I bought pralines and truffles from Christian Boillat for the holidays and what can I say... just incredibly good! Their surprise brioche bread was excellent! As well as the top honeycomb! Well done!

Very good but way too expensive

Ham croissants... but where did the ham go?! Magic.... come on, I'll send you the photos so you can make it. I doubt the owner could justify this level of decadence. CHF 4.- I think it decreases over the years... it's disconcerting! On the other hand, great service. My opinion and request were directly taken into account and processed by management. Top !

Very good pastry. Very good homemade hot chocolate. On the other hand, their coffee is really not good. Pleasant and efficient service.

Nice waitresses, good products but expensive

1 coffee + 1 cappuccino and 2 ham delicacies 20chf!!! The ham delicacies are lousy. Almost no butter, a tiny piece of pickles and ham...... in short... the army cafe is much better. It's a total scam at this price. I would even say a shame!

The staff is more than charming. Smiles, kindness, attentive, ampathetic. For chocolate: Why so much gluten???. For us..., it's impossible to indulge!.

Very good savory ones with cream

Maybe because I come from the countryside but it's very expensive (5.10.- a Coke and 6.- a slice of pear tart) and the waitress at the bakery is as welcoming as a barn door. Bad experience.

Very unpleasant staff, not smiling. You almost have to tear the word "thank you" out of the waitresses' mouths... and there's no such thing as a smile there!

Disastrous organization at the counter... brown log that doesn't taste brown and the same for the kirch. Mr. Boilliat, please hire a taste palate professional.

Quality not up to par... Disappointment!

I take a salad of more than 10 Fr, a seasonal soup and a small fromage blanc sandwich. When paying, I see that I no longer even receive the slice of bread included in the price (instead of a balloon like a few months ago) but half a slice of bread (dry at that) and I am ask if I want a 30 cent bag!!! Already your prices are not given, you are decreasing in quantities and you dare to charge for a f.... bag???!!! And don't tell me that it's to help protect the environment because we clearly see that profit is your primary motivation and that the economy lies elsewhere. Total disappointment! You have just lost one of your weekly customers for several years already.... too bad (especially for you)

I don't know the quality of the pastries in the area, but it falls short compared to good pastries I had in my life. Add to this the attitude of the staff and the swiss prices and you have a bad experience. For a croissant, you are better of going to the local supermarket and buying a croissant brioché.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT... a few years ago I would have traveled 50 km to buy croissants, bread, cutlets or pastries here. While passing through I took the opportunity to take a look there, and there!!! the cold shower, I had to wait almost 10 minutes to be served by a borderline unpleasant and impolite lady... and what can I say about the bread and croissants I bought, barely better than supermarket bread. How can such a good brand go down to this point?

Unsmiling staff. You'll have to explain to me why you can't serve a sandwich at the table and you have to go get it yourself! One less consumption! I prefer to pay the salary of those who have a better quality of service.

Too bad for this low-end service which really leaves something to be desired…. We ask for some pastries with our coffee drinks etcetera, we clearly tell you that we have to go straight to the bakery, but a few minutes later I surprise this same waitress serving pastries to a neighboring table! Find the error...

Thanks to the waitress who completely ignored me while I was waiting for 5 minutes to be served and tried to serve a couple of little old people who didn't yet know what they wanted, was it the overalls that were disturbing?

Top desserts, I highly recommend the 3 chocolates to die for! The salespeople are often overwhelmed but very kind 👍🏻

The quality is always there the products are very pleasant and very fine the chocolate is sublime the staff is very friendly and pleasant the customer service is very good 👍 masterful and very fast really well done 👏

Avoid, expensive and more industrial than artisan, I bought different products and each time disappointed, the latest one was a shame.

Always very pleasant to have a coffee or a pastry in this establishment. I would add that health safety measures are very well respected here and this should be noted because this is often not the case in the region. So come and have a coffee to encourage them and reduce the economic effects of the pandemic. Thank you.

A real scandal. The bakery saleswoman serves customers without gloves or mask!!! She speaks with customers and can spit on all the merchandise in the windows!!!! And supposedly the boss said that masks are not obligatory.

More than 3CHF for a pain au chocolat with a minimum of butter, meh meh...

Beautiful place, well located, good products, very numerous staff....sometimes they talk too much rather than taking care of the customers, they even bring the tea without a bag and to get the bag, it's not easy because they talk always rather than observing what is happening....

The sandwiches were very good. On the other hand, the saleswoman was not very friendly and she did not listen when we spoke to her. Too bad about this unprofessional behavior.
