One star is still too many for this club. Everything is a bit run down and not so clean, some of the rooms stink. It's freezing cold in a room because the heating is broken. We checked out the club and left shortly afterwards. It's the worst club I've ever seen. Unreasonable.

We booked the gondola for 2 nights and arrived looking forward to a slightly different kind of stay. The gondola itself is very cute. Unfortunately it has no curtains in the direction of the lake and restaurant and platform 6 carriage. We asked reception about this. “This is part of the experience” and is not intended. On the first day we also booked the sauna by the lake for private use for 85/person. Water and tea, which were actually included, were not provided to us. We were also surprised by children and a lady during our sauna session. We noticed that the access to the lake was not marked as private. Therefore, the “invaders” cannot be blamed. However, we also noticed that there was no privacy and security in the gondola. From the street you can walk directly to the gondola via the unmarked lake access and get in, as the gondola door towards the lake cannot be locked. At that time the reception was not available. We were not given a standby number. We then contacted someone from the restaurant service staff who immediately offered us a temporary solution such as a temporary sign or a hotel room. We decided on the temporary sign because we only booked the whole thing because of the experience. The shared toilet and shower is also special. The website points out that the toilet and shower are shared with the platform 6 cars (2-8 people). What we didn't expect, however, is that there is a room in which there is 1 toilet and 2 open showers, where nothing can be locked alone. When we wanted to shower we ran in and disturbed someone while they were showering because they hadn't been told to close the main door. 2 x Awkward. At least the memories of waiting for the shower from camp times are included in the experience. Unfortunately, the view at night is very limited due to the restaurant's lighting. Nevertheless, it was very impressive during the foehn storm. The next morning we had a problem with the water pump. We reported this at breakfast and also said that we would like to have the lock locked. After about an hour nothing seemed to have been done, which is why we contacted reception directly again. The reception did not take our needs seriously. The fact that the gondola cannot be locked was “part of the experience” and she didn’t understand why that was a problem. The only solution she could offer us was another room. We then also explained to her that a normal room was not an option and that we simply wanted a lock (e.g. bike lock). In general, we received no understanding from the employee and were given the impression that we were an inconvenience. The blame for being disturbed while taking a sauna was skillfully blamed on other guests instead of admitting that it should have been labeled better. Only after discussion with the boss did we get a chain with a lock. As a gesture of goodwill, they gave us 2 vouchers for the boat trip (worth approx. 13.40 per person) and a small bottle of champagne (approx. 25.00) when we arrived at the hotel. 40 less was also charged to the credit card without comment. In general, we would have liked an apology and hospitable behavior from the reception staff. Having to explain that privacy and security is a basic requirement for any accommodation leaves us speechless. In general we would book a gondola again, but not here, as the price of 390/night is not justified for us. We hope for the future guests that the signage will be repaired and more hospitable behavior will be adopted.

Sehr schön, idyllisch am See gelegen, leckeres Essen, hatte aber mehr erwartet, darum nicht volle Sternenanzahl, Bedienung war freundlich aber nicht wirklich motiviert, Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, aber nur einfach angerichtet, ich bin unsicher, ob ich dort nochmals essen würde, Preis-Leistung knapp okey, man kann mehr draus machen
