Sternen Grill - Zürich Flughafen in Kloten

Sausage wasn't fresh. Mustard very spicy although not required. Therefore unfortunately only two stars!

Bratwurst was on the grill for too long. Asking for a tip in self-service is an absolute no-go.

The sausage was good, but the incredibly spicy mustard is an absolute no-go. You should leave it up to the customer whether he wants such a hot mustard with it. God knows you could also offer a milder version. I'm convinced that I would often get a bratwurst from the Star Grill.

I love the Sternen Grill at Bellevue 🤩. Unfortunately, I ordered a bratwurst at Zurich Airport, which after the first bite seemed to have been on the grill for too long. When I told the staff about this, the chef and the second man said that this was not possible, I did politely asked him to try the sausage himself, which the chef politely declined because he doesn't eat bratwurst 🧐. The second man tore the bratwurst in two and said no, no no. The chef said we've only been open since 10:00 and I ordered my bratwurst at 11:40, but I have to say, it's really fresh 🎉! Bravo keep it up 👍! I'd rather go to the Sternen Grill at Bellevue again. P.s. The grill master was able to keep the bratwurst. Unfortunately there is no photo available, it's a shame ☹️

I ordered 2 bratwursts and a Cola Zero, the man standing there said you have to tip at least 2.5 percent, so I did. I paid with my Visa card and the man said it doesn't go into my ZKB app, it said they have 11 p.m Paid for it and we didn't even get the food, it was an absolute rip off.

Very good, they have a lot of pastries and smoothies. The bad thing is that I ordered a Comella shake, and it cost €5. Very expensive.

The best grill and service in Zürich. Its a nice place to eat outside when its not winter.

My friend toke me here about a year ago and I have been coming back regularly ever since. With friends and family. Fun and quick service, fantastic hot mustard and of corse best Hotdogs in Zurich🤩

Asking for a tip when paying by card is an absolute no-go

Never had such a boring hot dog. A dry bread (comparable to a dressing gown) and the sausage with a little ketchup shoved in the middle. Pickles? Roasted onions? Nothing like that and then at that price. Absurd

The advice or rather the coercion to give a tip when paying by card is more important than the advice about their two cents, which ruins pretty much everything. I want to decide for myself whether I add something or not and not have the choice between a 5% to 20% tip.
