I wanted to discover this pastry to be a new customer but disgusted when leaving out of politeness I bought a pastry without it to return in return it disgusts me to be served without using tongs and to make it commonplace because money is not clean. We use tongs in food...want to vomit when leaving He doesn't know hygiene I won't go anymore. Extra expensive 3.80 to eat microbes from a tiny pastry that isn't even good. Same for bread, he collects the money and gets the bread.

I have always been well served, there is a good choice of pastries and the bread is very good, not to mention that the service is fast. For me personally it is one of the best bakeries in the region.

Authentic local coffee shop in Bulle area. Pastries are hand made and very tasty. Try the vin cuit pastry it is delicious! You can eat a small plates like salad or sandwich for lunch.
