Hotel Weisses Kreuz in St. Gallen

St. Fiden branch: Extremely friendly and helpful branch manager. Even with (unfortunately) changing sales staff, the weekly pre-order always works perfectly.

Ordered twice...very disappointed both times, both the "home made" lasagna and "classic" poutine have nothing for themselves, came cold and flavourless

We entered the beautiful bar on a Friday evening at 10:45 p.m. We've been there about 6 times because it's so coolly decorated. We waited 5 minutes for the service and studied the menu. When the young lady arrived, with two drinks in her hands, she explained to the guests present that they had decided that this was the last round and there was nothing left! Later she said that the boss wanted it that way…. We will never enter this restaurant again. No matter how cool it looks.

Very friendly service from Ms. Roya, who was able to “decode” the outside tables for me. Kafi could be a little better though. Maybe it's the beans.

It took forever for the food to arrive. There's no pizza
