The lake magic with the spherical tent looks great from the outside and the inside. But the acoustics are just terrible. You can hear everything and everyone as if they were right next to you.

A different location. There were four of us and enjoyed two very fine fondues in one of the two small balls. Great ambience, with a panoramic view of the lake and the mountains, including the moonrise... Nice and attentive service who stopped by every now and then to ask if everything was okay. Prices are quite moderate.

You get there and from a distance the facility still looks beautiful and exciting. However, it quickly becomes clear that operating the tent without insulation in the winter is unfortunately a huge waste of energy. It is questionable that the municipality still seems to approve such a thing and should perhaps also be questioned. The sanitary facilities - everyone can decide for themselves whether they like going to the Dixi container. And then comes the food or the mush that remains on the plate in an indefinable way.

It's freezing cold, extremely noisy and the service largely leaves a lot to be desired. There is no sign of the advertised ambience either. You feel more like you're in a warehouse, the view is zero. Tiny portions are served, which arrive at the table already cold. I have rarely experienced such a catastrophically bad restaurant.

We were disappointed, we actually wanted to eat fondue in the Mini Dome. Even the reservation by email was not answered, then when we arrived the igloos (for which we had reserved) were broken due to storm damage, according to the service staff. They would have tried to inform everyone who wanted to eat fondue in the Mini Dome's (oddly not us). Well, we decided to eat in the big “tent” because we were already there and hungry. So, prices are generally very high, we found the food to be okay. The ambience in the "tent" wasn't that great, the acoustics were catastrophic, it was a very strange atmosphere, you could hear everything, the ground shook when someone walked around and it was extremely reverberant. Wines start at around 60 Fr per bottle (white wine). We don't quite understand why this is advertised as a 360° restaurant, the whole thing resembles a circus tent and there is simply an opening through which you can look out, but there is no trace of all-round visibility. All in all, we expected more...

I've been there several times. Simply great!! The quality of the food was very good so I was happy to wait a few minutes longer. You can also tell that everything is homemade. So I am very satisfied!! Keep it up😊

We are for a wellness Traveled to Lake Constance for the weekend. We were lucky that we decided on the fondue by the lake in the “Seezauber Arbon”. Magical location, great people and above all the service (young team) was simply TOP! We really enjoyed the food and the ambience. We are already looking forward to the next fondue👌😃

A mega wow effect when you enter the location! We were really happy when a table was spontaneously available. UNFORTUNATELY the rest was just disappointing. Food is highly advertised on the website, but unfortunately the actual quality does not correspond. A high price is charged, but the ingredients are saved. When we got our food, we told the waitress that we had ordered another tarte flambée and listed the ingredients to her. She had no idea what types were on offer, i.e. what type of tarte flambée she had just brought us. She put us off and promised that she would ask in the kitchen and come back straight away. When she didn't come back after 10 minutes, we ate it. Furthermore, the prices on the menus are not correct. We ordered a drink for 5.50 (according to the price list). However, we then paid 8.50.- After asking, we were told that the price on the card was probably wrong and that it would be forwarded. It's a shame, fantastic location and great concept, unfortunately the implementation in terms of quality leaves something to be desired.

I'll start with the positive: the atmosphere is very nice and appealing and really something special (see picture). Unfortunately there is nothing else positive to say about the bar. The food (vegetarian tarte flambée) was not only dry and expensive, but was also very sparingly topped. Both the crème fraiche and the pesto were barely or non-existent. When asked, it was admitted that it had probably been prepared incorrectly, but there was still no discount or refund. My counterpart first got the wrong drinks and then the wrong tarte flambée. This one tasted much better. But the drinks were charged incorrectly because the wrong price was apparently on the menu. Here, too, there was no refund or accommodation from the service staff. For the price, both the service and the food were more than a shame. No recommendation.

The only nice thing is the ambience. Half of the ingredients on the tarte flambée were missing. Instead of mulled gin, punch was delivered. In the end the wrong price was even charged. When asked, all they said was: This is a printing error. The drink cost 8.50 CHF instead of Wiebken's menu of 5.50 CHF. There was nothing more than an apology. We then paid the price. No more sea magic. thanks for nothing

I can't judge food. After 15 minutes we didn't even make it to the food or drink menu! Then they left. The idea and implementation are good, the staff are probably very nice people, but not really trained. A pity. At least the eye gets something visual from the ambience. Maybe booths and self-service machines or buffets would be easier to trade than table service

We weren't picked up at the entrance, but after a few minutes we sat down at a table. It took ten minutes until someone asked us if we could order something, the lady left us without taking an order. Will you tell your colleague?! After another 5 minutes we left the restaurant. Motivated staff work differently!

Went to Seezauber yesterday afternoon. Well, it's more like the magic was probably forgotten. The ventilation wasn't exactly pleasant, the service was slightly overwhelmed and you can't have a conversation at normal volume because it echoes so much. We were very disappointed with the cathedral, it definitely looks better in the photos. There is no 360 degree view, the only thing you can see 90% of the time is the “tent.” A real shame. There's nothing else cool in Arbon, so at least the new one should work. Aperol spritz for 1:50 p.m. serious now?

I read the reviews first and thought of my worst case scenario. But I was surprised and everything worked out. The food was good and the ambience was nice. Yes, a slight echo could be heard, but apparently it is still being fixed. Nice staff and it was a nice evening for us. There's something nice like that in Arbon. Many thanks. Come back soon. 😊

This afternoon we spontaneously stopped in for coffee and cake. We started very positively, but were disappointed by the quality of the cake. They also told the nice young lady that since I'm happy to pay a little more for something nice, it's still not true here. The ambience is nice, but the service is very poor, overwhelmed and error-prone. The pictures of the Mini Dome on the website look nothing like what it actually is! In addition, measly portions of fondue (not even enough for one person even though you ordered it for two people!). The bread for the fondue seems to be from the day before yesterday. It's a shame and definitely not recommended!

It was our first time at Seezauber in Arbon in a mini cathedral. Unfortunately the mini cathedral did not correspond to the pictures shared, it is very small and cramped Unfortunately, the service was very poor and the staff quickly became overwhelmed with everything. The dishes were dirty and the orders kept changing, even at the neighboring tables. Really very small fondue portions, bread was dry. Finally, there are problems with payment. When we asked us to come with the price by describing how the evening went for us, nothing came and the answer from the staff was: that's just the way it is. It's really a shame how disappointing the visit to seezauber was. I can't recommend it more and will definitely not come back!

During my observation at the home, I found the way a learner was treated extremely worrying. Bullying towards young employees is evidence of a deep problem in corporate culture. It seems that employees who may not have the best qualities for leadership positions are being promoted. These promotion decisions result in the pressure and dissatisfaction being transferred to both residents and learners. The leadership policy clearly leaves a lot to be desired and it appears as if criticism is being used as the primary management tool to effect change rather than finding constructive solutions. I would personally never consider bringing a family member into this home. It is essential that healthcare professions should be valued by everyone, like other professions of course, but it should come first and foremost from the institutions themselves in which these professionals work. There is an urgent need for Sonnhalden to rethink its internal culture and management practices. I'm sorry for the home itself, but the smaller management functions leave a lot to be desired... embarrassingly embarrassing..
