Booked dumond in to do a move from Kingston to reading and they were absolutely brilliant. Turned up 20mins early couldn't do enough to help throughout and made a stressful day a bit easier. Talis was extremely professional, new all.the tricks of the trade and packed the van to the brim which was definitely necessary! Booking was very easy and a good price as well. Couldn't recommend them more.

Dumond facilitated our house move out of London in the smoothest way. From arranging dates with the office team to the move itself, the whole process was seamless. We had boxed most things up already but anything even slightly fragile they wrapped and protected to be double sure. Everything arrived the other end in perfect condition. They even got our enormous sofa in through the window as it didn't fit through door. Phew! Thank you to everyone at Dumond. I would give them six stars if I could!

They were competitive in terms of pricing, and while they were not the cheapest I happily paid for their expertise and care and they saved me THOUSANDS of euros in customs fees thanks to their knowledge. Others would have struggled to deal with the complexity.

A company that does not fulfill the agreement. I was charged for a service that was never performed, they used the information on my card. I had to cancel my card. Unbelievable. Before hiring "this company", ask for guarantees, and the most incredible ,the contact is in Portugal.

We had a great experience with Dumond. Great service overall, at the inventory, it was explained to us very clearly what determines when our goods will arrive (as opposed to a random time range), the packing was done to an extremely high standard, 116 volumes and nothing was broken or lost, excellent communication throughout the whole process and a very professional attitude when there was a minor miscommunication with the delivery team, the problem was solved in a matter of minutes. We were never worried or anxious and the whole team has been cordial, responsive (even out of hours) and a pleasure to deal with. We'd highly recommend Dumond.

Have just moved with Dumonds and could not recommend their services any more. They were efficient, professional and did an incredible job. We moved over two days and each day the amount they managed to accomplish was unbelievable. When we moved into our new property, I couldn't believe how quickly everything was in. Beds and sofas were up with a blink of an eyelid; and we also had an extremely heavy BBQ which was moved with care and positioned where we wanted it after much deliberation on our side. The men were polite and courteous and we would not hesitate to use again.

Dumond helped me move from Brighton to London just before Christmas. The packing was carried out carefully and expertly ensuring family china and glasses were safely transported. I was particularly impressed by their efforts to get a large sofa bed through Georgian doorways and a three storey staircase. Everything was neatly re-assembled at the other end. The team were unobtrusively pleasant and reassuring. This is the second time in the past five years that I have engaged Dumond in moving and storage. Their rates are most reasonable given the high quality of services. I can unreservedly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience when using Cicero and his team and would happily recommend them. We needed a full packing service and had 4 different companies come to quote and Dumond gave us the best price and the best service. Unfortunately our exchange and completion dates kept been pushed back over several weeks and when we finally got the moving date Cicero and his team were super busy that week already but they still managed to accommodate our move which we were very grateful for. They did most of the packing the day before the actual move and that didn't seem to take long at all. On the day of the move we had 8 guys doing the rest of the packing, as well as taking tables and sofas apart and taking things off the wall. The team worked well together and everyone was quick and knew what they needed to do which was the same when it came to uploading the boxes in the new place and they even put up our table and sofa. The only thing I felt sorry for that I hadn't thought about buying beers for them as they clearly deserved them at the end of that day!! We would definitely use them again.
