Food came about 20 minutes late. I received the wrong one and my partner was missing half of it. The food received was ok.

Order delivered quickly and on time, good and cheap pizza. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold upon delivery and all the extras ordered (and paid for) were missing.

Pizza was a little late, but I also ordered late myself and neglected to pick it up. Pizza wasn't super hot anymore because of that, but it tasted very good. The staff apologized even though it was my mistake. I had ordered a kebab pizza spicy, and it had a lot of meat onions and peperoncino, in good proportions. As a hotel tourist in Bern, I say thank you, thank you very much :)

First the pizza courier wanted to deliver someone else's order to me, then I called and he remade my order and said it would be there in 20 minutes. !!
