Nice restaurant with very good pizza. Worth it for both a quick lunch and a long dinner.

The food here is just really lame: bland, strange consistency. Way too expensive for the lousy food

Price/performance for the pizza is right. On the other hand, the salad with date tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella is a total rip-off. Even with the large portion for a whopping CHF 26, you could count everything because it was very manageable. It was described as having spinach, red onions and pine nuts. There were about 5 spinach leaves, 2 onion rings, about 3 pine nuts, half a handful of cherry tomatoes and a ball of mediocre mozzarella. And with the bread I received 5 pieces, the size you put on the fondue fork. The dressing consists of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which you pour over yourself and salt and pepper were completely forgotten. That's not possible, sorry, so no kudos😏

Perect Italian restaurant for a quick meal befote a night out in Zurich. Near the main station and only a 20 minute walk from the lake, it serves very tastey pizzas. The main dining area to the front can be quite loud.

Loved every minute of our Piu experience. Great food, even better service (thank you Salvatore!!) and wonderful ambiance. It was definitely a night to remember. Cant wait to go again. One recommendation is more gluten free options. Most restaurants service gluten free pizza, but I cannot see this on their menu.

Piu is a great place to meet friends or have a date. The atmosphere is very chic and cozy and the service is excellent. I was served today by Lorena and she explained me everything in English, which sometimes does not happen in Zurich. I really appreciated her service and the food!

Super disappointing. Reserved a table that we were only given 15 minutes after the reserved time. Drinks were forgotten but still put on the bill. Waiter left mid service without explanation that our server had changed. Cheap pizza dough that inexplicably had a CHF 32 price tag.

I don’t understand the good reviews at all. We had problems as soon as we arrived. We had a reservation and we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, and the waiter basically forgot about us. Then, the pizza was just not good: burnt, plain flavors and way too overpriced. But probably the worst part was the slow service, so slow that we order a second rounds of drinks that they didn’t even bring it. And the worst part: that second round was in the bill, we had to tell them to take it out. Very, very disappointed, not worth the hype.

Super friendly staff Thank you Luka! We went to Piu with our friends and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere! Our friends were about half an hour late and the restaurant was fully booked! Since our friends' child was in a wheelchair and changing locals was inconvenient, I asked Luka if we could stay half an hour longer! He was so friendly and somehow made it work! Salvatore, a worker with a lot of charisma and professionalism, made us feel at home.

Unfortunately my veal al limone wasn't cooked enough for me, it was not only pink but partly raw and cold after 1 minute. I had to think of Al Limone, the red sauce (balsamic?) drowned everything out. The broccoli came without salt and the promised almond slivers (but the waiter reacted immediately and delivered them, great service!). Pizza, however, is supposed to be very good, so I would hope that a restaurant entrepreneur as big as Bindella would specialize in quality or hire staff who have mastered the art of cooking meat. But we're in Zurich, so it doesn't matter what I think about it as a one-time consumer. The ruble rolls like that too.

We had a bit of time pressure and the staff tried really hard to ensure that the service was quick. Food was also great and super nice restaurant!

We spend one night in ZH and went to this restaurant. The service was amazing and the food was great. The place is lovely wether you go for a fancy date or a family dinner like we did. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat, if you looking for a quality dinner time! Thanks for a lovely evening to all the Piu restaurant staff!

I think is one of the best locals in town, pizza was excellent, absolutely reccomended.

I always enjoy coming here and my colleagues are always enthusiastic too. Nice service, very nice ambience, even if the volume is loud at peak times. Delicious Neapolitan pizzas and other great food. Tiramisù is a must as a dessert! Price-performance in harmony and an absolute recommendation.

Food was ok. Tagliata was more like carpacio. The atmosphere is too loud and the tables are too small and far too close together. Some still had their suitcases and strollers with them. There is very little space for that.

Daily menu wasn't really my thing. Pizza with Obergine isn't for everyone either. It would be good if there was an alternative option.

