I was there today just before Dunkin' Donuts closed and there was a very nice and friendly man who gave me a chocolate donut and recommended some to me when I described how I wanted the donut. I would love to visit this store again and again :) Ps: the donut tasted very good

Very friendly service and great donuts

After a desperate search for a decent and affordable breakfast at the HB I found it in the form of a delicious hot focaccia with cheese, eggs and ham and a cup of delicious coffee at Dunken' Donuts! I come in every morning around the same time and am greeted by the very friendly and accommodating staff. I order my focaccia and coffee for 10.90 CHF and am on my way again in less than 5 minutes. When I am not in the mood for a substantial breakfast and am feeling naughty I can opt for a coffee, donut AND an orange juice, all for only 5.90 CHF! In my opinion the best value for money at St. Gallen HB. Great service and delicious food... what more do you need to a great start into the day? Occasionally in the afternoon on may way home I like picking up a couple of donuts for my son who absolutely looooves the donuts.

The male employee is very courteous and personable! He was able to give me good suggestions on which donuts were good and I loved the Lotus Donut! Feel free to come and enjoy more donuts and delicious drinks.

The nice lady at the checkout definitely lost her cool. After an endless wait, the mug was put on the coffee machine, but it felt like 12 other customers were being served in between. After it was announced that the train would be leaving the station in the very near future, there was some movement in the shop. Unfortunately not enough to catch the train.

Came in to get coffee to go on 12.09.22 at approximately 10:40. The lady at the counter was watching a video on her iPhone, when we asked for coffe she rudely told us that if we want to pay by card we should order at the Automat. We proceeded to order a small cappuccino and a medium latte macchiato+caramel syrup for 1chf extra and caramel drizzle. The Automat didn’t give us a receipt so we didn’t even have confirmation of our order. While we were ordering another customer came in and the barista switched her attention to her. In the end we got two small cups, obviously the medium latte macchiato was put in the small cup and filled to the rim so the coffee spilled even before I got to hold it. The coffee tasted like sewage water and the extra caramel that was payed for was never added to the coffee. Terrible service and quality. We ended up throwing away the coffee

The donuts are generally very tasty and there are always new varieties! Unfortunately I was disappointed with the saleswoman today because she packed me the wrong donut and I only noticed it when I got home when I opened the bag... I ordered a Nutella donut and got a regular one with pink strawberry icing - something completely different and I don't like strawberry icing...it's a shame!!

Walked into a Dunkin Donuts for the first time in my life and what can I say? I'm immediately underwhelmed. I can handle the donut being way too sweet, I kind of expected that. But the fact that there was no vanilla in the donut, which was supposed to contain vanilla upon specific request (and at that price), was a shame. It could have been nice, but then it was embarrassing.

The drinks machines almost always don't work. Donuts are delicious. The staff seems to me to be rather overwhelmed, especially when there are a lot of people.

I found out from a friend that there was now a Dunkin' Donuts at the train station and had to go because the journey from my home to Abtwil was simply far too long. My first impression was as expected, very friendly service and a clean store, you can even charge your cell phone, which is really practical. The price for the donuts is exactly right and the donuts themselves are very tasty, my favorite of all is the donut with powdered sugar on it + vanilla filled, a treat for every palate! I also found out from the employees when Dunkin Donuts was already there, including the Dunkin Deal, I think that's what it means🤔 ect... I'm always happy to come back.

After that I was deliberately ignored. After waiting I left without any donuts. Well I learned, the first time in Dunkin Donuts but definitely not the second time. Thank you and never see you again.

There are people who think that Dunkin' Donuts is too expensive. But honestly, if I get such a beautiful, delicious donut for this price, I'm happy to pay for it and I don't even think it's that expensive. Finally I no longer have to drive to Zurich Oerlikon if I want a donut from Dunkin' Donuts! 😂

I was really looking forward to the shop, but was disappointed. 3.50 for a donut is beyond good and bad. The free cafe at the opening couldn't take away the impression. Unfortunately this was very bitter. In addition, I was packed the wrong donut.

I was at the opening today and I think the branch is very successful. And I think the campaign with the free cafe is really great of you (it's not a given). The competition with annual subscriptions to Cafe and Donuts is also fierce. Hopefully I'll get a subscription to it. Otherwise, the prices for the donuts are quite high (3.40 Fr per donut). I actually only buy a box of 6 or 12 for special occasions like E3 or other broadcasts. But basically I'm happy that we have a DD at the train station.
