Dieci in Zürich

Of course, when you get pizza delivered at home, you can’t expect them to be so good and so fresh as in the restaurant, when they just get out of the oven. But today, the 3 pizza we order were a disaster. You can’t call that a pizza. It’s more like a dried salty bread with a very thin layer of tomato sauce, and something that they call mozzarella, but definitely isn’t. I’m glad I didn’t order any of the fancy or meaty pizza they have on their menu, because I can imagine the poor quality of the ingredients…

(I can't judge the ambience as I only ever order home delivery). I have now lived in several "places" in Zurich and regularly order pizzas from Dieci. So different branches. However, the *Zürich Hardbrücke* branch is number 1 for me, always absolutely TOP! Over the years, a few orders have accumulated and I have *never* had a negative experience.

I like to give away your vouchers often - it's OK that you started charging postage a few years ago - it's nicer than a print-at-home - but CHF 5 processing surcharge when purchasing vouchers? I really enjoyed ordering from diecis until recently. It was always easy, quick and practical (twint, map, etc.). Recently there has been a minimum order value of 40ch (pizza 22 + 18chf "minimum order value" at checkout). This is rarely an option for me, so it is simply no longer logical for me to order there.
