Cusco 11 in Lausanne

First time in my life where I reserve a table, move it half an hour and arrive in front of a closed restaurant 😂😡

I think this restaurant is definitely closed, I've been trying to contact them by phone and from their website since July and no one responds.

Delicious ceviche, absolutely perfect sea bass cooking, excellent Peruvian white wine, impeccable and friendly service. I will go back there!

This restaurant is incredible, what a great discovery! We had the beef after listening to our server's advice on cooking, and it was really delicious! The staff are adorable, welcoming and give good advice. Thank you for this moment, we will come back!

Two invisible pieces of ocapus for 42 CHF is a shame! One extra star for service.

I made a reservation at this restaurant on a Saturday evening for a romantic dinner. The welcome was pleasant. The prices of the food are high so our expectations were up to the prices displayed. Big first disappointment with the starter - 2 beef skewers (poor quality meat - it looked like rubberoh). Then comes the main dishes: - 1 dish of octopus on eggplant mousse: absolutely inedible, the octopus was not fresh and the vegetables were really of very poor quality, tasteless and too salty to mask everything. - 1 dish of ceviche: I was so afraid of finding myself intoxicated that I had to reject the food after tasting it. We felt really ripped off because with such a menu, we expect there to be a certain respect in the dishes served and there we were really being taken for fools. To apologize, we were offered 2 glasses of cocktails on the bill (which remained very high due to the price of the dishes) Quite honestly, this restaurant is a big disappointment and we had a very bad experience. A few meters higher is the Lausanne Palace brasserie where you eat divinely well and for literally the same bill. BEWARE of scams! And of course, we will never set foot there again!

While in Lausanne with my mother for my birthday, they were kind enough to put a candle on the dessert. Very good restaurant, very pleasant staff, refined and original quality food. Great discovery we recommend without hesitation.

You should know that I'm black, and when I arrive at this restaurant... the welcome is warm, I get good advice, the cocktails and dishes are simply succulent. 11/10 for this establishment :)))))))

Amazing authentic Peruvian food served by staff from the country. The quality was great. I recommend the Peruvian wine Vittoria. Much better ambience and service than the other Peruvian fusion place. Ask for dish recommendations and enjoy!

The service was really just perfect, the servers were very professional, smiling and friendly. As for the food, the beef (I forgot the name of the dish) was absolutely PERFECT. I have rarely seen such mastered cooking of a piece of beef. It was absolutely rare, neither + nor -, we can also recognize the quality of the beef by its incredible tenderness. The sauce was also very very good with the potatoes and rice which mixed very well! As for dessert, 3 leches (3 milks), also very very good…. Price level is as good as the service and quality. I forgot to take a photo of the delicious salmon tartare but it was really excellent, like everything else….

Excellent Peruvian cuisine with accents of Japanese cuisine, a great discovery. Even when there are many customers, the servers are very attentive and generous in explaining the composition and origin of the dishes. Excellent cocktails. Among the (generous) dishes, I obviously recommend the ceviche. Nice decor that puts us in the mood. Room a little noisy, but that's how it is in many places

Peruvian who knows the gastronomy of Peru quite well, I rediscovered the typical and refined taste of our cuisine (one of the best in the world, in fact!). The prices are quite fair, if we take into account the precious ingredients that can be found in Switzerland. The only downside was the table next to it which made a lot of noise, but that's not the restaurant's fault... they were certainly uneducated people....

Good exclusive dishes, well spiced, there is Asian as well as Peruvian cuisine! And we finish with a Peruvian tea “Hierba Luisa” 🍵 the service is very friendly, available and smiling! 😊

On the Peruvian side it holds up. As for ambient noise, it's not possible to eat quietly...

Food was good. However, service was poor with waiters being quite rude. Given the relatively steep prices (our table was left with a 1000CHF+ bill), we would have expected a nicer service.

Superb experience and discovery! The welcome from A to Z was incredible. Special mention to our server (Martini), he was able to advise us and explain the different dishes. To try if you want to try Peruvian cuisine.

Slow service, average food, high prices and small portions. It needs to work on the quality-value ratio.

