I went shopping at the bakery on January 14th and was served unfriendly. The first thing I noticed was that they hardly had any choice of bread. In addition, none of the bread was labeled so you couldn't see what else they had and how much it cost. The saleswoman didn't give any information about this and just said the price in a cheeky tone when collecting the money. I've been there from time to time and have always had friendly service. Hope the bakery changes something about that.

Quality is no longer what it used to be!

Staff very friendly. What's negative is that a children's cake was ordered. Unfortunately, they weren't happy with the results, the cake has very little color, the whole cake was just almost all the toppings were white.. unfortunately the children will be disappointed.. it's a shame Considering the price, it's way too much for a birthday cake.

Bread all baked. So not fresh. Staff very unfriendly especially in the CORONA TIME WHEN MEN WANT TO PAY CASHLESS. NOT POSSIBLE BACHMANN LUZERN IS EXEMPLARY BY LEAST. FISCHER IS STILL YEARS BACK - Only Cash is long gone in today's world

Bread is okay, certain staff are disastrously unfriendly. The majority of the employees are unfriendly to intolerable. It is only reluctantly explained which bread is which. Unfortunately, this has happened several times. A tip for those responsible: it would be best if the bread display was written on, then the unfriendly and bad-tempered employees wouldn't have to provide any information.
