Mixed experience - Disappointing value for money The restaurant offers good parking and was well attended. However, the price-performance ratio was disappointing. The salad bowl for 14.- seemed sparsely prepared with two tomato wedges and 4 slices of radishes. The bread and salad dressing, however, was good. The burger for 32.00 is overpriced and nothing high in terms of cuisine. Fajitas were served in bland 80s plastic containers, with carelessly arranged side dishes. The service was okay, it lacked the necessary attention. Overall, a mixed experience for a casual date.

A great, always very fine restaurant! We eat there regularly with the whole family. Dogs are also welcome guests. He gets a water bowl every time! :-) This makes the whole family feel comfortable. Price performance absolutely suitable! All in all Excellent!!!!!

Had lunch at this quaint restaurant. Despite the stress and many guests, the service is friendly and professional. The food comes quickly and was very good. There are often events in the evenings. I will gladly come again.

A fun dance hall, especially recommended in the warm season. Otherwise in winter it is rather well filled and rurally rough.💃🕺

Crash course and dance evening on Wednesday evening was fun.

Fine chicken fajitas with many side dishes, accompanied by tender entrecote with salad and excellent dressing. Very dog-friendly: when placing them, care is taken to ensure that our four-legged friends have enough space and distance. The water bowl was handed out straight away and feel-good goodies were brought upon request. We would all like to come back

I can only report on the dance night. I only consumed drinks. It's always a great evening. No fuss from other guests, stylish and good dance floors.

Very nice location and mega-friendly service. Unfortunately, the Dukes feast served on the wooden platter wasn't quite a hit. The sausages on the skewers were almost cold and the meat was a bit tough and very fibrous. The savings ribs, on the other hand, are a dream. Great marinade and lots of meat on it. Otherwise it's a great location and we'll still be back.

Somehow you're always happy to go to Dukes and yet you're always a little disappointed. The chair and the interior are simply great and the menu selection too. But there's always something wrong. Last time it was the fajitas, which were served with hard tortillas from the day before and the vegetables were served stylishly in the pan, but were already burnt when they were served. The Dukesplatte also has its charm. However, everyone can see at first glance that no one likes to eat junk food and is setting a bad example when it comes to food waste. In addition, the service is too chatty for me personally. Nice, but too pushy. Please do not interfere in the table conversations and do not do a half-comedy show when you serve the table. Not everyone thinks that's great. Or is this part of your concept?

Everything is simply wonderful. I just like coming because of the super cool decoration. And the food is always amazing.

Friendly and attentive service has everything under control and leaves no hassle. We weren't entirely impressed with the food. Starters salads were good with plenty of side dishes. Fillets on a hot stone were very good with plenty of side dishes. Duke's feast plate wasn't convincing. Pale and lightly seasoned sausages and chicken wings. Chicken nuggets also lack taste. Spare ribs were not cross and looked like they were cooked. Fries and potato wedges are also not cross but moist. Portions are very large and can satisfy even the most intense hunger. This applies to starters, main courses and desserts. Absolutely ok in terms of price. Overall, highly recommended but with significant room for improvement with Duke's Schmaus plate and the side dishes.

The Dukes is a restaurant located directly on the Sihl near Hirzel that is also suitable for larger groups. In addition to a large outdoor area, there is also a large indoor area. The service is friendly and quick. There is a good selection of meat and grilled dishes. The portions at Dukes are quite large and, in our opinion, not suitable for small appetites. The prices are absolutely reasonable at around 25-27 CHF for the large plates. Absolutely recommended for lovers of hearty food or grilled dishes.

Large free parking lot, unusual and originally designed restaurant. Very good Mexican cuisine. Again any time.

The service was quick, the waitress was friendly. We ordered a large platter to share, it was well laid out and had enough of everything, ribs, chicken wings, nuggets, fries, etc. The sauces were perfect and delicious. Plus an excellent Primitivo. The furnishings are unique and the space is very generous.

We go to the Crash Boogie Woogie dance class every Wednesday evening at 1:45 p.m., incredibly fun. The dance teacher FERDI is divinely entertaining. 💃🕺

Being in this area for the first time on business i definitely recommend dukes as an easy and cool lunch restaurant . The dishes could much inmprove with a little help of spices but thats maybe my Mediterranean flair talking. As for the service the blonde kalo mesimeri waitress who serfved us all three times we visited prooved to me that there is life in switzerland since beside being perfect in her duties she managed to help us unwind using her social skill s and interaction with the customer without wasting time at all. Would be happy to have such people in my restaurants in Greece.. The general atomsphere was casually cool and easy ...big thumbs up

Beautiful place located in the hirzel mountains right on the border between zug and Zürich. It's a classy Restaurant serving all variety from typical Swiss Rösti to all known Filet on a hot stone, where you yourself decide how well your beef is cooked, but the quality is always on point. Furthermore, this incredible location turns into a club of it's own at night. The music ranges from Country over Techno to International Schlager.

Bad. Waited over 1 hour 25 minutes after ordering; for chicken wings and fries. Complained twice and no response. Meanwhile, guests arriving later were served food after just 10 minutes. Not recommendable.

It takes a long time to get served, especially at the bar, and the prices are really extreme for a place like this. In addition, the staff is not very attentive to the customers and they talk to each other a lot instead of serving the customers. But otherwise great occasions.

Great place for having some food and drinks and dances. There are two independent areas with different music which is awesome. The only thing I didn't like is that the bartenders randomly put prices when paying. Once i had to pay 8.- for a beer and the second time it was already 9.-. this one franc doesn't play a big role but leaves a bad impression.

We didn't really like the food menu. It's more like fast food. The service is friendly, but is often overwhelmed when there are a lot of visitors and overlooks new arrivals. Therefore, it sometimes takes longer to place an order. The atmosphere is very pleasant.

The food would actually be good, especially practical before events - but the ambience also makes a difference. Unfortunately, on Saturday evening, the two of you end up sitting down at a drafty table in the hallway or in front of the smoking balcony door. Apparently groups are preferred here.

We had lunch at Dukes and the food was amazing. They have a lunch menu which changes every week day and other fixed ones (e.g. raclette with potatoes) at affordable prices, around CHF 19. The girls serving the tables were super nice and the service was fast. Better to book a table in advance. Free parking outside. Highly recommended.

A mostly Swiss restaurant with fair price for lunch menus. There is a daily menu and veterinarian option. The service is quick and polite. The decor is interesting inspired Brazil, I think.
