The products are good and varied. On the other hand, in terms of checkout service, it's a disaster... When you ask for a cone for example, you're not asked to fill it but don't put it all below the products... It's common sense and that would be a good start

You buy a yogurt and a coffee to go. They offer the cup for the coffee but the spoon for your yogurt you pay it. Class

“D’Italia” you’re talking yeah! It looks like a focaccia, it has the color and price of a focaccia but be careful it's not a focaccia!!!!! I asked for focaccia and got moist straw bread with red sauce. My girlfriend bought a salad, it wasn't good, then the hair appeared like the bean in the Rêne pancake. Nearby he has Manor's Focaccia if you ever want your money's worth. I strongly advise against their focaccia, their salad and their hair.

Small but well stocked, and with a nice fresh food counter. The excellent brioches. There needs to be a place like this in every Swiss city

Coming for a coffee around 6 p.m. on the way home from work, the cashier is always juggling between the 2 cash registers because of the rush hour crowds. And despite the stress, I am always entitled to a smiling, polite, fast and patient service with the type of clientele that a large station can have. Thank you!

Good. It's not great, but given what Cornavin station offers in terms of quality, I would say it's passable. There are different types of croissant: cream, pistachio, jam, etc. all at the same price 1.95.- it's still drinkable. But don't expect to find the quality and taste of Italian pastries here.

I reached the counter the employee saw me but he was busy in doing some other things, another lady came after mebut was served before me without an apology or explanation from the employee. Looks like he didn't care. Is he not well paid? Or was it racism? Anyways very bad experience. Don't recommend it some other shops are available closer, so I definately recommend to go to those shops instead.

Excellent supermarket with Italian products, open until late even on Sundays. They also have filled croissants and freshly made baked goods. Advised!

Very good fresh products. Very good quality products. Unfortunately, reception and customer service are not applied by all of your employees. At checkout, I tell your employee that I would like to pay by TWINT. The application alerts me to a connection problem in your store. Which I immediately explain to your employee. The latter (tied auburn hair) makes me understand that it is my fault and that I did not mention to her that I was paying by credit card and in a categorical and condescending tone. Fortunately, his colleague took over the transaction and with a smile.

Very good place that I discovered through Jordan. Being open early in the morning, it is ideal for grabbing a croissant at the end of the evening or for starting your day in the morning by passing through the station before taking the train. It has quality Italian products that remind me of my origins. Cold peach tea being my favorite product

Very rude cashier today (10/10/22 at 9am) yelling like crazy (in French) at people that the card machine does not work.... then she reprimanded the people that did the line anyway. Not everyone in the main Geneva train station (!) will understand her! And even if they did, it is no excuse to treat customers this way.

They have many fresh typical Italian products. The sandwiches, pizzas and focaccias are very delicious and at an acceptable price in Switzerland.

In the name of ecology you pay for your cutlery (no longer plastic but 100% recycled top...), but why is it more and more often the consumer who has to pay for this change? However, apart from the recyclable cutlery, everything is made of plastic!!!! More than 90%... so it's just hypocrisy and taking advantage of scraping more money... So for me it's the last time I buy from Sapori and all the others who adopt this strategy...

Rather than a Migros or Coop sandwich, it's better to get focaccia or pizza here. For the rest, good assortment, but unfortunately coop prices for certain things (expensive)

The employee doesn't know how to make coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She didn't listen to what I asked her this March 16, 2020, she made an espresso claiming it was coffee! (a small amount of liquid in the cup). With this bad service, from now on I will take it elsewhere!

New for Geneva station. Very good products of true Italian tradition, charming Italian staff and ready to advise the true tradition of Italy. To absolutely taste the lardo di colonnata, the coppa and the impossible to find provola. Prices adapted to the city of Geneva, taking into account good quality and service. Absolutely worth trying 😉

A nice Italian-style pastry part, in the morning, in any case. Some interesting products, such as panettone, fresh produce; piadine and other Chinotto-style drinks... Unfortunately, there is still a lot of Sapori d'Italia products missing; olive oil... It's more take-away/shop oriented rather than delicatessen. I hope this will evolve while remaining reasonable in terms of price...

Very very disappointed! Many, a majority of products with the Coop. I was expecting a REAL Italian grocery store 👎😫 with flour, "00" for example, Do not travel to Cornavin. Your Coop will be enough.

It's rubbish! Seriously, it's really not good, the focaccia is cardboard with no taste. The only question to ask... How can you be so bad without having taste? If you want take away... Look elsewhere! Manor is not far 😉