I only tried a pizza and Tiramisu. But the quality of the tomato sauce and the flavor of coffee is all you need to judge an Italian restaurant. If they get it right, then the rest of the menu is likely to be great. Più felt average in both. Ambiance and service is quite nice although it feels a bit crowded and not cozy. If you are really hungry, go for it. But there are other better places to eat around.

Food was great but service was not so good and the time management was very poor. They give you limited time to keep the table, but took over 1 hour to bring the food after ordering. The manager came out later to manage better the situation.

We like the Bar area, everything was perfect! Thank you Salvatore for making our evening so delightful! We'll be back soon again!

Top food! Service was quite okay!

Today I had the pizza with truffle paste and truffles. Unfortunately it didn't taste like it at all 😑 which is a shame given these prices. I let other people taste it and they said the same thing. On our table to the right of the entrance, the sun was shining the whole time this afternoon 🌞 Nothing against the sun, but it was blinding your face the whole time and it was uncomfortably warm. Something definitely needs to be changed about the sun blinds here. The vegan Parmiggiana is wowww!!! The waiter was very friendly and made an effort.

Unfortunately the pasta from the lunch menu last week wasn't that great. Irregular consistency, partly dry. Probably not freshly made but warmed up somehow. The tomato sauce didn't cook down for long either. A pity. The soup was thin and bland. I don't even know what kind it was anymore. Maybe pumpkin. Very friendly and attentive waiter and pleasant atmosphere.

Cool location. Delicious winter salad. But the Quattro Stagioni pizza? NO! No revelation, on the contrary: completely burnt pizza base and still somehow very rubbery. I had to fight hard with the knife to at least cut the pizza into large pieces and eat them without cutlery. The artichokes were partly woody (quattro stagioni). The restaurant's quality management failed. Or you can be satisfied with the level. It's not like the restaurant was full and the staff were stressed. Actually, it's a shame.

Service catastrophe... inattentive, the empty plates lie on the table for ages, but the waiter walks past countless times... Absolutely nothing professional here... glasses etc should also be replaced... The food, well, a matter of taste... my pizza was very, very runny and tasteless.

The pizza I ate wasn't bad per se, but only experienced the oven briefly. We ordered a few more drinks 20 minutes before closing time, which were promised to us but never arrived. After the whole drama, we then had to pay the bill, while others could order again and as much as they liked. This restaurant didn't deliver anything more than the ambience.

The service was above and beyond. I don’t remember the waiter’s name but he was friendly, charming, and patient. Best part of the evening. Food was delicious and varied. We had the cauliflower tempura, quinoa + rocket salad, and artichoke/mushroom/ham pizza. The salad was a bit bland, so I didn’t give 5 stars overall. Definitely worth visiting! The space is chic and cool without being pretentious, the music wasn’t too loud, a great environment for good food and connecting with the people you’re with.

Despite reservations, no table, pizza didn't come out of the oven ready and orders we placed weren't accepted.

Unfortunately the pizzas were cold ;/. The staff inquired about our satisfaction :). After receiving appropriate feedback, new pizzas were made for us :). Unfortunately, they were only slightly warmer. It's actually a shame, as they were otherwise fine!

I had carbonara and had severe food poisoning afterwards. When I called the next day to make the operators aware of this, I was met with little understanding or empathy. Instead of apologizing to me, you asked me to write an email.

It's not Michelin, but it's definitely tasty food. Difficult to get lunch seating without a reservation, and there didn't seem to be a dedicated server at the bar, but they were quick once we got someone to help.

We were visiting from the USA and wanted to eat Italian after a long day of sightseeing. We sat at the bar because there were a lot of reservations. We had pizza, drinks, lava cake, and tiramisu. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The ambience was relaxing. I would glad to return.

Food was good (maybe a bit too much tomato sauce on the pizza...had to eat with a knife and fork) Ambiance on a Monday evening was much louder and fuller than expected Service okay, but the bill was wrong 3 times in the end...

Excellent cuisine, fantastic ambiance, centrally located – though, the prices are on the higher side, it's a must-visit.

Great atmosphere and lighting. I recommend to start the polenta Fries, super delicious. But the truffel pizza was nodlt good. Apparently they baked it for 2 min in the oven, so burnt outside and wet in the middle. I would recommend anything but the pizza.

