We had breakfast here today. The food was great, the service was fine, the wait was miserable. We waited over 45 minutes for three slices of bread with avocado, salmon and egg and a porridge. Of course, the drinks had long since been empty by then. Everyone at the table had the same experience. A sign would be great, with the information that you have to wait more than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the price for this experience was far too high at around €40.

Very friendly welcome, the food is brought to the table even though self-service is indicated. The fried eggs were well prepared, and the cappuccino was also delicious. We liked it very much.

In fact, in my opinion, Rosmarie is perfect. I can't get enough of the food. Whether breakfast or lunch or even dessert, everything tastes incredibly delicious. The owners and their employees are super friendly. There is a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere. In my opinion, the enchanting Ariel is particularly recommended for breakfast. Visually and tastefully simply a dream.

The food was freshly cooked and tasted that way. I had spelled pasta with vegetables and salmon. Delicious. There could have been more salmon, but it was ok for the price. Very friendly staff. I really liked the ambience and the music.

We went for breakfast today. There were hardly any vegan options available on site, although this was confirmed to me over the phone. Employees don't understand what vegan means and serve cheese. After I asked twice whether it was really vegan, I received new bread that was extremely small and soggy due to the spread. The breakfast component was not replaced by a vegan component and was not served - but the price remained the same. Overall taste below average.

Everything is great, only the modest opening times are very bad because there are people who have to work and can't eat there in the morning like the biggest Harzers or women who are fed by their husbands.

Chic, family-friendly restaurant, very nice staff, cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately the food selection was limited (no salads). Everything tasted great. Drink prices are reasonable, food prices are slightly higher. If you want to try something different, you should definitely stop by. We recommend.

Fresh, varied food, with great service, we always don't have a break until around 1 p.m. and one phone call is enough to reserve the day's meal, and if it's sold out, there are some delicious alternatives on the menu. ☝️Rosmarie is now the most common stop for lunch breaks with colleagues... see you again soon. The fact that it is a self-service restaurant would be good if it were already advertised on the homepage. After 40 minutes the employee came and asked me if anyone would have breakfast with a pretzel. Well, no problem. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our breakfast… sorry… a simple breakfast croissant, bread, egg, some fruit. Without a lot of effort it shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes... the coffee also took 30 minutes to reach our table. Food was tasty, but normally you can't go wrong with a standard breakfast. Yes, well, the egg was also hard-boiled but we didn't feel like complaining about it anymore. As I said, the wait for the prices was more than unreasonable.

Super tasty, I've been eating here for a while now and I always take food with me and it's always really good. It's just a shame that they no longer have this autumn treat on the menu.

Especially if you don't eat gluten, it's often difficult to find something in the restaurant - so Rosmarie does what it promises: regional, sustainable, fresh and super tasty, so there's something for everyone.
