We had been going to buy there for over a year, my husband got in the car every day at 6:30 a.m. to buy baguette pains aux chocolats croissant madeleine and pains au lait but we only noticed that the goods were less good and more expensive baguette poorly cooked and misshapen croissant very small and pains aux chocolats crushed in addition the owner pulls a face she doesn't say hello it's not packaged the goods but everything in the same cone and when we arrive home everything is crushing the croissants its too small and the salty ones with cream poorly cooked and we didn't notice when we bought a madeleine for 7 francs 20 it wasn't fresh it was hard and soft I had to go back to foot to bring it back to Bugnon the saleswoman had nothing left to sell she could not refund I had to return the next day so with my husband we no longer go there too bad they are losing customers ps the saleswomen are super friendly and smiling but the boss is not friendly with customers and always answers everyone, she is unpleasant.

Very good choice of products, you can find everything there, gluten-free at affordable prices.

Got kicked out because I asked for a takeaway coffee but sat down in the restaurant for 10 seconds to tidy something in my bag. I understand that the prices may be different wether you sit in the restaurant or ask for a takeaway. What I can't understand is the rude attitude towards a customer. Me sitting in the restaurant for 10 seconds would not change the income of the restaurant but your rude behavior towards customers definetly will.

Very nice place, the staff is welcoming. But most importantly: the food is very good, I highly recommend it. The panini even took me to Italy!!

Bakery/Pastry shop ideally located at the metro exit and next to the CHUV. Their pastries and pastries are delicious. You can also eat there for lunch: salads of your choice, paninis, focaccia, slices of pizza, slices of cake, etc. After tasting several different things, I have never been disappointed, everything is excellent!

Excellent, I recommend to everyone. Real artisanal bakery where you feel that everything is produced with passion and love of the profession. As for people who leave bad reviews, I was there once when a lady tried to create a scandal over a coffee she advertised as "to go" but she changed her mind when it was was already ready and seized at the checkout. Please know Miss that there are laws to respect in this case regarding VAT and that your version of the facts is false and dishonest, no one threw you out, the boss explained the reasons to you 3 or 4 times but you held her leg again and again and she had work to do and more time to waste with a sassy little girl like you. I have been a customer for almost 15 years and the owners and their staff are professional and very pleasant, not to mention the quality of the products at incredible prices! You are not happy that your whims are not accepted, go elsewhere :-)

Wola the service was not great, the boss leaves something to be desired and I don't mean by that that she is desirable

The manager is extremely unpleasant. I came to order a sandwich to take away and a coffee to have on site. When paying I re-specified that the coffee was for drinking on site and she told me that this was no longer possible since she had already registered in the machine. Although I had not yet paid, she refused to change the bill and did not let me drink the coffee there (it was practically empty in fact). Very surprised, I asked her to explain and she replied very aggressively that she didn't have time. I suggested that she clarify this rule at checkout and she simply replied "have a good day", completely refusing the dialogue. So I got “thrown” outside for a coffee called “to go” by HER fault while it was -5 degrees. I even asked if I could take something back to eat there and she told me yes but that I wouldn't be able to touch my coffee. Really rubbish. PS: since I commented on my experience she has asked her friends to comment to say how "welcoming the staff are", don't be fooled by 10 comments written the same way in the space of 20 minutes ...

Oh lord god. If we lived in France I would have already contacted nightmared en cuisine. The lack of respect, welcome and recognition I received from the person holding the sign today left me speechless. As if my money was fake. To avoid as much as possible. A coffee with a smile is enough to warm our hearts. (curse)

The owner of the bakery speaks very badly to his customers. I agree that people who have takeaway coffee should not drink on the terrace, but there is a way of saying it, especially if they are customers who come regularly... The girls behind the counter are great though, no complaints! Well, all that to say that they lost customers...
