Coop Restaurant in Arbon

Unfortunately not what we are used to from COOP. One star for the french fries, none for the cordon bleu, which was DRY AND partially burnt. The employee was also not friendly and seemed hectic. A pity.

Food is becoming more and more expensive and poorer, portions are getting smaller. When you “scoop it yourself” you get the dry food from Saturday on Monday.

Eating pasta with ham and cream sauce. You have to look for ham. Sauce more water as usual. Fries half raw. Price-performance poor It's a shame there is no Migros restaurant where the value for money is right

Eat some cold cabbage over-salted carrots not salted Stools always dirty whether in the morning or at lunchtime. I wouldn't recommend it because there are much better Coop restaurants.

The food was still okay, but unfortunately the staff was a bitter disappointment. I was belittled because of my impairment, that's not okay.

The food was good. The fries should be a little less cooked but the vegetables should be a little more 😇

Now a huge compliment for the restaurant. The new boss is top 1. He will also be present on Saturday! The staff can take breaks all the time! Clear the tables clean and put the chairs nicely! Speaks to customers and also to staff. I feel a level of satisfaction among the staff that I haven't felt in a long time. I hope it stays that way, the rest has only won with this boss.

If a Coop store manager reads this message, please do something about it. I wanted to go to a restaurant again as normal today because the Federal Council had finally decided to open the terraces. It was beautiful weather outside, so I wanted to enjoy and eat my lukewarm food outside. Unfortunately, according to Koch, the terrace would be closed because it was raining. I'll say it again, not a single drop of rain fell from the sky :( Since it's already annoying with all these Corona measures, this was an even worse experience than the virus itself. I ask you don't make it any worse than it already is is, otherwise no more customers will come to your restaurant. As if that wasn't enough, you also charge the normal price for a plastic take away box as for a normal plate??

You can tell that the food is prepared with joy and passion. Even if there is a complaint, the employees are very accommodating! Self-choice buffet = there is something delicious for everyone! Bravo keep it up!!!

Me and my colleague come here often and have to say that it's not worth the money. Was here again today and ate gnocci 1. they were cold 2. it had 2 hairs in it (both 1) 3. It was just tasteless. I think that Coop is such a big company, it's just a disappointment.

Today's Ticino roast would not be recommended. Tough and not good meat.

Unfortunately the kitchen is just mediocre. Sometimes good, sometimes cold... or not fresh. Some of the meat is pre-fried and therefore sometimes tough.

I should know better, but unfortunately I'm disappointed here too after eating something from the hairdresser. The food was lukewarm, although “freshly” warmed up with a steamer. With the plain meat with sauce and mashed potatoes, I wanted a bit of vegetables with it. There isn't. I can then pay 6.50 for the two spoonfuls of vegetables (“unfortunately there is no other way, I have to type that now”). Next time I should maybe go to the Migros restaurant. Coop restaurants in the region were, as this confirms, mostly a desolate place, with few guests and therefore corresponding quality and service. Mirgos does this (“mostly”) better.