The amounts are ridiculous. The main course of ceviche is the size of an "amuse bouche" at a gold price It is probably a restaurant that has just started and they do not have a very defined style between a gastronomic, Peruvian or gastro-Peruvian restaurant... in any case the most basic Peruvian specialties (pachamanca, causa limeña, potatoes a la huancaina, lomo saltado ) are conspicuous by their absence and what could be the restaurant's star dish (ceviche) is nothing more than a tiny and almost illusory sample. It's a shame because the quality of the cuisine is good.

Unfortunately we wanted to reserve a table at moment B. When we called with the direct number on the instant B website it redirected us directly to cusco 11 which is the new restaurant which replaces instant B. (instant B being a hamburger restaurant and Cusco is a Peruvian restaurant, nothing to see) So we reserved a table not knowing that it was a new restaurant. Arriving there we did not immediately understand why there was not the instant B but the Cusco and it was by recalling with the number which was indicated on the Internet that we understood that the instant B n It no longer existed and was replaced by cusco. So we went back and talked a little with the waiter to understand more. Unfortunately it wasn't clearer because he first told us that it had moved, then in the end that it had closed...(??) We were still disappointed not to be able to eat hamburgers but we still looked at the menu. After some thought, we decided that we still wanted to eat the burgers we were craving, and politely told the waiter that we were not interested in the Peruvian menu for that evening, and that unfortunately we had not been aware that it was no longer the moment b. He thanked us and we wished each other a good evening. When we were already outside a few meters away, the waiter who welcomed us took the liberty of running to shout at us. He immediately raised his voice, he told us that the least we could do was to wish us a good evening before leaving. So we said that it was done but if he didn't want to listen to us he started to increase the time even more to repeat to us "you could have at least wished us a good evening the problem is not so much not that I turned away 400 people to hold this table for you but the courtesy of saying goodbye” Seeing that it was impossible to even communicate or explain, and without even understanding why we got turned on like that, we left... disappointed...

Great new places in Lausanne. Good food and service!

Great discovery of this restaurant. The service is a little long. Despite this, the staff are friendly and smiling. The cocktails are really good and strong. We took starters. It was also very good and above all a great discovery for me, the cassava fries and their excellent sauces. To return to try other cocktails 😁

Very nice discovery… Super friendly and flexible waiters. Nice ambience, and interesting dishes. I loved the desert. The skewers and yuquitas fries were also nice. For empenadas, the chicken was really good.

Cozy and original place... excellent quality food. We came for lunch they were quick and we were well recommended. The beer of your choice also comes from Peru and the desserts are excellent. I liked the banana cake... but the tasting of 3 desserts of my choice with the typical digestive made me finish my lunch well. I'll be back with friends for a cocktail and tapas. Advised

Wow! What a lovely discovery, finally flavors that change in Lausanne. Cusco 11 is a Peruvian cuisine restaurant located at Le Petit Oak. The service was very attentive, introducing us to the Peruvian fruit lucuma. The dishes are generous and very well prepared. I chose the traditional ceviche which was perfect. Don’t forget to order yuka fries as a starter because they are delicious. The prices are reasonable and the decor is very pretty. If you want to travel a little, go for it!

Lunch for two, guacamole as a starter accompanied by cocktails a real delight! Then the bar ceviche and the ceviche trio to die for! Very attentive staff who take great care of their customers, we even had the chance to taste two homemade preparations, delicious! Great concept, well done, keep it up! We will come back for sure!

Best ceviche of my life!! We came to celebrate my sister's 20th birthday and the whole restaurant team came to sing "happy birthday" it was really superb! Warm, attentive and fast service. I will definitely come back and this time I will bring even more people! Good & beautiful dishes, the melting frittas, in fact we recommended them before having finished the portion. And with each dish, new flavors. Honestly, this restaurant is in my top 3 in Lausanne!

Very popular midday meal. The menu is very varied and makes you want to discover Peruvian food. Very good and plentiful dishes. Warm welcome and pleasant service! For the moment the storefront still displays Instant B, but the interior has been redone and the decoration is very pretty. I will come back!

It's been a long time since we've eaten something so good and of such quality. I RECOMMEND THE DELICIOUS SALTADO LOMO!!! It is a traditional dish of Peruvian gastronomy that you love!!! Success guys we will return...
