MAX Salads & Burgers in Spreitenbach

I paid 22.- for a Cola Zero, a burger and 6 onion rings, 1 onion = 1.- I think it's pretty bold. The burger was pretty good, but lacked the spices and a certain kick, bacon was crispy and the cheese was appropriate. However, the patty had too little texture and didn't justify the price of the burger. Regarding the service, I can say that the people are friendly, but when you pick up the food there is no one there and you are left to your own devices for a bit. There are better alternatives to food in the Tivoli.

Friendly service, burger (bacon & cheese) was inedible, to put it kindly. I wouldn't even eat it if it was free. Sorry, never again.

The definition of "not anything that looks tastes good"

The salad was delicious, but unfortunately the employees couldn't convince me: the lady at the checkout didn't know what was on offer and asked me what the salad I ordered looked like, then she asked me if I wanted a straw, which I politely declined Someone put it in my drink and touched it unwrapped where you touch it to drink. Disturbing. And she didn't greet me or say goodbye, didn't wish me good luck and her boss was grumpy too. A pity.

Food was good. The employee at the checkout was very friendly, but the employee at the grill was very unfriendly and literally threw the food away. You could tell she wasn't interested. A pity!

We ordered four burgers with fries, they were all ok, everything tasted great, but the system is very special and you need a lot of patience. That's why my two stars. There is room for improvement.

Food is good, but waiting time is way too long…

We ordered food and it took 30min to arrive. Then when my mum went to get some ketchup the machine wasn’t working properly and the ketchup spilled all over her top. The waiter was laughing and didn’t even helped her clean up.

The burgers are delicious when ready after a long wait. The staff is quite condescending, boring and rude to customers.

Long wait just to order, felt uncoordinated. Food was okay, spicy sauce isn't even remotely spicy. Price-performance ratio is not really right.

Burger arrived cold only the fries were warm and the team leader was a very unsympathetic snob. I don't recommend anyone else to eat here, it's rubbish in my opinion.

Bad burgers for 22 euros!!! I can go McDonald's for better service and good flavour. Also for 6 chf a small portion of fries. I won't come back anymore. Also I ask why is the portion of fries to small, and they told me it's that all they have. Thank you for your kindness at shopping tivoli.

Simply the best burger and the right staff.

I was there just before noon, so things went very quickly from there. The burger is good and the fries are even better. Nevertheless, something is still missing for the 5 stars... Unfortunately they have an "imitation" ketchup, which I didn't like at all.

Given a second chance today because work colleagues went to eat here. Sorry: Flower Power Burger was a disaster! Came out of the freezer and was still very cold inside and didn't look appetizing either. Price/performance wasn't right again. There will not be a 3rd chance. Salad was OK! Unfortunately, price/performance is not right. Salad with a drink for 18.80 is too much for a self-service shop. A pity. Not really anymore.

The burger and fries taste really delicious. The preparation time is about 10-15 minutes, really great. Price-performance ratio is quite okay. Sometimes the staff is nice, but unfortunately sometimes the staff is unfriendly.

Waited a full half hour for two burgers. After asking at the counter we were given some burgers (missing fried egg and burger with tomato even though we ordered without)... The meat in the chicken burger was definitely inedible... 41.- wasted.. maybe new staff should be trained better..

Had a bacon & cheese burger with fries and a drink for CHF 19.80 and didn't have to wait long for it. The service was very friendly - perhaps the staff was replaced. The house ketchup is super delicious!

I demand that if the vibrator doesn't work properly, you at least tell me it will take another 10 minutes and I don't just have to wait at the counter for so long for nothing. If she (Janine or Jeanette?) had once said sorry or been at least a little friendly, I wouldn't write that.

The burger was pretty bland for a burger joint. The dressing in the Caesar salad was way too fishy! Inedible for someone who doesn't like the taste of fish. Apart from that, the salad was too expensive for the small quantity. Half of the cooking staff looked very unmotivated, which was reflected in the food. Only the guy at the checkout was nice. Very disappointing..

What a juice shop. We had to wait a whopping half hour for two burgers without pickles. The unfriendly service then just said that the burgers had been there for a long time. The burgers were cold and really nothing special for the exorbitant price. Avoid this store, Burger King and Co. not only offer a better ambience and friendlier service, but also generally better service. Max has no idea what you are, victims

Fact. The staff tends to keep their distance 😉😁 but I feel sorry for those who write that it's better to go to McDonald's, because there's something wrong with their taste. Maybe those "improvers" in MC tainted their taste... cheap shavings from the fryer... for that big hamburger in a giant bun?! 😁 never! second fact... expensive.

Absolutely disappointed. Paid 50 chf for two burgers with fries and drinks. Then waited 20 minutes until the thing finally vibrated and then received a cold burger. My friend's chicken burger was terrible. The little chicken that was in there was half gristly. You would have eaten better at McDonald's. I think it's a shame for a store like this that comes across as so professional.

I had a chicken burger today for a whopping 17.90. Just had to know if the taste justified the price. The answer: No, no and no again. The only thing that is better compared to the competition is the bun. I'm still sick now. The positive reviews are almost certainly fake. To paraphrase John McEnroe: you cannot be serious!

I don't know what these 1* reviews are about, i might just have been very hungry, but this was great food for a mall foodcourt. A little pricey, but delicious. I woild definitely choose this over McDonald's any day of the week!!
