Service... it's a clean hole.. and it's nice to have a drink in the bar😬... but it's voluntary. The hamburger is delicious.. the ambience.. always quick.. but I'm a bit slow..

The price is cheaper than what I ate at other tourist destinations in Switzerland, and if you stay at Ager Lodge, there aren't many restaurants nearby and Coop closes early, so it's perfect if you need to eat! When you order, it seems like they make it at the grill right next to you! The staff is friendly and there is an English menu, but there is only a meal menu. When I asked about the drink menu, there was no English menu, but when I told them what I preferred, they recommended and explained it to me, which was nice! I got a chicken hamburger, a beef hamburger, and 2 draft beers for 36 francs! You can add fries for an additional cost.

Great service and food. They just need more staff. The views are amazing. It up on the roof if you can.

Be careful because the veggie burger is not vegan. The burger has cheese and the bread has butter. We asked for a vegan burger and they only removed the cheese. We discovered after eating it, that the bread has butter.

The food was very tasty. It's a shame that this is only served in disposable dishes.

The worker at this site is the most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. It costs very little to respond politely and not hesitate to customers. Even if they paid me, I would never go to this place.

Really unfriendly staff. Super passive aggressive when I asked him really nicely if the bar was openend (according to Google it was openend 1 hour ago and the door was opened).

April 2023 Omg. Food was amazing and affordable. We have been to multiple restaurants in Switzerland but this marks the top in terms of food and price. Must visit if in grindelwald.

Nice bar, nice and funny waiters, and surprisingly good food both in taste and size of the portions! Its part of the Eiger Lodge hostel/hotel but open to everyone. Coming again tonight to try the burger because I've heard good things :p

Who would have thought that you can still eat this quality food for this price in Switzerland. Nice place, simple but tasty food with big portions and outstanding value for money. Convivial service and good atmosphere. Nice change of pace of overpriced places in Grindelwald. It is a bit of a walk from the centre, but nevertheless, I would recommend. They take no reservations, and without the sun it may be too cold to sit outside, so it can get quite full on occasion. Recommend the burger especially, very tasty! Went back for a second dinner, and ordered it again, which I normally would never do.
