They sold me an already used SIM card and refuses to return money back. It was just already unpacked and protective layer over PIN was scratched! Unbelievable! Although the personal was about to help me, their manager is an absolute disaster - was rude and yelling at me. Very unpleasant, would not recommend anyone this place.

I wanted to buy Gottlieber Hüppen. There were two different packs labeled with Hüppen. When I asked the saleswoman, she replied that she didn't understand me. So I bought the Hüppen. Found out that it wasn't the Hüppen, but rather almonds with chocolate. I wanted to exchange them, but now the saleswoman understood me and said that this wasn't possible because it was too complicated. Because she had to cancel all products. That was too much for her.

I have never experienced such incompetent staff who don't even know their own services Let alone understanding what you want.

Rude if you speak English, and it's an airport mind you. Avoid and buy from one of the many cheaper supermarkets just downstairs.

An older woman with pink-blond hair was inattentive. When I wanted to pay with Twint and the QR code wasn't shown to me, she was visibly upset. The price was also higher than at Migro and I won't go there again.

Actually friendly service. Unfortunately, the employees do not wear masks, which is mandatory for customers. Otherwise cheap prices.

The price tags do not match what is charged and the seller just shrugs and says "it must be an old price". This is NOT how things work in Switzerland.

Employees don't wear masks and when they do, their noses always stick out. For me, as a risk patient, it is really incomprehensible why the employees reflect so badly on the entire company.

Typical airport kiosk, there are several in different areas and it is a good place to buy magazines or something to snack at a normal price. If you don't have time it's a good idea, but inside the airport there are also supermarkets where you can find more variety and better prices. They have their own private label products that are very good and they also have the typical last minute accessories that you may need for the trip: chargers, souvenirs, pillows... They also sell tobacco for those who want to continue harming their health and that of others.

The teller was polite and friendly.

Quickly buy water, chocolate or something else from this series.