Food was quite good. Waiters ignored us mostly, we had to come to them repeatedly if we wanted to order something.

Soft, lukewarm pizza, I've eaten Neapolitan pizzas but this is the worst I've ever eaten... good service and friendly staff.

we had a perfect evening in Piu at the main train station... I have an allergy and I asked for a pizza that should be without tomatoes - Rosario, Alex & Khalid accommodated all requests and treated us to wine and a pizza Bianca - What a pizza, try it!!!

Waiters are extremely unfriendly if you don't order expensive things. Made a cheeky comment to my friend when she asked after 5 minutes if we could have some more parmesan. He then just said: Yes, a little patience. Impudence and never again

Well organized and enough to eat well at lunchtime. Very nice people. It is recommended to reserve. There is one suggestion for improvement: It's too loud to have a good conversation. If the soundscape were improved that would be sensational!

7 years ago, i posted here that it was the best pizza in Zürich. I haven't been there for a while. Unfortunately, it got bad. We ordered two pizze. One was almost burnt, on the "cornichone" and underneath. The second one was not really cooked. We found cold, uncooked dough spots in the pizza. Service was unfriendly. They seemed stressed, although we were almost alone. very sad. ---- I just saw your reaction to my review, and i'm looking forward to come back another time and have a great pizza, the way i know you can make :-)

Dinner notes: - Green salad: o.k. - Pizza Calzone: Thin filling with some salami, tomato sauce and cream cheese. Instead, lots of pizza dough. - Panna cotta: Served in a bowl. The size of the bowl didn't make up for the small amount of dessert. - Cola zero: Small bottle with therefore little content. - Service: ok - Noise level: Loud babble of voices accompanied by constant music. A conversation at normal conversation volume was therefore not possible. - Length of stay: After 1 hour and 50 minutes, the waiter unambiguously asked us to leave the table shortly to make room for the next guests. - Conclusion: The proximity to the center or train station does not justify the concept of profit maximization. There are other locations in Zurich where relaxed entertainment is possible with generous menus and enough time; in the evening never ever again!

In the food you can see that there is the quality of the products, terrible pizza (dough) you eat America gum because the dough is chewing gum. Terrible service, absurd waiting times for 3 pizzas, a salad and a plate of pasta, we waited more than 45 minutes and the place wasn't full because the rotating staff was on their lunch break.

I can't understand the enthusiasm about the pizzas. We were there last weekend and each ordered a truffle & ham/rocket pizza and a starter. Starter was ok. The pizza looked like the pictures, the ingredients were fresh, but the dough was inedible, a doughy mush, and partly burnt, bad... sorry, we probably don't know what a Neapolitan pizza is supposed to taste like, but a pizza like this I never got one in either IT or CH.

Good Italian restaurant. The restaurant is busy at lunchtime. The service staff was friendly. The pizzas were very tasty. For our pizzas we have 27 or Paid 29.- and 10.- for a liter of water. Rather expensive, but in line with the prices you can expect in Zurich.

Really bad pizza, almost no cheese, had to send it back. Poor quality. Service good though.

Very stylish, the pizzas come straight from the stone oven, the meat is beautifully tender and the fish is crispy on the outside, highly recommended. If you like to drink beer, there is only one to choose from, but that was ok, but a variety of wines. Price is rather expensive, but it's worth it.

Great atmosphere with friendly waiters and guests. Easily accessible, train station and parking garage are nearby. However, the pizza was “overwhelmed” with the fresh tomatoes. The wine was delicious.

The pizzas are very tasty at Piu. Pizza base is thin and the edge is very fluffy. Tasty in taste. Unfortunately we had to wait longer for the food. Location very well located near the HB. Cozy interior atmosphere.

Good pasta but unexciting, very close to the Zurich HB. Perhaps only a 3 min walk. Decent Riesling by the glass, CHF 9.

We were here today at lunchtime for the team event. Food, service etc. top. It's a shame that we didn't have enough time for the antipasti. Some had not yet finished the starter when the main course was served. But also understandable, since the majority of guests probably want to eat quickly over lunch...
