I have been visiting this supermarket since I was a child. There has never been an incident where an employee was rude or didn't take the time to show me something that I didn't like. I now know the supermarket like the back of my hand. I know where everything is and I look forward to entering it every time.

Huge supermarket outlet with pretty much anything you'd need for a meal! They have everything from a big veggie selection to a Mexican section to a deli and many snacks. Prices are normal for Interlaken but seem high in general. The store is clean and staff does speak English.

Unfortunately we only bought enough to get 4 Mickey Märkli. We needed 5 so that my son could pick out a plush toy. Since there were a lot of vouchers deposited by generous people at the self-scanning checkouts, I took the liberty of taking one. (NB: In previous years, it was always possible to redeem additional vouchers. Generous distribution of several stickers - especially if the prize was for the children - was also common practice). When we wanted to redeem the vouchers, we were very rudely informed that only the voucher that we received for our purchase could be redeemed. These are the specifications... My son was more than disappointed as the only thing missing was a sticker. Service skills are apparently a foreign concept there, as is common sense. It's a shame, because there are other very friendly and committed employees in this branch. But, you take what you get. Conclusion: We will avoid this store in the future...
