lunch menu of the day but they quickly found an alternative for the same price. And it was excellent!

We chose Charly's for breakfast. Very beautiful and comfortable space, the decoration is dominated by wood and traditional Swiss elements. The staff was polite and there was a sense of cleanliness. As for what we ordered, I liked the Mandelgipfel but unfortunately I can't say the same for the Berliner mit Nutella because the Nutella it contained was minimal. Also, it would be good if they try to improve the Latte macchiato.

Totally low-end pastries Dry vermicelli on uncooked dough Igeli inedible I miss the pastry from before and especially this wonderful vermicelli served in a bowl made fresh and delicious. The decor is much more beautiful now but the pastry is really not up to par, better at the Coop, what a shame! And remember to monitor the return of your change, the waiters give themselves tips without your consent.

We were going to go here for one of the amazing hot chocolate drinks I have heard so much about. But we saw that they had a sign on the door saying that they discriminate against people without a vaccine. So we didn’t go in. Even with all the required vaccines we do not support discrimination. Shame on you.

Very nice, a good friendly time

Nice cafe with great things to eat.

Although the food is very good and tasty this place gets a 2 star rating. Their ventilation is very bad as my portable co2 meter hit 2000 ppm (3 times the advised maximum) wwithin minutes after sitting down. They so called take all measures against corona accept the one that really helps namley opening a window or door to let fresh air in.

This used to be the bee's knees of cafés in Gstaad, predominantly because of its excellent location. However it's not that friendly a place, they don't have enough staff and have just noticed they now use different mugs for hot chocolate that look to be about a third smaller than they were last year... penny pinching which is a pity. I guess we'll still go there from time to time but there are better places in town.

Lunch was served very quickly and the service was friendly. The food was suitable for a sunny afternoon on their terrace and the price was right.

A cafe where we definitely go when visiting Gstaad. Unfortunately, after the reconstruction the cafe lost its design integrity... They promised the child an aquarium, but no more... But they made a slide for the kids!

Always worth a visit - a bit expensive

Always friendly and courteous staff. Love the interior decorations of the place (hint: check out the funny graphic signaling the toilets 😉). Great selection of pastries, chocolate and backed goods. Divers menu and really big portions. We'll be back for sure!
