I was overjoyed when I spontaneously decided to have a dessert in the garden of the Hotel Adula after my hike. There were several vegan options on the dessert menu. This is extremely rare in the mountains. The coup was super tasty. The view of the mountains, sitting in the sun, rounded off my hiking day nicely.

We recently had a meal at Barga in the Hotel Adula, which we really enjoyed. Now of course we also wanted to try out the vegan restaurant La Clav, which is also run by chef Huber. For the starter we had fine pasta with parmesan sauce and white Alba truffle and for the main course, cabbage rolls with barley and porcini mushrooms. The dessert was rounded off with a parsley root tartlet with crust and raspberries. We can absolutely recommend both restaurants and are already looking forward to the next time!!!

The friendly driver personally brought the food to our table in a heated bix to the holiday apartment. It was packaged great and still warm! The food was very, very good, high quality and extremely tasteful (both the vegan and non-vegan versions), attractively prepared and very tasty! The best meal we have enjoyed in Laax/Flims so far! The Urgestein Riesling from Austria matched it perfectly and wasn't served too cold.. Great suggestion from the waiter! Very cheerful service, refreshing for CH.

So ist das Restaurant zwar auf Laufkundschaft angewiesen, kann aber diesem nicht gerecht werden. Der Küche ist schlicht langweilig, was schade ist.Es sind schöne Abende, auch auf de Terrasse, nur mit der Auswahl hapert es. Wir hoffen, dass mit dem neuen Direktor im September vielleicht auch hier etwas in Angriff genommen wird.
